Hello, my friends welcome back to my channel it's frances here and today, i'm getting into my full hair care, routine. I'Ve had a few requests to do this kind of video and i'm finally bringing it to you and some of you guys know. I'Ve been blonde for ages for like as long as i can remember, and before i had blonde hair, i even had pink hair and purple hair. So basically, i've been bleaching, my hair for over a decade now, so i've definitely learned some things along the way that helped me keep my hair looking fresh and healthy, so i'll be sharing that with you today. I do want to say i'm not a professional in any way, shape or form. These are just some things that have worked for me and i'll be sharing some of my favorite products that i've used for the last few years. This video is sponsored by moroccan oil. I'Ve actually fallen in love with the brand this past year, so a lot of their products are in my routine, but i'll also be sharing some other products from other brands as well. So, let's get started, oh and real quickly. We are doing a giveaway as well so stay tuned for the very end. First thing i always mention is that i only wash my hair once a week. I know that may sound a little gross to some of you guys, but i've actually trained my scalp to do this. For the last. Like 10 years, i started off kind of slow, washing it every two to three days and then pushing it to three to four and so on, and now i can go about seven to eight days without washing my hair. My scalp just doesn't produce as much of the natural oils as quickly as it used to so it doesn't feel as greasy. That'S just one of the ways i keep my color looking fresh and prevent my hair from drying. Out now before i wash my hair, i don't normally do anything occasionally. If i have time i'll use some natural coconut oil as a mask i'll, take some and melt it in a little bowl in the microwave and then once it's cooled down i'll apply it on my hands and just like apply that all over my hair and just Let that sit as a mask for about 15 to 20 minutes. Before i wash my hair, coconut oil is just a versatile product to keep in your home and it's a great natural way to further protect it from any damage. First, products we'll get into is just my simple, shampoo and conditioner. This is the hydrating, shampoo and conditioner from moroccan oil. I actually love this set so much it's just simple and effective, and i use this every other time when i'm not toning. My hair, with purple shampoo, i actually had an extra set that i gave my mom recently and she texted me after using it saying it was like the best shampoo and conditioner she's ever used, and that says a lot because my mom is really picky. This is pretty self-explanatory. It'S just shampoo and conditioner. I feel like. I don't have to explain how to use it. You guys get it. Oh, my gosh! This is like still kind of wet. I just used this earlier today, so there's still water inside, but this is the shampoo and conditioner set that i'll be using when i'm trying to tone my hair. This is the blonde perfecting purple, shampoo and conditioner. They just launched the conditioner recently and i've been using the shampoo for several months now. They sent this to me like a little while ago, and i just fell in love. I posted about this on my instagram a few times and i truly do love this purple. Shampoo, like i think it's the best for my hair, i used to use one by finola and while i love finolas products, their purple shampoo was just so potent. It was turning my hair, like gray, and it was starting to look dark and also made my hair feel a lot drier. This one just works way better. For my hair. I noticed that my hair feels a lot smoother and healthier after and it just brightens my blonde, as opposed to like tones it to a darker purple. So i'll just apply this pretty generously and lather all over making sure i cover every area and then i'll leave it on for about three minutes. Three minutes is usually my sweet spot for my tone of blonde uh. You can do more or less if you'd like, depending on how blonde you are or how blonde you're trying to be after i rinse it out. It just looks so much brighter, so much less, yellow and my hair still feels nourished for the conditioner. I have this little machete comb that i use to brush it out and make sure the product is evenly distributed. You probably don't need this, but it helps a lot. Okay, i have one more shampooing product i want to mention. I know it's a lot, but this technically is more of like a scalp scrub. It'S the caristas scrub, appeasance scalp scrub. I like to use this when my my hair is feeling extra dirty like there's a lot of product build up, or it's really greasy or if i worked out a lot that week and my hair feels really dirty. This is really good for a dry, scalp or dry hair. I just take a generous amount and just massage that all over my scalp and i even have a little scalp brush to use to scrub any product build up away, and it just stimulates and soothes. My scalp and it feels so good after so this product is really great. I definitely recommend moving on to the next product. This is the olaplex number. Eight bond intense moisture mask. If you have colored hair, you probably already know about this brand, and if you don't, you really should. This is a concentrated mask treatment that uses bond building technology to strengthen your hair from within and protect hair structure. Every stylist or colorist, i know, recommends this product and it's really easy to use. I just take about two to three pumps and apply that all over my hair leave that on for about 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing it out this product really is amazing. I use it after every hair wash and my hair feels like silky smooth after so 10 out of 10 recommend. So that's pretty much all these shower products or hair washing products. I use let's get into some post shower products right after the shower. I have to hit my hair with some leave-in conditioner, and lately i've been obsessed with this one from away it's from their collab with by rideau, it's like a conditioner fragrance hybrid and it's scented with their iconic scent mojave ghost. I love this one because you can use it on dry or wet hair as well. Another great leave-in product that i'm loving is the kerasauce zika plasmi serum from their blonde abs, blue line. This is really great for damaged or dry colored hair. It also protects against heat, so it's great to use right before i plan to blow dry. I was actually a part of the launch for the blonde absolute collection from carissa, so it's only fitting that i have some of the products in my hair care routine. After that i'll wrap my hair up in the volo hero towel. It'S a super lightweight soft plush towel, that's super absorbent and it just decreases my dry time. I like to wrap my hair up in this and just let all that product and conditioner just kind of marinate into my hair before i blow dry. Another product i want to mention is the wet brush. I definitely recommend having a wet brush or some kind of like gentle detangling brush. I know most people have this already, but if you don't, you should definitely get one it's available on amazon. This brush is super gentle on your hair, especially when it's wet your hair is wet. It'S super fragile, so this helps prevent breakage and just glides through my hair effortlessly. I'Ve used this for years, and i also just try to brush from the bottom going up to prevent more breakage. Okay, guys we're almost done. I swear just a few more products after my hair has dried. I like to go in with the moroccan oil treatment light. It'S extremely rich in argan oil and vitamin e to really nourish my dry and brittle hair, it's great to use after heat styling and it just really smooths all my hair into place, and then. Lastly, i mentioned earlier that i wash my hair once a week. So best believe dry shampoo is your girl's best friend i've been using this one for a while. Now it's the dry shampoo light tones from moroccan oil. It has subtle, violet undertones to help cancel out any brassiness. I get a lot of brassiness by the root, so this is super helpful in that area. They also make one for dark tones as well all right guys. We have made it to the end. I feel like that was kind of a lot, but i hope it wasn't too much information for you guys having colored hair is kind of a lot of work. It'S a lot of maintenance. I definitely do a lot of things at home to keep it looking at its best. I mean, especially since i'm coloring it constantly. I go in for a root touch up every five to six weeks, so it's just a lot of work, but i do love this color and i hope you guys found this information helpful. If you guys have any other questions for me, you guys feel free to leave them down below i'll, be sure to answer, and as for the giveaway, we are giving away rock and oil, and i are giving away about five products to three different winners. This giveaway will be open to the us only and to enter. All you have to do is comment below with your three favorite emojis and then also add your instagram, so that i can dm you when you win. As always, all the products will be linked below i'll, also tag, my colorist as well. If you guys are curious, her name is grace she's located in pasadena and i'll tag, her instagram as well, but i think that's it for now. I hope you guys enjoyed this video and good luck to anyone who enters the giveaway and i'll catch. You guys next time bye, you
