2. Complete the online appointment form.
3. Pay a deposit of £20 to secure your wigs and appointment time (Deposit is refundable on purchase of any wig)
4. Come in, have a cup of Yorkshire tea, and then try the wigs on.

Dealing with Simply Wigs was an excellent customer experience, the whole process from initial enquiry right through to purchase, I was dealt with in a very professional courteous manner.
I am fortunate enough to live near their premises so took advantage of being able to visit their shop to purchase my wig.
I was really pleased when offered the service of being able to send a picture of myself enabling an email with style and colour recommendations to be forwarded to me, all were great recomendations. This saved me being overwhelmed when choosing my wig.

Excellent place to give you great confidence if you are experiencing hair loss problems. From the minute I walked into the building I knew I'd come to the right place. After many viewings of the website (& I mean many !!) I had picked what I thought were the best choice for me. I had never had a wig on my head since childhood, playing dressing up ! Emma put me at my ease & we started trying my selection on, I liked parts of one & the style & colour of the other's, still not sure which to choose Emma brought out one I hadn't picked & apart from needing a different colour I decided on that one, it was so like my style when my hair was thicker. I'm so glad I went to the, what I would call a salon, because that's what it feels like. There was no pressure to purchase & [email protected] makes a lovely cup of tea ! we traveled by train for my consultation, and they where so helpfull from the moment we arrived at the station to ask them for directions, they stayed on the phone until they knew we where walking in the right direction. Very welcoming and friendly, felt comfortable and at ease straight away, found more wigs that they thought may be suitable for me to try, nothing seemed to much trouble, left feeling quite special. I visited Simply Wigs this week and it was well worth the 200 mile round trip. Emma was welcoming, supportive, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. I rarely write Reviews but felt I had to comment on this exemplary organisation. Losing one's hair is an extremely distressing business and there are many charlatans out there just waiting to take our money. From my very first contact with Simply Wigs when I spoke to Jodie, who is such an excellent ambassador for the company, I felt that ‘I had come home' and the relief was huge. I loved my hair all of my life, just had my 70th Birthday, but Simply Wigs has shown me that I can love my ‘Wearing Hair' just as much. To know that there is someone out there on the end of a phone who understands and can help is worth everything.
