Foreign for today's video, I am going to show you guys how I wash my hair products that I'm using today are on my Amazon storefront. I will link that down below in the description. Let'S jump right into it, I start by using a bamboo brush. I use this to stimulate my scalp to get all the blood flow going. I also like flipping my hair upside down and then brushing them back as well. After I am done brushing out my hair, I go in with castor oil. I don't do too much, though, because more oil you put in your hair, the more shampoo you're going to have to use then it'll just dry out your hair. After I put my castor oil in my hair, I use this hair massager. I massage my hair about 30 minutes. After all, the oil is in my hair. I go in with some rice water. I posted a tick tock on how I make my rice, water, and I will link that down below in the description. I have noticed a dramatic difference in the shine of my hair after I started using rice, water, your hair is drenched. I keep it in this little hair clip and then I do something else for like 30 minutes to an hour and then I come back and then I rinse it. What really got me into Hair Care is, I struggled a lot with like dry and horrible hair growing up just wanted, like super soft silky hair, and so I watched a bunch of YouTube videos on different hair care routines and I finally found one that worked for Me and I feel like my hair - has always been so dry and dull and it had a lot of split ends, and so I'm so grateful that I finally found a routine that works. Oh so the rice, water and the castor oil has been sitting in my hair for about 35 minutes now and now I'm going to rinse it out. First of all, I have been obsessed with this shampoo and conditioner lately and I just got it a week ago and I'm not lying like. I have tried so many shampoos and this one. I can't even explain to you and I promise you this is not sponsored. This is not an ad, but this is definitely like my go-to shampoo right now. Now I'm going to shampoo - and I always lather it up, because you don't want to pump it in your hand and then immediately go to your scalp, because that will just cause build up. So you definitely want to get your hands a little wet and then rub it together until it looks like this foreign shampoo, the top of my hair, I do not shampoo the ends, I always double cleanse. Don'T your hair will still feel kind of oily. Just from all that castor oil, I usually add rosemary oil to the second cleanse, but I'm actually out right now, but rosemary oil is great for your hair after I shampooed my hair twice, I am going in with this hair mask I let that sit and while That sits, I wash my body, I shave, my legs do all the extra stuff and I try to go kind of slow at that stuff, so it like really sits in my hair for kind of a long time I forgot to mention, but when I am shampooing, My hair, I massage the top of my scalp with the same hair massager as earlier after I'm done with the hair mask. I condition my hair and I only condition the ends. I do not put any conditioner on my scalp at all and I'm done with my shower now, but this is kind of more for the skin. But right before I get out, I shock my hair and my skin with very cold water. It kind of just helps close the pores out of the shower. I put my hair up in a microfiber. Towel, do not put your hair up in a regular towel that would cause breakage and split ends, and it's not good for your hair at all. Now I go in with my bamboo comb, I feel like it's less harsh on my hair, and so I love using the comb, especially after I get out of the shower next, I'm going in with some leave-in conditioner. I am using doterra's leave-in conditioner detangle and heat protectant. I mainly focus on the ends. I am going to dry my hair and then I will be right back my hair. All dried and curled do try out this routine. Let me know how it does for your hair and, if you like it, don't forget to check out the links that I linked Down Below in the description love you

Gabi b.: the actual way to remove the oil from the hair is using emolient mask first (with oils in ingredients) and then wash hair with shampoo <3

Meretha Lok: Miyaeva I highly recommend trying out Viori shampoo and conditioner bars. I normally don’t like hair bars but it’s all natural, the money goes to help the Red Yao tribe in China that is slowly fading away they’re main mission is to keep this sacred hair ritual that the red Yao woman have kept around for years around and help support them. But the red Yao tribe women in China are known for their very healthy, youthful, long and strong black hair. I highly recommend looking into it it’s not too pricey at all. It’s all made with long sheng rice which is the special ingredient. Let me know if you try it out! My hair had a noticeable cleaner and softer feel after using it for the first time. I was gifted this for my birthday and a absolutely love em.
