I Tried Cheap Hair Extensions From Amazon!

Hey everybody. It'S me Rebecca Black, the becks, the boss, lady and today is the first of some new video series that I thought I would film for the ladies out there and the majority of my subscribers are women. So that's pretty amazing, I'm all about girl power, but what I just did I actually just bought some things on Amazon wow. I couldn't sleep at night and I don't know how many of you insomnia. Sleep are insomnia shop. I should say insomnia shop, but I am one of those people who, at the time at night, when I can't sleep, I am on Amazon and BuzzFeed and all of these websites, which ultimately end up in these last minute, impulse purchase on Amazon and other places, but Mostly Amazon of things that I want to try, especially if they're really cheap, so today I bought oh, I didn't buy them today, but I bought some cheap hair extensions on Amazon and I thought I would show you what I got and ultimately open a bag of Them with you like on camera, and so what I think I'll do first is show you the ones that I have already opened up. So these are the the brand is reto REE, CH o, and I will put links to everything that I use here. In my description of the video, I also put them on my blog. So if you have any questions about like what kind these are - or you know that kind of stuff, they're they're all from Amazon and they were less than $ 10, so these are 20 inch. Hair extensions in dark brown - and this is what I ended up getting and you can see that already came pre-curled here, they're very long, they're very, like Kardashian long like, but they come with five clips in them and pretty much you can cut these to whatever length You want, if you wanted, to go to have your stylist cut them. For me, I need to actually curl my own hair to make them look. You know pretty good, but what I wanted to show you is a couple things with these, so these were less than ten dollars each. I was really unsure of what the quality of these were going to be, since they were so inexpensive, really really good. Human hair extensions can cost hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars, depending on where you get them and the quality of them. But what I like to do is just get these little easy things that I can mix and match you know and play around with I end up cutting my hair. I had a bunch of dead hair at the end and I cut them a couple of months ago. I cut my hair. Pretty short, though, this is pretty short, but it was pretty long, not quite as long as these extensions are, but I just wanted to give you an idea of what you would get for less than ten dollars on hair extensions and what you'll see is they're. Actually pretty well sewn into the lace here and the the clips I have you can you can kind of see that but there's clips and then there's a little bit of lace. Now they are pretty durable, they're really heavy. Actually so they do feel like human hair and actually the dark brown that I got is pretty much like almost the exact match of my hair color here and if you aren't familiar with hair extensions, they, if you get the clipping kinds, I find that they're, the Easiest to use - and you can play around and mix and match them and they're, actually pretty easy to install in your hair and I'll. Just do a really quick video right I'll. Just do a tutorial, really quick! If you already know how to put these in just fast forward, but I just want to give you an idea of what these actually look like in my hair, so what you're gon na want to do. Obviously, first is your hair, so I just have my hair blow-dried, it's straight. What I would do normally is curl my hair to match these hair extensions and what's great about hair extensions, especially is when you want to do like formal hairstyles. You actually have more hair to play around with and can make it and look like a more fuller hairstyle. So with these, what I would do is so, since these only have one strip with five clips, I will take the middle, the middle clip, and that will be the first one that I anchor into my hair. So I'm gon na find the part here - and I can do this with just my hands, but if I was doing it for real, I would actually be in the mirror and doing it. But I want to show you how to do this, so you're, just gon na take this you're gon na find the part here and the clip is just gon na clip push down into your hair, and then you snap it and that way it's staying into your Hair so from there you flip the hair to the back, and then it's pretty easy to just snap them around, and you want to make sure that they are in the crease of your hair and, like you, don't hook them up into the folds up here, because That way, then they're gon na look a little bumpy. The other thing you want to make sure of is that these are actually flush against your scalp. If they're bumpy, you're gon na be able to see them, and no one do you want anyone to know that you're wearing them, but you just clip them in like this, and then they are in your hair. So you can see that these are clipped in. But if I actually had my hair curled, they would, I would piece these together and make sure that they are blending and that way you won't see these like straight pieces, where it looks like I have obviously shorter hair than normal. So you want to make sure that you are doing your hair and blending it now, the other the other way too. If you want poker straight here and you're, putting really straight extensions - and you want to make sure everything is straight and sleek, but I would Flatiron them together to make sure that they are sticking together. But I just wanted to show you about these because they are really cheap and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they go in they stay in and they actually feel really good. They don't they're, not they don't feel like human hair. Exactly because I have human hair extensions, but they're they're, very they're, very close comparison. Now this does come with this little comb here and I ordered too so I would stack them. I'M gon na stack them on top of each other, but you're gon na they have come with a little comb and there's some other. If you wan na some other clips in them, they come with kind of a lace front, and this is all in a different language. But I don't comes with that the directions and then it tells you how to handle frizzy extensions and there's just some little bit of directions in here. So that's what I got with the 20 inch hair extensions - and that is this right here. So you can see the hair, you can see the clip the color of them they're, actually pretty nice. Now. What I really wanted to do is get bangs, so I bought these because I wanted to kind of mix it up and I haven't had bangs since I was oh, probably in middle school. I don't really look the best with bangs. You know. Sometimes you just want to mix it up, so this is I'm opening this fresh. I literally just opened this from the bag and again these are the reach o re e CH, o clip-in bangs with dark brown. So it comes with them in this little thing and then you get a hair tie and I'm assuming this is the same kind of stuff that came with the other packet yeah. So it's the exact same things. It tells you how to put them in this little lace, piece a sewing kit, so you can fix them or out another clip. It comes with a comb, and this is actual directions on how to use these, so I've actually never used. I'Ve used her extensions, but I've never used them with bangs to forces it's going to be the experience, experience all and of itself, so they came in this little thing here. It comes in like a hair net and that keeps all the hair together we're gon na. Take this out, okay - and this is like a like - I want so wig, so this is a oh. This is nice. This is really nice. I just need to figure out how to wear this now. So this is the same thing. It has the clips on the inside like a hair piece and you're, just gon na put it on the top of your hair. Now I've actually we're gon na I'm gon na. I'M literally trying this for the first time with you guys, so you can see how we go about doing this because I don't know wait yet, but this the clips here you want to make sure that you pop them out so the round part. So it's up and then you're gon na flip it into your hair, so you flip it open and then flip it closed onto your hair. So this is a so. This is gon na go on like bangs and I'm assuming these just go on. I wonder if I have to put my hair back, I'm just gon na try it this way, so it can clip onto the front of my hair. Again I have zero experience doing this. I just thought it would be fun to see if I could figure this out on camera with all of you and show you that normal people can wear extensions too. Alright, let's see here, we have my mirror do sides and then I'm gon na flip it to the back flip it. I think I have too much hair in there here we go okay. Now we just have to make sure where's that little I'm gon na use their little handy-dandy comb, so I'm using the comb that came with it now. I definitely need to play around with these more. But what I will say about this is I'm not sure about the top of it. You definitely can tell this is not unless they need to put it back further, which is possible for my own hairs. So this is, I think, the bangs need trimmed a little bit, so I think you can wear it as forwarders backward as you need to be. Okay, I'm gon na try this again. Okay, that was the first try. Let'S see what we can all right, so I think I need to get my hair back farther and I need to clip it in back a little bit further back. So this way again the hardest thing that seems like with these is making sure that this part is flush on to your head. So then, this folds back I'm going to unhook my hair. Okay, that's been to, as you can see, that they look like Laurel and Hardy, but you get the idea. It'S definitely gon na take playing around with this more than this little 15 minute video for sure, but I definitely think it's something fun that I might be able to work something out with so it works here. But I just wanted to give you an idea of what these actually look like, so this actually looks like my hair and blends right into my hair and right into your actual hair. Now the only thing I will say about this - I mean once I get the placement of this down. I think it'll work a lot better and for the price for how cheap it was. I could definitely play around with this, but the only thing is, I'm not sure if this center part I mean this is why it's so cheap, because this is not really. You can kind of tell that there's something under there, but it definitely would be something fun to play around with and try something new for cheap and the best part about this. Is you can try new hairstyles before you go and get your hair cut? So if you want to try bangs and see what you would look like before you want to make the chop, why not spend eight or ten dollars on something like this, so you can figure it out versus cutting your hair and then waiting a year for it To grow out right anyway, so this is my little. I thought I would just show you what you actually get for. Oh this says place bangs like Ryan. Oh well, let's try this! Alright, I'm going to try this one more time, because this says to part your hair down the middle and then put them in alright. So the good thing, too, is that you can, you know all right. It says part your hair down the middle and then put your extensions in so we're gon na part, my hair down the middle all right, there's my hair down the middle. So this is my actual hair, there's no there's no wig or weave or extensions or anything in there and then we're gon na line this up to my hairline. I think that's what I didn't do right. The first time just line this up so we're going to line it up. Okay, that's a little better yeah! That'S a little bit better! Sorry! Oh that's a little bit better, but I think I would cut the bangs cuz. That'S gon na drive me crazy having the bangs in my face, but I would totally wear this around and just something a new look different look, and this is great because this one actually has little directions in it. It says: let's see, it's actually says that if Amazon says you can't return it, you can email them at their email and they'll handle it for you. So what I like about this, is it actually yeah? They have this little nice letter in here, but I really I got ta say for weather for the price. I definitely recommend these and I can't wait to play around with this more. I did order just the bangs. I don't think my husband's stuck them somewhere, but I think they're kind of cute - and I am gon na play around with these for sure so look forward to seeing me in some new hairstyles on my videos.
