Makes it hi everyone I'm Angie, and today I'm gon na be showing how to do box braids around man the rubberband method way, because I've seen a lot of videos. You know on how to do it the rubberband way, but I'm having to be all over the place - and I just feel like but you're, not even showing me. This is like 35 minutes and you still haven't. Did it so I'm going to show you guys and yeah jump right into it, so you won't need it. Some of the rubber bands I feel like I'm always being so clumsy of them. Are you gon na need some rubber bands all right, I'm gon na take one for demonstration purposes, rat tail or something unity brush has some beeswax he'll. I have some eco styler gel you gon na need to meet okay. I have one half number two and expression kale. This is basically like two and one I feel like this is like 2001. So, yes, okay, so if you don't know what the hair looks like this is looks. I got to power with photons long braids like Rapunzel long braids with it. So all right, so you want to take a section ham. I'M gon na take like this right here. It'S so weird part in my hair stuff is like, oh, my god, all right part jurisdiction on this is where you grab your toothbrush. I use these wax because I feel like it's good for the scalp and stuff. You know moisturizing and I have like argan oil and stuff. That'S all well. I just use a little bit of beeswax, get that on there, then I'll grab a little bit of equal styling job, and I just get some from the top and take a little bit on my toothbrush, and you know just put that on the edge put that You know so I could see my part and stuff and then put that there now take a rubber band and rubber be a nut section that you took off all right. So now I got my little section: I'm gon na perfect, my part of it cuz, looking kind of funky, no bang look a little funky so boom right there. Now what I'm gon na do? Oh, my gosh, I forgot something you guys need you guys are also gon na need a crochet hook. They grab a piece and just a reasonable amount of hearing like a little medium piece or something i'ma grab like this much I cut my hair in half cut the hair stupid on I Fenton get dad for a shave. I put C on just what a managing happen. Okay grab your crochet hook. Are you know your nose gang anything friggin, it's easy! You know. Take it open up, hang up whatever. If it's open closed or not so grab it the closer I'll pull it through, pull it through. Like this make sure you got your hair, you can flip it like turn it to make it you know. Well, you want it this way and then make sure the hair is in the crochet, like, oh God turn the hair is through like this inside the crochet boom. It'S it will close like that. It'Ll close, and then you just pull just like that. Okay, you can either a little bit like you see this loop right here. You can either loop. It like this and pull the hair through and then you know makes a little knot makes it Oh boom, and then you can start to breathe what you know. The knots right there whatever boom, so then you pull one side through what the heck - oh, my god, okay or you pull one side through this and have two separate pieces moving around like that, and then you can start to braid. This is the method I prefer. I prefer pulling like the pieces, you know together. Just breathe, breathe, break it down good. It is like I ran it, so you know you guys, get the point and don't mind that sleep. I don't know why I was like. I should be pulling on it, but yeah you guys get their time, you do it. You know, and my hair is short. So it's just like I can do this all over my head and have very successful. You know like really in their box. Rigs like this is really secure, and I really like this method. So yes, so remember, can either do it. The two ways you can either pull it through loop, it tied in a knot or you can pull it through like I just did and then just start breeding. I like the way that I just did it, because I think it's more secure, I guess or a battery fact. No, the other way is way more secure where you tie the knives way more secure cuz, I understand, can probably pull this out. If I really wanted to, I could probably pull it off and I feel it low-key coming out so the other way. I would probably prefer because this way it's around the rubber band, but I don't know if you don't like tight freaking braids that is gon na. Come out so yeah, I was just a quick demonstration guy. Thank you guys for watching my quick demonstration. I hope you guys enjoy show me some love, you're, ready,

Iris Martin: Yeah for some reason that brand of hair tangles fast

Zinary Johnson: Where did you get that rod u hung the curtain on in background.

Georgiashow: Lol I'm finna try this short hair shit

Lakeva Lowe: Girl I'm so sorry to keep posting lol. Im watching again and tryna to teach ok so you got too much slippage goin on. Gel and the oil is basically oil and water. Thats y i mentioned using just water to part and braid. That crochet method, tho... Go in with micro braid size hair first. Then braid thicker around it. That'll do the trick for you. Knot your hair , trim n dip. ❤
