In this video I demonstrate how to fade an undercut for fine hair. I used a #000 guard and faded it to a #2 to the disconnected parts. The top goes from about 2-6 inches in front.
I used PreStyle and Talc to style.

Hey guys, Stephen a salon guy here and today, we've got Kyle and I've used Kyle before in a previous video, but it's been about 30 years Kyle how you doing man - oh no, but what we're doing today is I'm going to do a really tight faded haircut. We'Re going to create a disconnection through here, similar to like the Bryce Harper haircut, even though it's what we don't want ever want the Bryce Harper haircut, but we're going to kind of do that today. But I really want to show you guys a tutorial on how I'm going to work with Kyle's hair he's got a lot of hair but more finer texture and have a lot of viewers that want haircuts for finer hair. So I'm gon na show you guys how to get a lot of volume with my products. I'M going to create a really nice haircut to accentuate this part of the haircut and put into a nice tight fade and then, when I'm done, we're going to break it down. So I'm ready to go. Let'S go okay guys, so Kyle's haircut is done as want to break down what I did so. Basically, I faded from a triple zero all the way up to about I'd, say a number two guard right in through the disconnected area, and then I went back in and I really refined the whole taper. And then I worked into his beard because, as you saw before, his beard is pretty long. So I used a number two. Basically on the whole thing and when it did a little trimming by hand just to really customize it and really make it nice and sharp. And the top, what I did is I parted it down the middle and cut everything on an angle going shorter to longer this way towards his face. So this was the longest point into here. I'D say the top. Here'S about I'd, say six inches or so five and a half of 6 inches nothing wrong with than that, and then I used pre style because pre style is literally designed to pre style and give the hair the support that it needs for volume. So it's great for fine hair, it's great for any hair type. Actually, so you saw what i blow-dried. It had a lot a lot of volume and actually sticking up his hair, and then I went in with my favorite product for this type of hair, which is health which literally you dab it on and it pulls the hair together. So it's thickens the hair shaft and you can literally spoil it and mold it any way you want, and then I just added a few little kind of texturized pieces right in through here just to make it a little bit different and I think Kyle looks awesome. Man, well guys, thank you so much for watching, and I just want to remind you that I did the hard part in through here too okay. So I forgot to mention that, but we did put a hard part. I like the way you do the undercut by parting and trimming both sides at an angle, but my stylist keeps adding a lot of length to the left side because of my hair direction, now I'm trapped doing a comb-over style because of all this weight instead of having a flexible style. Do you think I should trust my stylist or can your way work if I use enough styling product / heat? I'm going for something like you did with Anthony Deluca
