Hey guys thanks so much for watching today's video is going to be all about hair care or actually hair, color removal - and I know I've done a video before on how to dye your hair. But today's video is going to be how to remove the dye from your hair, especially when it's probably like a color mistake or just a color, that you wanted to do for fun for the holidays. I know a lot of people dye their hair black for Halloween, and maybe you wanted to soften up your look but without damaging your hair, because I know a lot of people tend to bleach their hair. It'S called stripping, but it's basically bleaching your hair and your hair is left fried for days I mean you might as well just shave your head and grow hair all over again now. My mom is a really good example. This she dyed her hair. Well, she went to a salon and she spent maybe about no joke, maybe about five hours, plus more than five hours on stripping her hair. She came home and she almost cried because her hair was so brittle and dry and and crinkly and it just looked burnt to hell. It was so horrible. I felt bad. What did she do? She went back and bought a box of dye and dyed her hair, like dark brown, almost black, so if she just undid it because she felt like if she dyed her hair any lighter that it would just look worse and it was just horrible. So I think she even died on her back to black wasted all the money stripping. Her hair wasted her time and so on, but the product I'm going to be talking to you guys about today is called um. My HD, my hairdresser, um at home, I think, is to do it yourself. Yes, the salon professional do yourself permanent, hair, color remover, and it's a two-step. Let me show you guys. The contents of this before we get into the video comes with two bottles and it's like one, this Part A Part B um and a mixing bowl and the brush. I know right now, they're having this sale or promotion where they going to give you the mixing bowl and the brush for free it's very inexpensive. So I don't want to speak too much about the product itself like its contents and stuff like that, because we're not scientists, all we really want to see is if it works, if it damages your hair and what color your hair turns, especially if you have the Dramatic black hair, I mean, if you can, remove black, you can remove any color, pink blue, green, whatever, like any color, that you can think of what you're going to do is you're going to mix the contents an even amount of both into this um bowl. We'Re going to mix it and then apply it to her as you would hair dye, so starting with the roots and then moving down to the ends, your hair or that's how I did it um and then you leave it in for 20 minutes. It says in the packaging to check every five minutes to see the color that it's turning, but we left it for 20 minutes and it was like perfect when we took the cap off. It was a really really light. Color she washed it out then blow-dried and it was like we were stunned. So if you guys are interested to see how my twin sister went from black hair to a really light brown color totally strip the black out of her hair in 20 minutes just keep watching. So hopefully you guys enjoyed that video. I think the only con to this because there's tons of pros not only did it only take 20 minutes. My sister's hair looked a lot shinier. There was no irritation to her scalp um. What else I think, the smell of the the liquid, the actual application, didn't smell bad one of the mixers kind of smell a little funky, but when he mix the both of them together and he mix it up, it kind of has like a flowery kind of A fruity scent to it, so it wasn't strong at all either because we were doing it in a small bathroom. So I was kind of scared that we'd probably have to do it outside. Because of the I don't know, I was just expecting a really strong odor, but there wasn't any the only downfall. This product would probably have to be the thickness of the actual solution. I just wish it was a little bit thicker so that when I held it up to the hair that it would wasn't falling off a lot. So if anything, I'd probably hold the hair in a little angle, so that when you're painting on the product that when it falls, it falls on to the hair and you can just mix it in so thanks guys. So much for watching hopefully enjoyed this video and I'll, see you guys next time.

M&M: Thanks to you, I ordered this product and used it a couple days ago. It worked great. Thanks for sharing your experience. I had to remove a dark red dye job that my hairdresser screwed up for me. Now it looks great. No damage to my hair at all.

agentspeedybeauty: I just used this on my mom & it worked amazingly! I agree that it's consistency should be a bit thicker cause it was a bit messy due to being very liquidy but I highly recommend this! I'm having a friend order it so I can take the black out of her hair too. Thanks for introducing me to the product!!!

Sarah Betts: Your video's are fantastic! Thank you so much for your advice, it's really helped x

Simona Jozefina: This video was SO SO SO helpful, can't thank you enough!!!

puentecarolyn: omg this is perfect for when summer comes and i want to go lighter! thanx sonia!

Jocelyn Saldana: This product literally saved my life! It works!! Thank You! I went from black to red hair and then I used it again and it got lighter.

Jeepergirl: you explained everything very well, thank you! your sisters hair turned out gorgeous!

Monique Bee: ooooommmmg!! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH FOR THIS SONIA!!!! i have been looking for something like this forever now, an alternative to getting rid of the black hair ive dyed over and over again, and i didnt wanna bleach but i am so gonna try this for sure..thanks again<3

irwinswierdo: Thank god for this video because yesterday i wanted to dye my hair dark brown and i did but it turned out black and i just hate the color so yeah thanks for this video :)

Meliza Ozuna: I did this on my daughter today it was easy fast & AWESOME! IDK how its not more popular...I guess bc it would put alot of hair stylists out of business, I have had alot of stuff done to my hair & this stuff is LEGIT!

Becky Ramos: I bought this product a few months ago... I finally got to use it... And it worked great I had jet black hair. It put me at copper brown color which is exactly what I wanted... Thanks

browneyedgirl1100: Great video!!! Does one box come with enough product for one application for your length hair?

M&M: It worked fine for me. I left it on for 20 minutes and then washed it twice in the shower and rinsed it for 5 minutes. I let it dry overnight and put fresh color on the next day. No problems at all.

babygoblins: Hey i have black dye in my hair, kind of like your sisters. I want to get it to a nice plum red color. Would you recommend doing this process more than once? Do you think it would help? Thanks great video btw =)

nashvillegirl1: Thanks for the showing us what's out there....You know guys you don't have to use the product just stop leaving negative comments. By the way your sister is very gorgeous just like you!

Liz Erickson: For the consistency of this product I would use an applicator bottle instead of a bowl and brush application, it's easier to get the product where you need it :-)

Jess Girl: Gorgeous family, you and your sister both! :)

starrish: so helpful ... i dyed my hair black and needed this. thanks though i am gonna try it.

Jane Gopher: What if my hair is naturally really dark brown? Will it work then? Thank you, this was really helpful, but I wish it took out enough color for dye, cause I want to dye my hair (damage free)

Jasmine Navaroli: Hi!~ I'm having a slight hair disaster.. Earlier this week I bleached my tips blonde. Earlier tonight I tried to dye only the rest of my hair black, but it stained my blonde tips when I was washing it out. Would this cancel out permanent black dye and give me back my blonde tips?

Lizeth Castro: I tryed it and I totally LOVE IT, its AMAZING! !!!

Gaby Lafuente: Hi! Thanks for your video! I want to do this, but in the box it says not to use with semi-permanent... This is what I want to remove from my hair.  What happens if I use it?  Do you know?  Thanks again!!

MsCynflynn: I love that you admit your not a scientist. It drives me crazy when gurus think they're talking all scientific and they just get it all wrong. 1. because they're making themselves sound stupid. 2. they're influencing the thoughts of thousands of people incorrectly. Thank you for being so honest and sweet. love your videos.

tatii1097: I had really dark hair and I did it several times and each time my hair got lighter but it wasn't the perfect so then I dyed it with the color I wanted and its perfect now

amandaornancey: Was your sister's hair clean before applying the product? I just got mine in the mail and needed to know. Thanks! (:

Karla Hernandez: This really does work my hair is naturally black & it was black I tried it and it made it a shade lighter then her sisters ! it even made my hair feel better then it was before I tried it

Cristina R: @sccastaneda thanks for this answer, totally helps! and her hair looked gorgeous after!

nmattes29: Thank u so much Sonia, I'm definitely gonna try this product out! Happy holidays to u & ur precious son!!!

lilolavictoire: This is so helpful!

Riley Morgan: Over the past 365 days my hair has been 3 different colors. including bleach blonde and 3 unnatural colors (such as purple. red and blue) it is now a off black. havent touched it since december and its faded and my roots are bad, im afraid of even touching my hair because its so dead and most of it broke off. I kinda wanna try this

Chrissy Garcia: Could This Also Be Used As A Bleach ? (:

Katie Bandy Krikorian: can you use this on hair that's had dye on it for a while? or does it have to be recent dye job?

Ariana Correa: Hi, loved your sister's hair!! Do you happen to know if that product can be used on henna hair? I've used henna for 9 years and I am looking for a method that I can use to remove the henna and be able to achieve a lighter tone because henna has darken my hair. I need a product that won't be so harsh on my hair because my gray hairs are brittle already.

Ksm Silver: I'm trying to do the opposite. I've been dying my hair blonde-ish for a few years & lately medium brown, my natural hair color is black and I want to go back to black because I'm letting it grow out. Does is work for that also? Going back to my natural black hair from brown? If you mentioned it in the video I wasn't paying attention lol.

Alma Cervantes: u saved my life!! im going to try it!! thank u so much!!

Gabrielle Ramirez: Can you do this more than once to get an even lighter color??

Courtney88: Could you use this product on hair that has been dyed for awhile like six months? thanks:)

Candice Racquel: How soon can you use this after coloring your hair?

Sammiibee09: you look really pretty in this video! very naturally pretty! love it:)

Kimmy Khaira: I REGRET dying my hair jet black and I've been trying to grow it out for the past 2 years and now my roots are dark brown and it looks light brown in the sun with my ends really black lol it's ok I learned my lesson to never dye my hair black again

KeeBeats: Oh snap! I'm wearing that same exact shirt today, right NOW while watching this video. How awesome is that?! :D

DelusionFree Gal: News flash... All box or professional color removers have bleach in them. The end. Sincerely, a licensed hairdresser of 17 yrs.

suzie509: her hair looks great!!

Maria Lay: I tried this to remove black hair dye from ny hair. It worked great my hair is not damaged at all. My hair was bleached before dying it black to a very light blonde. After using this product once my hair is a light brown.

Jazmin Martinez: Ok so my question is the only place to get this product is in the descriptions. How long does the shipping take?

Jaycee6501: I have long jet black hair and recently (attempted) to dye it an ash brown/blonde. It ended up making my hair a super brassy orange color. (Common in asian hair) Not liking it too much. It also made my hair very brittle, most likely caused by having super dark hair. I heard about the stripping of hair color and I'm wondering if you're able to do it with lighter color in order to gain back my original dark hair. Would it make more sense to just dye it back black? Would that be less damaging?

Nan Hdez: Awesome ! Thanks for posting this video!!!

5nallycomplete: Does this product remove highlights? Great video

Dawn Dunkerley: Well, after searching and then finding your video.....UREAKA!!!!!! I got the product ,just finished washing and waiting....my hair went from dark dark brown right back to my soft brown in 1 hour.....Thank you so much for posting.......:)

Emma Milek: Will this work for demi permanent as well? Does it go back to the natural color or just a light shade?

Plumbop Sims: Step one : get baking soda . Step two : wash hair with it . Step three : be happy.

Line Theland: OMG it was SO PRETTY!!!

laci jane: will this work if you've dyed your hair 2-3 times with different colors?

Jean Brown: did you order it online or bought it in your local store?

Angie25Girl: people r jealous..girl ur videos rock and ur giving ur honest opinion on products and what u rate them positive or negative its advice girls take it or leave it no one said u had to watch it....sonia keep it up girl

jenafurr1: does this work on blondes that are trying to go back natural. i've grown my hair out for a year. so it's naturally ombred it self but now i just want the ends to match the top but everything i use makes it orange

michelle morales: can I just ask what's the exact name of that hair removal? I dyed my hair black because it's a school requirement and now I want my hair back to what it was. I hope that one could help me :)) thanks a lot

exx0tic.magic: you look so pretty with natural looking makeup!

Ksm Silver: @xxwoofykinsxx Thanks! That's what my cousin was telling me also. I started curling my hair so it's not super noticeable & I'm glad for ombre being "in" right now lol.

itsSarahsmile: i love the color of ur sisters hair after the treatment! omg so pretty

Letty Tse: How soon after you do this to your hair can you dye your hair?

Raven Vargas: Wow she looks awesome I wish I had of gotten that stuff instead of what I bought, thanks for the cool vid

Elif Khn: for a second I thought you did it on your hair and I thought what a shame! she looks great with dark hair :)

Sam S: We hate such long intros, people just get to it

ggsrg cdhfiog: does it not damage at all? I dyed my hair black over bleached hair and I don't want to damage it further

Jojo Rainbow: what's the name of the product that you used to remove it??

Aztec Girl: This is the first one I have seen that doesn’t smell bad. All the other hair removers people always comment that it stinks real bad. I might try this one! Thanks!!

Sarrah Smith: so I've had just about every color you can think of but for the past couple of years I've only been depositing color so my hair would grow longer. I've recently dyed it red like more of a maroon/purpley/red color. would this help take it out? I want blonde hair but I don't wanna lose my long locks it's taken me almost 3 years to get it to the middle of my back

Primrose Cuaycong: Good video. The only thing I need to say is when she said "if you can take black off, you can take any color off". This isn't necessarily true. If it is a direct dye where the hair color is coloring outside the hair, it will not work, which is mostly the bright pinks and green hair I believe she was referring to. If it is a permanent dye where color is packed inside the hair shaft, then it does work.

AcePrecious: @HelloCaille Thank you for answering!!!! it helped a lot!!

MaryxXful: I think it will works, but maybe you have to do this color remove three times or more. Or less :D If you did this, please contact me and show me the results :)

Celien: Will this work for me? I have dyed my hair the past 3 years a bit darker brown than my original color :/

gloria aldana: PLEASE ANSWER, i bleached my hair, and dyed my underlayer pink two years ago, a couple of months after that i dyed it all black to cover up, right now most of the black has washed out, but the "bleached + pink" is now showing and half of my hair is my natural hair color (ash black) and the other part is orange, what can i do to get rid of the orange? (:

poop pooperson: Does it remove permanent color, or just semi permanent?

TracyS: Her hair turned out nice!!!

paula damacena: gostei muito!!!!

K&RB3: Professionals SCREW UP my hair, yes I said it! 10+ year certified & they screw it up! I've done a better job myself, cuts, dyeing, highlights, tips. You name it I did it at home for less than a fraction & got perfect results w/o having a screw up touch my head. I've stripped once, no brittleness and I've been coloring since I was 16. My hair is soft, long, & thick. So to all you "hair dressers" no one cares! At least we'll be messing it up & not spending hundreds for someone else to screw it up

Miss Cromer: how bad does this damage hair?

Tulika Bhalla: so basically does this make dark hair lighter? i never dyed my hair, but can I still use it...to make it lights?

Moon Leaf: thanks for makin this vid! im gonna do this!

Kace Dee: Hi Sonia, how did you loose all that baby weight? I am struggling to loose mine, please share some tips. Thank you.

Axelcat101: So I dyed my hair... I was a light blonde color then went to a darkish brown. It faded to an orange color so I redyed it dark again. Now it's a bit of a light brown and I really am curious to see how I look as a blonde again:( will it take it to my natural blonde or to that weird orange stage again? And if so will have to do it twice?

preetaleet: Hmm. Could you do this multiple times to get to a light blondish color. (For dying it a really vibrant unnatural color?) I naturally have Black hair. If anyone can answer this, THANK YOU!!! =D

summerluv888: Wow, you and your sister dont really look that much like twins. I feel like she'd be your older sister or something. Anyways, her hair turned out amazing, I'm surprised that worked as good as it did!

RZ Bunny: where exactly do you get it? also I'm curious as to how it works with colored hair like mine, purple and blue with alil black I want to get it light enough that I can dye it electric blue and white(ish) without discoloration from the colors I have now

Princess Bianca: Last night i dyed my hair and thanks so so so much. It turned out the same colour your sisters did after using that stuff (it was suppossed to look like Ariana Grande's hair so major backfire :p) but thanks so much. Ps i hate my hair :p

Diana M.: U look pretty in this video sonia .... & ima try this to see how it works on me:) thanx for making this video... It was helpful

MsKri77: I think after a month and a half of my rainbow hair i am ready to strip it out! I will try this product ... hopefully i can get it in Canada! and let you know how it goes!

Seija Aaltonen: you have to wash it like 6 times after your use it

lucy terrazas: This stuff is awesome !!

Giuliana Salerno: where did you get this product? do you need to order it or is it available in drugstores/ beauty stores?? thank you!! great video:)

carlsbadcruiser: Thanks for the video, you are absolutely gorgeous and adorable :)

zeona davis: You're absolutely right, Hairdresser for over 30 years.

Maddie mae: i have dark brown hair (that's my natural color) and I dyed it blonde a long time ago and I keep trying to dye it back to as close to my natural color as I can so I can stop coloring it and grow it out. but whenever I color it, the color gets lighter and my roots show. so im trying to strip the color but have it be darker not lighter. how do I do that?

TheKathja: I bleached my hair from brown to white, and dyed it with semipermanent red and purple dye. Then i dyed it brown twice, then dark red and then black. Will this remove all the layers of dye, and make it bleachblonde again? I want to go blue :)

Sophie Hardy: I dyed my hair red, however I had school so I then dyed it black over the red. Would this take my hair back to my natural colour, a dark brown?

Andi Mariee: With blonde hair you remove the little guys that pigment your hair. So a method like this would only go from darker to lighter. If you want to go back to your natural and you're blonde now, just put a color over the top of it C:

lanena_00: Did your sister color her hair black before using the color removal? I think it looks great just curious. =)

MAkKEUPjUNkYy: Is there anywhere else we might be able to find this other then ordering it online ?

graciecry: Nice informative video.. Will keep this in mind! & Sonia, SISTER TAG PLEASE!! :)
