Hi guys welcome to another training in my youtube channel. I'M sorry about my skin. We'Ve been getting a lot of sun lately, but today i'm going to be talking about a topic that a lot of you have been asking about, and that is product knowledge, but we're going to do it differently. I want to do it kind of in a fun interactive way, keeping it as simple as possible, so i had to bring a special guest because she's an expert when it comes to product knowledge, the one and only bianca. This is her first youtube video, so she's a little bit nervous, i'm not nervous, but i'm also not an expert. You hyped me way up there, but i'll take it. Yeah, no she's an expert, so we're going to start by i'm going to ask her some questions. Based on some hair types and she's going to give us kind of different examples of what oily dry, frizzy hair needs and then we're going to combine them. So the first one that i'm going to ask about is someone with thin oily hair and that's because that's how my hair is okay, so first thing to know is that with um hair types, you want to make sure you're asking all the right questions. So typically, people tend to say, like oh i'm oily like we all get oily, we all all of our hair. We have to wash it because it gets dirty. So when someone's oily, you want to figure out. Okay, like what else are your main concerns? Is it thick? Is it thin um? How often are you washing it? You want to get more answers, so there are three options that i typically do for somebody with oily hair. We have the black shampoo, we have the intense repair shampoo and then we have the volumizing shampoo. So all of these options are great. For somebody with an oily scalp black tends to be the one that i will do for somebody who washes every single day and maybe they're looking for a little bit of thickness or fullness with their hair. Intense repair shampoo. This is great for somebody. That, honestly, is very, very, very, very, very thin, like their hair is so paper thin. They are really looking for not just to fix oiliness, but they're, really looking to fix hair loss and get new growth like that's what i would do for with this shampoo and then with the volumizing shampoo. This one is great for anybody who is somebody that washes every other day um and if they're, looking for that extra volume, they'll get it with the shampoo. But this shampoo - i don't typically give it to people that have a lot of frizz. If i do give it to somebody that has frizz, i will um pair it with the deep smoothing conditioner. So i feel like these two will balance out and this deep smoothing conditioner will seal the cuticle and the hair won't be as frizzy. But if you have somebody that does have thin hair, you could pair it with the volumizing conditioner, and what this shampoo and conditioner is going to do. Is it's going to plump up the hair strands, to give you body and volume and make your hair feel like you have so much more hair like? Oh, my god, i have so much more hair with this, where these two they target hair growth. But the difference is the intense repair. Shampoo has three times the amount of capixel, which is our hair growth ingredient. So that's why i always say if anybody is suffering from major hair loss, you want to just go with the intense repair, shampoo, hair loss and hair growth completely different things, because i feel like everybody's looking for growth. Everybody wants their hair to get longer. So if you do have somebody that's like, oh, i want to grow out my hair. I want growth that doesn't mean oh intense repair, shampoo and conditioner. These products have an ingredient in them for hair growth. So, no matter what they're going to get fullness they're just going to get three times the amount with the intense repair. Yes and that's? Why guys? It'S so important to ask the questions like notice, how i said oily and she had a bunch of options like oily and what thin frizzy um, whatever the case may be. I personally love love, mixing the volumizing shampoo and the intense repair shampoo and the conditioner. All four, so i mix shampoos and conditioners, because my hair is very thin, it's very flat. I love that it gives me volume um. So that would be a great case for me. So now, let's go into the dryer options. What do we have for dry hair options? So we have a few options that i honestly love. So we have the advanced, hydrating, shampoo and conditioner. This one is relatively new and it uses hyaluronic acid. Then we have the renu shampoo, which is like a fan favorite and a staple in our line. It'S been one of our most popular products and the super nourish shampoo, which is also pretty new, so big differences, but the main easy way to look at it would be like this would be for somebody with fine to medium thickness. This would be for somebody with uh, you know medium to thick hair and then super nourish would definitely be 100 for thick hair, curly koi, yeah um. I love this shampoo, but it's not a shampoo that i can use very often because it is on the heavier side, so i literally put it in order for you. This is like from light to heavy heavy, so ultra dry hair. You would go with this, and then this is a staple in my routine. I use it all of the time and it's great for follicle strength and just overall shine the difference with this. These two, the advanced hydrating shampoo, just has more technology in it, so they they all have rejuvenate, but this one mainly focuses on brittle dry damaged, thirsty, hair, so maybe blondes, maybe people who have color processed their hair. That'S another question: to ask: do you color treat your hair? Have you color processed it because those processes strip out a lot of nutrients and they break down the elasticity of your hair? So your hair is not as bouncy or as beautiful and shiny. So this is a great option, especially also for people who live in dry climates, so there's no humidity in the air, it's literally dry. So this is somebody. This is great for somebody who maybe lives in like arizona or you know hot places like that yeah also. What she said about it being like lighter medium, that's a fact guys, so my hair is oily, but sometimes i like to use a hydrating shampoo. This is my go to the advanced hydrating, especially the conditioner, which we will talk about soon, just because it is lighter. The renew shampoo for me is a no go. I look like you fried an egg on top of my hair because it's so heavy, so it's really important to know um, which one is the lightest to the heaviest and also the thickness of the hair. Someone with very thin hair, probably wouldn't do well with the super nourish line and renew don't get me wrong. It'S also good if they have very, not very thin hair, but if they have thin hair but their scalp is super dry, then i usually do the renew shampoo, because it's pretty good for that too, and before we go into conditioners. Let'S talk about dandruff, so dandruff, even though our products, you know, aren't proven to cure any kinds of um health conditions like dandruff or eczema, psoriasis, etc. Um we've seen that it can help alleviate some of those symptoms like dryness, itchiness, etc. So renew will typically be a great product for somebody who is suffering from that and black shampoo, so the difference um would basically be the rest of the hair quiz. So okay, is your hair thin? Is it like? What else are you looking to accomplish? So maybe, if you have somebody with dandruff but they're more on the thicker side and the dry side, you would probably go with renew, but maybe they have dandruff and they're also oily, definitely a imbalance in their scalp. Then you could do the black shampoo and it's also going to help thicken out their hair, so that would be the difference with dandruff perfect and you guys loving this. I love it because she makes it so simple. Like b taught me my product knowledge, i think we over complicate and then other other two shampoos that i have so if you do have somebody with dryness and frizz like we live in miami. So well, i don't live here anymore, but if you live in miami, it's very swamp like it is very humid and hot and the smoothing line. So the smoothing shampoo and the smoothing conditioner basically acts like a keratin for your hair in the sense that it really helps seal it and handle the frizz. So you won't have any frizz and then we have the restructuring line, which i don't have the conditioner in front of me. But if you have somebody that has damaged processed hair, i think in our minds we automatically go intense repair, because that sounds like it's gon na heal the hair. But no, actually you have you know a few options you can do. The hydration like we talked about like the renew or you could do the restructuring line. The restructuring line, however, is typically for me in my case, not a line that i give right off the bat, because i feel like it's more of a treatment system that you use on top of your clean um, cleansing shampoos and conditioners. So this would be a line that you could give. It uses a plant-based carrot, a plant-based protein, sorry to actually reverse damage and heal your hair. I actually washed my hair with it today, so it's great for people who apply a lot of heat and that color treat and process their hair. I honestly love it, but again this is something that i typically will do for their second order, uh or their third order, not their first initial order. So if you have somebody with damage, you could always just do like the renew shampoo, the leave-in conditioner. The leave-in is amazing for people who you know are going out in the sun or have some damage with their hair, and they just want to make sure that they're, maintaining overall health and then of course, masks but really quick before we go to masks the leave-in Conditioner guys also helps with frizz, like as an addition like i love when they're very, very frizzy, the smoothing conditioner and the leave-in for after the shower, and that's great even for thin hair. I love it. It doesn't make me oily or anything like that, and then did we do intense repair conditioner. Oh well, this the intense repair conditioner i um always tell people. This is just a great addition for anyone. Anyone who just wants to thicken out their hair and just have healthy normal hair - i guess yeah. This is a great add-on for anyone. So the shampoo - that's not the case with the shampoo, the shampoo remember you want to give that to somebody as a treatment system. Who'S really going through hair loss and then switch them on something else, but the conditioner is a great add-on for any shampoo. I use it here and there and it's very lightweight, but also like, i feel like it, helps with my frizz yeah. It does and the intense repair shampoo she mentioned it, but keep in mind it is a treatment shampoo. So once you run out whether that's in two months three months, you should change to something else: it's not a shampoo that you're going to use permanently um. Okay, so let's talk masks. Okay, she has one that's like when it's covered, so we have um the replenish mask. We have the advanced, hydrating heavenly hydrating mask the hair transformation and the super moisture mask. So i usually talk about these two because they target the same things. They target split ends: brittleness frizz damage, so you have the replenish and the hair transformation. The biggest difference is that the hair transformation mask doesn't have a pixel. It doesn't have our ingredient for growth. So if i get somebody with damaged processed hair and it's thin, then i'll do the replenish mask because it's going to help thicken out their hair if they have thick hair. Like me, and you know, the hair growth is not a concern or or thickness, then i'll go with the hair transformation mask. But honestly, the hair transformation mask has a lot of newer technology again with the plant-based protein and really working to um seal those bonds and reverse damage. Very quick. My hair is not damaged with like um chemicals or i don't really apply heat, but i'm the worst. When it comes to picking it up, i always have it in a nasty bun, so i did get some breakage over the quarantine. We were in the pool every day and bee told me like use the hair transformation and i loved it guys. It worked miracles. For me - and it did not leave me oily - it's one of my favorite masks. Besides the super moisture mask well, have you tried them together? That'S a great cocktail. I'Ve never tried it together. I love it yeah. I love it so super moisture mask. This is just great for anybody. Who'S just dry dry in general. Their hair is suffering. They just feel like it lacks nutrients. It lacks shine luster. This makes your hair feel like butter butter. I have never heard one negative thing about this hair mask and you have pretty thin hair and that's the one that she uses as well. So i feel like this is very like flexible, a lot of people love it and use it, and then you have the heavenly hydrating mask, which is part of the advanced hydrating uh collection, the shampoo and conditioner. This also has the hyaluronic acid. So it's great for somebody again that lives in dry climate that just wants lightweight hydration. This one leaves my hair super like light like, i feel like nothing's in it when i use that mask it just feels so fluffy like i love this mask too. I mean all of them are great, but those would be the main differences um with the masks and yeah yeah. So now what are like some of your go-to styling products, which we don't have guys, pretend i mean we do, but we didn't grab them styling. Everybody needs the blowout cream, especially if you're applying heat, because not only is it protecting you from the heat, but it's cutting down your blow dry time, so you're blow drying your time, your hair in less time, uh the thermal heat pressure, the blowout cream. I use when i don't blow dry, my hair, that's like my my leave-in. She loves the smell and the yeah, so i always apply a little bit of blowout a little bit of leave-in and i just let it air dry, i'm also a huge fan of the thermal heat protectant, because i curl my hair with the wand a lot and It just leaves my hair feeling so soft and when i don't use it, i can smell my hair burning when i use it, i don't smell my hair burning, so i love it. I also love the dry texturizing spray, so she loves it. I love it. I have thick hair, she has thin hair and it's just great for extra volume like that extra wow factor with your hair um. What'S another scent, the dry shampoo, the dry, shampoo. Everyone needs that all my oily girls, i always say, dry, shampoo, dry, shampoo, yeah. It keeps me going: not only is it fixing the oil, but it's actually like plumping your your hair, to give you like extra volume. So, even if your hair is not dirty, but you just want to refresh it, so it's not looking flat. It'S amazing. What about for curly girls between curl cream moves like restore? Even i know you like all my curly girls are obsessed with the leave-in conditioner uh, because you can use it on dry, hair, damp hair like day three day. Four. It just helps your hair feel. Like you just did it, but then also look like it's fresh again, so the leave-in is great and the mousse and the mousse doesn't have to be just for curly girls. I love the moves. Yeah, everybody loves the moose. What'S another one, there was another one that was the curl cream, the curl cream too. That one is great for soft curls. So if you uh, you know want more de definition and you want more um volume. I would go with something like the mousse versus the curl cream and the air dry cream too. The air dry cream, curly girls, also love. I have a few girls that mix the air dry cream with the mousse and so what the air dry cream does. Is it just gives like a weightless hold to damp hair and you can kind of manipulate your hair? So if you put your hair in a bun with the air dry cream, it's going to help dry like waves. If you braid it same thing, so the air dry cream is also i love braiding it, but if you're oily only put from here down, because when i put it on my roots, i feel like it's a little too heavy, but definitely from here, don't braid it And i have like that shakier right here, the next day um, what else anyone that we're missing? Well, obviously, our hairspray and what i love about it is that it's buildable, oh yes, the hairspray is a game changer because i felt like i hated hairspray before so. I wouldn't really use it, then my curls wouldn't stay, but this one you just you, have two options on our spray can and you have a light hold and a strong hold, and it literally feels like nothing's in your hair. It doesn't feel sticky, it doesn't feel hard. You can actually run your fingers through your hair like and it doesn't smell bad and it's not toxic. So there you go perfect, so to kind of wrap it up b. What would you say are the main, hair quiz questions that you have to ask to be able to do a good recommendation. You write these down. You need to know how often they are. They are washing their hair because that's going to help, you know about their more information about their scalp, okay, if they're oily. That means that they must be washing their hair every one to two days, because that's what oily means one to two days. So if you see that you, you know, ask them, oh, is your hair, oily or dry and they put oily but they're washing their hair every four days you need to figure out like okay. What do you do? Do you use dry shampoo like? Can you tell me a little bit more? Are you oily because of physical activity, because you're working out or is this a natural occurrence for you? So that's like the number number one question. I need to know what their scalp is like, where, where the health is at um, the other question: how often do you want yeah and the other question is: is your hair thick or thin like? Is it more on the thin side? Um? Are you shedding uh? You know, is it thick? Is it in between like what what what is it like and then the other question that i like to ask, because i feel like it's gon na help you navigate products to recommend is what products do you use to style? So what are you using right now because then you're gon na be able to tell like okay, she blow-dries her hair and she uses this product, so maybe she would prefer our product that's more clean so or he uh so yeah. That'S another question that i ask and then always end it with what is your main concern, or what do you want to target? You know because some people will tell you i'm oily, i'm thin, i'm frizzy i'm shedding like a bunch of stuff. I always like to say: okay, what is your main concern? Um, there's one product that um. I asked you about earlier, but we forgot to put it in front of you so um just to give you guys a better understanding of why our products stand out. Amongst other products, because you will get that question like there's tons of vegan products out there, why are your products better? None of them have the technology and the ingredients that our products have so that oil, the rejuvenate oil, that we talk about all the time. Not only does it have 101 uses for your hair and for your skin, but it's infused in most of our products, so that oil is the only oil on the market that can penetrate all three layers of your hair. So your hair is made up of three. Like three layers - coconut oil, moroccan oil, argan oil, none of those oils have the molecular structure to get into all three layers. So basically, they kind of just sit on top of your hair and what that oil does is it penetrates all the way through and heals? Your hair from the inside out so tons of good stuff to say about that oil um. It'S one of my favorite products, i'm so happy that it's in our products, because it makes the biggest difference and in your results and what you get for, what you pay. Yeah - and we always like if the client can afford it - to put the oil in their first order, so they can do a scalp treatment before they use our product, so they can, like you know, just get their scalp ready for our product, if not definitely put It in their second flagship, but every single vip customer of yours, every single retail customer of yours should get their hands on that oil um and then really quick. A question i always get about are color duos. Can they be everyday shampoos? No, you want to um. You want to give them a cleansing, shampoo and conditioner, because the color duos is just meant to enhance the color every so often. So it's not typically something that my clients will use every single wash. They will alternate and use something else dependent on their hair type and their hair needs yeah and then one more. I keep thinking clarifying shampoo everybody needs the clarifying shampoo, i'm obsessed with the clarifying shampoo, but not for every day, not for everyday wash uh. What the clarifying shampoo does is it just lifts all the dirt and impurities and the build up, so somebody like me, who's always applying heat and using hairspray and styling products. I love to just use it as a deep cleanse to just take everything out of my scalp and reset it um. So i feel, like everybody needs it, but it's definitely something you use every two weeks so twice a month once a month um but yeah perfect to wrap it up. We'Re gon na do two things: one wash instructions. What do you tell your clients and then i'm gon na do like a little follow-up so pretend i just got my products for the first time. How would you instruct me to use them so what you want to do is you want to shake your bottle first, because it's oil based, so sometimes the oil can sit at the top. Then you want to put a quarter sized amount in your palm. You want to rub it together until it turns white, once it's white, you can go into your scalp and your hair has to be soaking wet, go into your scalp. Let it sit for two minutes, then rinse. Your scalp repeat. The most important thing is to repeat - and i always tell my clients you're - going to notice the first time it's not really going to have suds or bubbles uh you're going to feel like am i doing this wrong? That means you're doing it right and the second time you're going to do the exact same thing. Quarter size amount, white, sit for two minutes, but you're going to notice a lot of bubbles, then you'll rinse it out, try to wring out as much water as you can from your hair and then go and do about. I usually do like a nickel to a quarter size amount of conditioner and you'll. Do the same thing rub it together put it. I always tell my clients from mid shaft down uh. Let it sit for about two to five minutes: rinse and you're good to go and then we're doing a mask. The mask mask conditioner, always put the mask in between um and guys. The success of these products and your vip customers is in your customer service. In your follow up, these are not regular, shampoo and conditioner. If you're just selling this to people and not giving them instructions, they're, probably not going to use them the right way not going to get the results they want. So i love to ask my clients very before picture: send them instructions. A voice. Note is perfect because it's you know easier than writing all that down and then follow up and check in you know. How is it going? Sometimes? Maybe we recommend the wrong product and we can switch it off for something else or just guide them through the process. You guys unless you're new. You know this is a journey. It'S a process. Our shampoos are not miracle they're, really good, clean, healthy products for us, but it takes time for them to you know, do their job. So as a market partner with your vip customers, we need to give them vip service um, but i hope this was helpful guys. We wanted to keep it very, very simple, because i know it can be overwhelming. These are the basics. Obviously we maybe missed one or two. You know styling products, but with this you can get through it remember, always recommend the oil and the leave-in conditioner and in your back office there is a brand new cheat sheet for product knowledge and like just kind of helping you navigate like we did like oily Dry and it aligns perfectly with everything we just said so: try to use your back office tools and print them out and learn them and all the info you need is in your back office, honestly yeah, so everyone say thank you bianca. If you love this comment, if you want to see her more in our videos um, you know she's the pizza, my pod so have a great day guys bye. You
