GWAN BIG UP UNNU SELF ! XOXO

Hey guys welcome to my channel. I am Chevy. If your reason is China welcome wah 1, don't forget to subscribe hit that Bell button notified, get welcome to this Jamaican ish, Caribbean ish care, welcome to the family. So for today's video I have been getting a lot of requests, or rather people have been asking me questions of how they deal with their natural hair or how I deal with my natural hair in the wintertime and to be completely honest with you guys. I am no natural here guru, I do not self-identify as a natural Yahoo, I miss a girl on YouTube that cheers whatever she does with you, lovely people. So in terms of tips of what I do with my natural here in the winter. To tell you the honest truth, I don't wear it now at all or not as much. If I go outside with my hair like this, it will be one day and one day only this winter season is like horrible and it we are black people like our skin, get. Actually we get dry. We look grave. Our hair gets brittle like it turned into popsicle, like it's just absolutely ridiculous and I'm not for it first tip. Of course it doesn't matter what time of the year it is protective. Styling is your goal to like protective stuff. You can't miss with protective styling, so my method of protective styling that I usually do. I either braid my hair. I haven't done that in a while, but I braid my hair in the winter or I do crochet in my face. I can braid so for myself. I'Ll do brainless crochet. I have a couple of video on breadless crochet on my channel, so braids braid, less crochet and weeks. I wear a lot of weight. My hair is fully covered with oh, he gets like a hat. Your hair is in cornrows. You can take the wig off oil, it put the wig back on and you're good to go, but not everyone likes to wear wigs, so my suggestion would be to just braid your hair. So this is my. This is my second winter, with a full blown natural hair. My very first winter I had a bald head and I wore wigs. So my very first winter my hair was breaking. I am from Jamaica. I live in Canada now, but my fur, my very first winter here my hair was a disaster Mike. I don't know if it was because I'm not used to the climate, I don't know what he was, but my hair was not having it and I have eczema in mine in the back left side of my head hair. Whatever you want to call it, I have horrible eczema and my hair was just like girl. We staying so we're gon na just skedaddle, so my hair completely fell off and I'm like you know what freakness I'm gon na cut my hair off. I'M gon na go natural because my hair was permed. I'M like i'ma just go natural, so my first meant to turn my hair was bald. Then last year was when I had my TWA my hair what's happening, but I I did a lot of braiding. My hair was always embraced so that allowed it to grow that allowed it to retain moisture in this harsh weather, just not manipulating your hair at all for a while. It'S just it's good, like good, maintain this up as long as you wash it or another tip. I have for you guys for maintaining or keeping your hair healthy during the winter is deep treatments. The treatments it's like you haven't gone to church for a while, and you just need the Holy Ghost or Jesus Christ to cover you with his mighty bless you so deep treatment is like a it's like a class for your hair. It'S like a revival like it's. It had died and it came back to life, so I just did a deep treatment, video on my channel, and that was because my hair was damaged. I was stressed out with school, and winter was coming. My hair was just there was a lot going on. I my eyes: I realized that my hair has split, ends, split ends and it just needed love. So I did a deep down deep conditioning with album it's a abakada treatment. So the next thing I realized that my hair needs in the winter cuz. I realize different time in the winter season. My hair will have different needs right now. I feel, like my hair is too limp and I might need a protein treatment. So that's going to be my next treatment, so treatments in general during the subtype during the winter is a god-sent, so treatments look what your hair needs if it's dry doing moisturizing treatment since Bertil. Do some damage control treatments? It'S slim. You do some protein treatment so yeah. That is the best thing you can do for your hair, just not manipulating your hair. So much and to be honest, the reason why I do not wear my hair out too much during the winter is because I do a lot of washing goals with gel or any type of curling activator type product, and when I do that, it's to get dressed. My hair doesn't dry immediately, so it's still wet and to go outside in minus 30 degree. Weather is absolutely ridiculous or natural hair. If I went outside with my hair wet, I will literally come back inside and I could probably break my hair like a toothpick or something so I do not recommend a lot of washing goals during the winter. Certainly, as I said, I'm not a naturally or boomer. I'M just tell me what I do, but I wouldn't do too much washing goes because you go outside your hair would look like some obstacles. This way, your hair will freeze like a skin freeze your finger freeze in the winter. If you weren't wearing gloves your face, feel frosty, so imagine how harsh the weather is on your hair. I like wigs. Wigs, are like hats for me: it's the best thing in life, weaves, wigs whatever it's one of the best protective methods. Honestly, truly - and I stand by oasis - I'm like I'm, not really a natural hair guru cos. I love my natural hair. So much like I didn't know, my hair could grow like this. I am two years being posed I'll call it ball cuz. I just I didn't transition. I just cut all my hair off right. I couldn't deal with the transition. You know I just cut my hair off, so I wouldn't consider myself and natural hair guru, because I'm all about anything I like wigs and weaves and some people would say - oh my god, you're, not really a natural hair person. I didn't say it was I'm just something basically so yeah, that's all my tips so tip number one braid, your hair, any type of minimal manipulation to your hair. Any time of the year is especially for us for type girl not to exclude anyone else, but for type hair is so easily breakable. If I said that right, but it's like, we could be doing the right things this, but our hair is just our ears like break yeah. Second tip will be my favorite protective style, a wig. I love me. Some make third tip deep treatments. These are your holy girl, your revival, your return to the church or, whichever religion that you are you go and you praise like you're, praying to God to like bless, bless, bless your trees with deep and deep treatments. That'S what they do. They revive your hair is dead and it revives it back so braids, wigs, deep conditioning those are my tips and for me to leave my hair out. The for tip would need not to leave my hair. Oh like this, even though I love it, but I love it and I want to see in the summer in the spring, so I don't leave my hair out like this all the time, and that is all I have for you guys today.
