Winter Hair Care

I wasn't all too bright when filming this, lol xD Anyways here are some things that might be good to keep in mind during the winter =)

Hey guys today, I'm going to talk to you for a bit about hair care in winter it's getting colder outside so um. There are a few things that you want to keep in mind when caring for a hard winter first thing is cool. Wheeler can kind of dry your hair out, so you might need extra moisture. You know how I usually recommend coconut oil well for winter, especially if it's really cool outside and your hair breaks easily. I recommend using a heavier oil like olive oil. You'Ll want to use extra virgin olive oil, just spread it through your lengths and ends, and if you do that on a regular basis, your hair should be more moisturize and not break so easily. So another thing you want to do in winter is protect your hair from the wind. So what you want to do is wear a hat when you're going outside - or at least braid your hair, or make sure this kind of that it's time some way so that your hair doesn't get damaged by the wind pretzel bowing and your gets tangle up. And that's bad in the winter. You want to be extra careful when using heat on your hair, try to avoid it as much as possible. Let your hair air dry, whenever you can, the best is to let it air dry all the time, but don't go outside with wet hair, because if it's freezing outside your hair is going to freeze and then you can just break it off, and that is not Good and that really happens - I've seen it okay, so um. Now I'm going to talk about something that might be just a bit disgusting, but it's good to know anyway, if you happen to get ill dye, your hair off it braid, it put it in a sock. Bun do whatever you want with it, but just make sure that it's out of the way do this as soon as possible, because when you're, when you're, sick and lying in bed, you don't want your hair to be everywhere, especially if it's long and if you have A lot of it it can get very annoying plus, if you're so sick, that you cannot get out of bed. Your hair is going to get dirty and greasy and you want it to be just as much out of the ways again and then another very important reason to do. This is if an accident happens. If you know what I mean, you know, you don't want your hair to be there, you don't want your hair to get in touch with ascitic. Fluid sorry. Is that gross you out good? You know it's good to know so. Keep your hair out of the way. If you're ill braided immediately or put somewhere, where you're comfortable with it okay, so that is pretty much all. I have to say about special hair care in winter, so yeah avoid heat even more than you normally do, don't go out with wet hair protected from the wind by braiding and you're, tying it off or putting it in a hat and moisturize use. Extra moisturizer is like, for example, extra virgin olive oil yeah. If you want more tips on regular hair care, go check out, my video did some tricks on growing hair, yeah and uh. I will see you soon bye. So another thing you want to do when um. Okay, so another thing one in winter, so another thing is uh in the winter. What was I going to say? Um yeah

xDoornroos: I agree with you on the coconut oil, it's GREAT ! especially in summer because it also protects your hair from the sun

Ilovethegoldenhour: oh i love olive oil i use it all year round and it really works.i have been letting my hair air dry since june 2009 and its in much better condition! it takes 8 full hours to dry but thats fine with me! wow hair freezes off in the winter thats scary.great hair tips thanks!

rainbottes: I love your makeup in this video... if you have the time/feel like it could you make a tutorial for it? :)

xDoornroos: I totally love your videos there so extremely helpful :D I threw my brush away haha This might sound weird but olive oil is not the best for hair In fact its an oil thats the least good for you hair; great for you skin though! For more moisturizing your hair Id recommend sesame oil or jojoba oil these oils also prevent hairloss I know there is this oliveoilhairhype going on.. well I'm not saying olive is bad at all but Id suggest using other oils for better results.

SHAWNANDKERRY: Love the bloopers! Shows a different (very cute) side of you! Tick....tock.....tick.....tock! Keep the videos coming! I love them!

Amenoka: Your videos are interesting and funny :) Not related to hair but I think your lipstick looks great on that one!

SongRainbows: Do you ever straighten your hair? Or is it naturally straight enough?

Majstro: Omg! I just like laughed at 3:53! wonderful! <3 Thanks for your vids it really are good! <3

it's kitty×D: Another thing that people tend to forget is to CONDITION YOUR HAIR AFTER YOU WASH IT. So many people will Shampoo their hair and then not condition it because they're lazy. If you live in a place with really cold Winters, you should not do that.

Henrietta: This is my favourite video:) The ending is awesome:P

Old Willow: Thaaaanks you, just in time when we have 0 degrees. Very nice video, and very funny the last part. Thanks a lot again!!

MyLoVeLyMaN: my hair in winter is more moistureized..just because air is less dry and windy than in summer ;) and i don't blowdry it, actually i never do.

xyear Z: So funny to see you freeze :) haha I might do the same thing if I am doing a video=]

xDoornroos: @nwbxvcmqlskdjfhg or give your hair a oil "mask" every once in a while (quite a lot, not tooo much otherwise it will still be oily after shampooing) let it sit for a few hours (or over night with a towel around your pillow and your hair in a braid of course). For me it moisturizes my hair a lot, making it all soft and its really good for your scalp too, but yeah of course oil makes your hair looks greasy if you put in a normal amount without washing it.

Suikerlolly: je ziet er echt uit als sneeuwwitje :) supergoede tips, thanks!

Nela Lipe: lol the bloopers are great!

K.P.: @Loepsie thank you , i applied olive oil and showered and it took off all the shine of my hair , anyway to make my hair super shining with home remedies ??? * i do not heat my hair in anyway , i let it air dry when after showering and use almoud oil instead of hair spray or gel/wax :D i also use henna *

Elyse M: I love your videos they are alot of help. I have a question, i have very flat hair, it is very straight and i would love to have more volume do you have any tips?

FeloniousAngel: ^_^ You really rock that lip color

Myrto S: if I don't blow dry my hair during winter, I always get a cold.. :(

Caroline E: You're so pretty and thanks for the tips:)

K.P.: @RHImmortal i had same problem too very damaged hair but now my hair covers my bk and its NOT DAMAGED , its full healthy and shining , what i did was i stopped heating it everyday &started to heat it only in special events ( not all of them thru ) also every 6months-or-1 year i cut 1 inch of my hair so i dont cut all of my hair but an inch every once and while to get rid of the damaged hair i use henna too but u can use oils like leopsie said but remember that alot of oils takes the shines off

glamberkitten: Your face is very beautiful! Oh! And your hair is too! lol

KagomesSelf: I heard the clock ticking when your having these brain farts and its so amusing XDD

Jessica Benson: good tips!! ur bloopers were soo cute too hehe

Claudia Cantizano Ortigosa: The end was so funny!! xD

1samreen1: I always run out the house in wet hair. By the time I reach my destination (1 hr) it dries naturally. Is this bad? I'm asking beacuse you said it freezes and then breaks off. xxx

heartquaked: lol the bloopers are cute

REZAN: last part of the video is soooooo cute!!!!!

Deena Wykle: omg i just pictured you with short hair- SO CUTE! :D haha but i know you won't cut you're hair lol

ScreamQueen: Your so beautiful and your face is so interesting I love just watching you. Not to sound freaky lol

Ramona Q: Add the bloopers to all your videos, please. :oD

cena54hot: Lol i love the bloopers hahahha

Aya Al-Sarhani: You kinda look like Mr. Bean.. btw, Love all your videos !! wooo keep posting them :D btw, can you make a video on how to do an updo for really thick hair.. thank you :D x

Valerie: I also very long hair and bought Moroccan oil. I bought it on HQHair (UK website) because I couldn't find it in Belgium. I don't think it's really worth the price. The oil really didn't work for me, the mask was OK. I much prefer any Redken masks then.

Kellys Chatter: lol you make me giggle! haha!!

K.P.: @Loepsie ya iam so sick and i do the gross thing now :( i cant shower afraid to get worst cause i promised to stay away from heat

contemplativegirl21: LOL at the "accidents in hair" comment! What if you drool? LOL, I assume the acidic fluid in saliva is bad for hair? (I don't drool, by the way. *shifts eyes* Hypothetical question!) :-P

Carrolllynette: the brain fart was ingeeeneeus! :)

Carrolllynette: the brain fart was ingeeeneeus! :)

Mae: she has a cool accent

Adina: Dankjewell!

TutGamon: Lol try to turn on auto subtitles at like 2:45 its so funny xD

Beth Ebdon: doesnt the olive oil make ur hair look greecy

tinglesrosyrupeeland: You're so cute

paunnet: @Loepsie Don't waste your money! It's a bottle full of silicones and they make you pay it 30 euros, it's madness! (try and Google "moroccanoil silicones"). Olive oil is a thousand times better for your hair.

K.P.: @Loepsie :( thank you !

shazo89: lol

Kira: do you rinse the olive oil off after? cause if you didint your hair would look oily and gross

watermelon makku:
