Hey Bellamy fellas welcome back to our channel, so today I'm going to be doing a hair mask and it's going to be using avocado and honey. So if you'd like to see how I did this keep watching two utensils, I'm using our half a tablespoon, a fork, a regular spoon, a sharp knife, an avocado, a bowl, honey and extra virgin olive oil. Okay. So the first thing we're gon na do is we're gon na cut the avocado in half. Then we're gon na take a spoon and separate the avocado from its peel and then we're going to take out the nut as well. Then taking my half a tablespoon and my extra-virgin olive oil, I'm going to be filling it up four times and pouring it right into the avocados, then taking my honey, I'm going to be filling up. One of these and pouring that right on to the avocados as well, now that we have two tablespoons of the extra virgin olive oil and a half a tablespoon of the honey we're just gon na mix. All of these together make sure to take your fork and press it against the bowl. That way, you take all the chunks out and it's very smooth and creamy now comes the fun part. First, we're going to take our extensions and we're going to tie them off with a rubber band at the top. Just as I don't come apart now we're going to be taking a towel, because this does get extremely messy, so we're just gon na take a little bit of our avocado honey mix and we're gon na put it on the hair and spread it all over. Then we're gon na take our hands and we're going to rub it in make sure you rub it in really good, so that it all soaked sit and make sure you use up all of the avocado and honey once you've rubbed all of your mix into your Hair we're gon na leave it in for about 20 minutes and probably going to Instagram text your best friend, your boyfriend. You know the usual now that the hair is sat for 20 minutes, we're going to rinse it out. I suggest doing this in your kitchen because it is avocado and it will get stuck in your bathroom sink tried that I got stuck in my sink. So this is what I'm telling you to do it in your kitchen sink. So all I'm doing right now is I'm rinsing all the big chunks out of the hair and then I'm going to be shampooing it and the shampoo I'm going to be using is the agave oil shampoo, so we're gon na take a little bit of that. Put it in our hand and put the shampoo all over the hair. The part we tied off with the clips make sure you don't get that wet, because it will loosen up the hairs and the hairs will fall out at the clips easier. So make sure when you're washing it do not get that part wet now it's time to conditioned also taking the agave oil and I'm putting a little bit of the conditioner in my hands and I'm just gon na be putting that all over the hair. Then I'm gon na, let that sit for about five minutes and then I'm gon na rinse it out when you're rinsing the conditioner, you might see a little more pieces of avocado. That'S okay, just make sure to get them all out before you. Let the hair dry once you're done rinsing you're, just gon na squeeze the excess water out and then we're going to lay a clean towel down and we're gon na set the hair on a clean towel and take the towel and press down on the hair. Just to get all the rest of the water out make sure you get all of the avocado pieces out of the hair and then you're gon na take the ponytail off and you're gon na separate the pieces and let them air dry in the morning. They should be super soft. Thank you guys. So much for watching check out our website. It'S WWF, LME CARICOM be sure to follow both of us on Instagram belamis is at Bellamy.
