Blunt Cut Bob On Damaged 4C Hair

Hey sis! My hair journey has been crazy, and after major hair loss from a protective style, I decided to cut 2-3 inches off of my hair into this chic blunt cut bob! My hair is so uneven, so adding hair pieces was a necessity.

Hi, my name is jaden. Welcome to my channel if you're new, if you're returning, hey sis in today's video, i'm showing you how you can achieve this natural blunt cut baba, you see it. I show you how you can achieve this hairstyle on damaged uneven, broken off hair. You guys are going to see my hair in this video and don't be trying to chew me up in the comments. I know my hair is damaged. That'S why i had to chop it off. I added some pieces into it just so it can give me some length and so that my body has to be all the way up to my ear. My hair journey, my hair has been through a lot. I'M definitely one of those people that can't keep their hands out of their hair. I'Ma answer some pictures right here on the screen. I did the big chop, i bleached my hair. I let it go out. I colored it again. I went jet black. I cut it like i've done everything to my hair and my hair definitely has reflected that um in this past month. I had recently had a wig installed, so in my previous videos, you'll see me in solid wig when i took that wig down my hair was falling out in the shower. It was falling out. So, as you can see in this video, when i show you guys after me blow dry my hair about this, much of my hair was see-through. It was damaged. So i'm, like you know what i got to cut this off and i didn't want to be looking ball-headed, so i went in added some pieces. You know make the back even and i literally love it. You can achieve this look by using old, hair hair. You guys sitting around the house somewhere some regular flat irons. I didn't do anything special to my hair, like i've received. So many compliments on this. Like the bob, is me the bob? Like that's my look. That'S me before we jump into this video. Make sure you like comment and subscribe, so you can become a sis so without further ado, let's get into it. Hey sis, let's jump straight into it, so i just got done washing my hair. My hair is wet, there's no product in it whatsoever. As you can see, i have beautiful force here, but girl, my hair is damaged. You see that my hair is damaged, so let's get into this hairstyle and how i cut it up. I'M going to start off by sectioning off my hair, a key to a balm silk press is a good blowout okay, so you want to make sure that your hair is blown out good, not only nothing to be puffy. Your hair should almost look straight after you blow dry. That'S how good your blow dryer should look if you want your sugar to be popping okay, so i'm starting off with the tension method, i'm just going with my blow dryer, making sure that the ends of my hair and the roots are dry before i go in With my blow dryer and my brush kind of like a comb chase method, i'm just following the brush with the blow dryer to make sure that every strand of my hair is dry and straight. Do you see how straight my hair is? This silk press is about to be fire okay, so i'm just using the same method. All over my head, i'm gon na, go in with the tension method to make sure that my roots and my ends are dry and then follow my brush with my blow dryer to ensure that the rest of my hair strands are dry as well. As you can see, the majority of my hair is super dark, except for the ends that are kind of see-through. That'S how i know what i need to cut off so right here, i'm just showing you guys. You know what's considered dead hair and what needs to go so to straighten my hair. I'M not doing anything too fancy i'm going in with my regular flat irons in a rat tail comb, so i can perform the comb chase method to straighten my hair. So the context method is what you see right here: i'm just chasing my comb with the flat iron to make sure that my hair is evenly detangled and that i'm getting it as straight as possible. I knew i wanted to do a blunt cut bob, but i didn't want my bob to be all the way to my ears because of the front of my hair being so short. So i'm about to put you on game. Am i the only person that just has hair sitting around the house? I can use for styles, so i'm using some deep wave extensions. I chose to use extensions that have texture because, as you guys know, my hair is textured and i didn't want to do something that was super silky, so when i earned it out it didn't blend and looked natural with my hair. As you can see, i'm separating my hair from the crown, mostly of where the hair is shorter in the front, i only add a couple pieces. So if somebody asked me this is my real hair, then the answer is yes, so sis this step is vital. Make sure you pull those edges out because we're going to be using track glue and you don't want any of the glue to get on your edges, so you're going to pre-measure your track to the area that you want the hair to be added to you're. Going to cut it, add, track glue and then apply it to your scalp. So here i'm going in with the blow dryer and i'm applying pressure to the track, just to make sure that the glue is all the way dry. Before i move on to the next section, i'm not adding the pieces in any particular order, i'm just adding the hair where it's needed, which is the front of my hair in between each piece. I'M combing my hair down to see where i need to add more hair. Where you place, the tracks is totally up to where you need the most in your hair. For my hair, i needed it in this front middle section. So what i did was part a square and i went in with the tracks. I probably added like three tracks in that section alone. As you can see, it made such a big difference in the look. I'M gon na add a clip right here, so you can see the before and in the after then i just use my hair scissors and i cut the ends of the hair to make it even and give me that blunt look. Look at the difference between the right side and the left side of my hair. Like i said there really wasn't a method to where i added the tracks. I just added them wherever i thought that it was needed to make my hair look even and the most full, especially in that front area. Then. After all of this, i just completed the same steps on the other side of my hair. Here is the finished. Look. The last scene, you guys seen me iron out the other side of my hair, i didn't add any product to my hair until the end, i just added a little bit of heat, protectant i'll answer the picture right here on the screen. I use the argan oil heat protectant, just as like a shine serum to make sure that my hair was straight and that i didn't have any flyaways and to give it a little bit of shine. Thank you guys so much for watching make sure you like comment and subscribe to become, assist and i'll see you next week in my new upload, bye

Lams: Looks amazing but I wouldn’t apply that glue directly to the scalp, it can stunt your hair growth and cause even more damage. Apply it a little further down (like how they do tape ins) so your hair can keep growing out unhindered. Make sure the glue is tacky (use blow dryer before attaching) so it doesn’t spread/seep to your scalp or other hairs.
