Hey guys, it is the end of the day and i wanted to share my nighttime haircare routine with you guys. I'Ve been getting some questions on it and what i do, what i use to moisturize my ends, so i'm just going to go ahead and show you how i wrap my hair at nighttime, my night routine when i get home and what i do to my hair. Um because i just put out a video on some healthy hair care tips, and i did get some questions on what i use on my end. So i thought, let me just do a video update, a video on sort of like my wrapping routine, my nighttime hair haircare routine, and what i do so, let's go ahead and get into this video, alright guys. As always, if your return to subscriber i love and appreciate you, if you are new here, please consider subscribing sticking around for more videos. I would love to have you as a part of the family uh, let's go ahead and get into this routine okay, so it is the end of the day. I'M super tired. I hope i don't look crazy, but it's the end of the day. I am home. The first thing i like to do before i take off my makeup before i get undressed for the day is actually go ahead and take care of my hair. I like to get it out of the way, even if i get home and i have to cook, which is most nights when i get home, i have to you, know, sort of get ready to cook and make food for me and my husband um. What i'll do is still i'll go ahead with my hair care routine, because i like to just get that out of the way. I also like my hair up as soon as i get home and out of the way it just feels so good, just to have everything wrapped up and in a hair scarf. So i'm gon na go ahead and share the products that i use and the tools that i use to wrap my hair, the first thing: being these duckbill clips, you can get these at the beauty supply store. These are the metal duckbill clips. I have so many of these. I use these to wrap my hair use these when i'm sectioning off my hair, when anytime i'm doing my hair i'm using these normally so i have four of them. I like to use four. You might be able to hear the heat in the background because it is the end of the night and everybody's winding down. My building's heat is coming on. This is real life, so the next thing is a big old paddle brush. I also have my seamless wide tooth comb. Seamless means there are no seams. This was made as one continuous piece of plastic so that your hair does not get caught or break off. So i got this from the beauty supply store there. You can order it online amazon, all things like that and then a little uh boar hair bristle brush, and this is what i use to wrap my hair and smooth my hair again beauty supply store. This is super gross and old, and then a i'm gon na use. My tonight, i'm gon na use my moroccan oil treatment as my moisturizer for my ends and then my silk or satin. This is a satin scarf that i'm gon na go ahead and use to tie up my hair for the evening. The first thing i do when i get home is i like to go ahead and detangle through my hair with my white tube comb. I like to be super careful with my hair um, so i'll go ahead and start from the ends and start to detangle, my hair, so that when i am wrapping my hair um for the evening, i'm not you know snagging it and having pieces break off. I have an issue with the back of my hair, the nape of my neck tangling up, so i like to be very careful there. My hair is not very tangled today. Thank goodness now. This is something that i do to my hair. When i wear it straight. Um, sometimes if my hair is curled, that's a different thing that i do when my hair is curled. What i do is i go ahead and i use my silk scrunchie and i just put it at the top of my hair and i put a bonnet on and then usually the curls. They are looser the next day, but they last really well so um. This is what i normally do, because my hair is normally straight so again, just hitting a little bit of tangles, i'm just being careful at the base of my hair. I have a big issue with shedding and i'm not seeing too much shedding. Thank goodness, but i am seeing a tiny little bit of breakage on my ends, so i need to moisturize them. I need to do a protein treatment for my ends too, all right, so my hair is detangled, i'm going to take a little little tiny bit of my rocket oil treatment and when i say tiny, i mean a tiny little tiny little bit, because my hair can Get weighed down very easy. This is it like it's barely anything, because i'm really just concentrating on my ends. I don't want my hair to look way down. I don't want it to be weighed down, so i'm really just concentrating on the ends. Oh and obviously i wash my hands already so i'm not putting like dirty hands in my hair, i'm going to go ahead and take my comb and i'm going to section by my ear, and this is kind of how i always do it. I section by my ear: this is where my little paddle brush is going to come in and i use my hands a lot too when i'm wrapping my hair. So what i do is i go ahead and i just push all my hair over back up a little bit push all my hair over and gently brush it over, and this is where the duckbill clips will start to come in handy because i'm going to start To wrap it around, so i'm going to take my duckbill clip my first one and place it by my ear to hold the hair up, i'm going to take my hand and swing all my hair around gently, then i'm going to go ahead and take my paddle Brush and brush it around and switching to my board brussel brush to smooth my hair, make sure it's all smooth. Now, on the back of my hair at the top, i put a duffel clip to hold that this stays in my hair overnight, and it doesn't bother me, i don't feel it doesn't, leave any crimps in my hair, taking my boar hair brush and see that i'm Using my hair a lot to kind of hold everything in place, another draw clip over by this ear still using my hand to keep everything from falling and i've been wrapping my hair for years, so i just kind of can wrap it in two seconds um and I'M just so used to it, so my hair is wrapped, as you can see, i'm gon na go ahead and take my scarf place it on my head. Bring it around like this and then what i do is not tie it. I don't tie it yet. I put it on my chin. I go under a while. It'S not very tight on my head right now, but it's tight, it's keeping it in place. I go under and i carefully remove those duckbill clips, so you squeeze on it it'll open a little bit. That'S all you have to do and sometimes i'll take my hand under just make sure everything is smooth. Then i tighten come up tie it. I hope this is making sense. It is tied and then i just kind of like make it comfortable so i'll take it. You know put it behind my ears and this part right here this front part to wash my face and stuff. I just pull it up like that, and my big old forehead is out now so this is, you know i can wash my face and stuff like that and then i'll pull it back down after i do all my skincare things like that, and then i'm secured. I sleep my scarf does not come off during the night at all and yeah. I have that one duffel clip at the top here. If i really wanted to, i could remove it, but i don't it's a hassle and um. I don't feel it at night again at all ever and i just take it when i take my scarf off in the morning. I take it off and i pull my hair down and it is perfectly sleek and good to go so yeah. That'S how i do my little nightly. You know hair care routine. I hope you guys enjoyed and let me know what you guys do to your hair at night. I know some people cross wrap their hair. That'S a whole nother thing. Some people simply put their hair in a little bun or a high bun with a silk scrunchie and then tie it up. There'S so many ways that you can prepare your hair and it's really up to you what you feel comfortable sleeping with how you feel comfortable doing what you feel comfortable doing to your hair um. But this is my way and what i do at nighttime before i go to sleep, so i hope you guys enjoyed and don't forget to give me a like comment down below and subscribe if you are not already to subscribe for future videos, bye, guys,

Farren Lovely: If I remember correctly, you once mentioned that you were into stationary and planning. Are you still planning? If so, are you using pen and paper or digital?

Delicate ♎ Dominance: Lovely as always long time watcher here I put my hair up first as well. it's easier to finish up the day and get things done for the hubby and kids. I use duck bill clips, a seamless comb, a bonnet, scarf and a light serum for my ends. My Staples for the past year or so I switched over to cross wrapping and I love it. It's lower manipulation for me and I enjoy the fullness and body it creates for the take down the next morning!

Eunice Gourgel: Please do a wash day routine! I want to be a straight natural but I feel like I may lose density on my ends and your hair seems to have the same density from root to tip.

Matriarchs Matter: Impressive job getting those clips out without destroying the wrap. I may have to revisit wrapping. I use to have so much hair that I had to double wrap. However, in recent years my hair has thinned out tremendously now my scalp no longer tolerates the slight directional tug of the wrap with pins. So I sleep with pin curls. I do need to start moisturizing my ends more frequently. Thanks for sharing.

Lil Bit: GREATVIDEO. You never disappoint. Your makeup is always flawless. You say that you do makeup for clients. It would be nice to see a makeup video of you doing your own makeup or on someone else.

JujuLuvsGlitznGlam: Enjoyed this!

Nicky Daley: I love your hair content, how often do you straighten?

Pam Renee': You are so beautiful! Gorgeous hair

Nicky Daley: Can you film an updated video on straightening your hair?
