I don't have a question, though, because like when, going on the the hair thing, there'd be some girls that will say like they're trying to play victim like there'd, be some girls that will try to say they don't wear their hair out, because men don't appreciate their Their hair, but then they'll turn around and be like. They don't wear weave for men. They wear it for themselves and i'm just over here like how you gon na say you're wearing somebody else's hair for yourself. But then you say you don't wear your hair out, because men don't appreciate your hair. I think that's that's like a contradiction. It is um and that's where the cognitive dissonance comes comes in because actually um i mean in my personal experience, um, except for that that road mexican boyfriend, i had one time, never again wow mexican boyfriend. It was. It was a sad state of affairs. I was 14 in high school. I didn't know what i was thinking anyways that was passed and gone, and that's when i decided i was like never again, nobody outside of my general race right because he was just he was a mess anyways um other than that. My hair being an impediment in that that didn't count that doesn't count to me. He didn't count. He doesn't exist, he's like um but anyways. I mean, after that i mean every guy i've dated since that point has been a black man or black male teenager. So i mean i've worn my hair natural those entire years of my life. That'S never been an impediment and i i would wear it out big. I would wear it out in the fro. I would wear it out and braid out and twist out bantry knots, braids pigtails puffs buns out in whatever you would consider anything. I did it all never became an issue. In fact they liked it. So i i don't. I don't see that either and i mean people do they like they're, like i guess they expect me to have like those like really like those soft ringlets or something the wavy hair. I don't have that um, but i don't know i mean no. I mean like and no dude has ever said to me like. Oh, you should change your hair, so i can't say that's true for me um, so i know, but i don't think i don't think men don't appreciate it, but then, and then again like my next question is like okay: why are they? Why do they believe men wouldn't appreciate? Is it that they believe men don't appreciate it like, as if they don't, as if it's like an active experience like they've, worn it out and they've, seen no type of male attention right, or is it that this is a preconceived notion that they've been sold or Taught their entire life, so they don't even attempt, because that's already going to be the truth for them anyways. So i think it had to get the letter again because, like because i was taught the same thing, but i'm the type of person where i'm just like. Okay, that's what they say, i'm going to prove them wrong. So my mom literally told me she's, like no man we'll want you with your hair like this, you should go back to what i was doing to it and i was like no because i'm stubborn, but it's been working for me. Fine, i mean i walked in public with a full fro and people are like stopping me left and right and they're looking at it whatever they may be thinking about they're thinking, but it makes a statement i mean. I think there are those words i can't touch it, but then it's like okay, no, you can't touch my hair, but i don't know i don't. I don't feel i feel like it's such a part of me that i can. I can't separate it from myself anymore, like i'm, not gon na hide that part of myself, because it's an extension of your mind. It'S an extension. It'S an externalized version of your brain. It'S like your hair! Is you
