Hi guys it's Cayley today, I wanted to share with you my winter haircare routine. First thing I do in the morning is take a shower. I give my hair a quick rinse and then I use a vino nourish and moisturize shampoo. I mainly focus the shampoo on my scalp and I really make sure to massage it in then. I go in with a second wash using this same shampoo and I found that this makes my hair feels so much cleaner, but it also gives it a lot more volume. Then I use Neutrogena triple moisture, deep recovery, hair mask. I work this into the ends of my hair. Ever since I started using this a few months ago, I noticed my hair is growing so much faster. It usually stops around my shoulders, which is so annoying, but I can definitely tell that my hair has been growing a lot longer recently. When I get out of the shower, I like to throw my hair over and twist it up into a towel to dry. Here. It is my natural hair guys if I'm keeping it curly for the day I'll. Let it be like this. If I decide to style my hair I'll start off by using my gardener, fruity sleek and shine smoothing milk, it's basically a leave-in conditioner. It keeps my hair hydrated, so I don't lose any moisture when I start heat styling it. I mix this with a little argan oil and then work it into the ends of my hair, usually avoiding the scalp area, because I don't want that area. To look super greasy the next day. Next, I spray organics keratin therapy, Flatiron spray, all over my hair to protect it from heat damage. It also makes my hair smell like coconuts, which is always awesome. I use a t3 hairdryer and boar bristle round brush to straighten my hair since it's already dry. This only takes me like five minutes or less to do once I'm finished with my bangs, I like to split my hair in the back and tie the rest up. I comb out the tangles in my hair first and then I straighten it. Then I take out another section of hair and tie the rest back up. I do the same thing all over again that we did on the bottom section. I comb out the hair first for any tangles and then I straighten out the hair and I usually like to work from the back to the front with these bigger sections I'll. Let you guys in on a little trick of mine, I like to face the blow-dryer downward over the hair. It pushes all the frizz ease down super easy all right. So this is the last section of hair and I do the exact same thing over again. I comb through it and then I straighten it when I'm done blow-drying. My hair, I put in a dab more of argan oil and I really work it into the hair for some extra shine. It'S basically like adding the cherry on top of your ice cream sundae. It really just finishes off the look. I do like to wear my hair like this as well, but for this video I wanted to show you how I curl my hair too. I'M gon na be using a new me. Titan-3 curling one and this set comes with three different barrels. I used the medium sized barrel. While that's heating up, I comb out my extensions and I use a mixture of extensions the longest one I clip in first is in chocolate, brown and the rest are from Sally's brand called Euronext in chestnut brown. I do curl my hair without them a lot. It really just depends on my mood once I have all the hair extensions in my hair. I use a comb to brush through the hair. It just really helps to blend the extensions with my actual hair before curling my hair. I spray the organics Flatiron spray. In again, just for added protection and another little trick for you guys for curling hair, I actually like to start from the back and work my way to the front. That way, I don't have to spend any extra time clipping. Sections up ends up looking more natural. This way I face the curling one downward. I wrap the hair around the barrel away from my face, hold it for a few seconds and then let it go once I finish curling my hair, I like to run my fingers through it carefully to split up the curls. Then I spray it with my Tresemme tres, two hairspray, so the curls last for days, a little tip for you guys, is to spray your hairspray really far away like extend your arm out as far as possible. It'Ll keep your curls looking and feeling super soft, so that completes my winter hair care routine.
