Hi guys welcome back to my channel if you're new here my name is andy, and today i'm bringing you another natural, hairstyle video. I thought i would show you guys how i do my at-home jumbo box braids. These are in a bit of a medium length. It'S just down to the bottom of my shoulder blade. I was able to do this hairstyle in less than four hours. This is a hairstyle i'll, always just jump straight to if i'm too lazy to go to a hair salon, but i'm still in need of a cute protective hairstyle. Alright, hey guys, i am using this darling yucky braid, hair fiber, that is in this sort of ombre black into a deep red color. The first thing i do is section my hair into three parts and then starting from the back, i'm sectioning out my lines. I'M not too fussed about how straight my lines are in the back, but obviously, if you're a bit more perfectionist than i am, you can spend a lot more time doing that so yeah. I just section it out into the size of the pots that i want and then i brush out my hair so that it is not tangled at all. Then i use my auras olive oil conditioning hair styling gel just to make sure that my edges, especially on my outer units. I make sure that i use this gel so that my edges can look neat. I i usually don't use gel on the inner pieces, but on the outer pieces i always use hair gel just to neaten my edges and then here i am taking a section of the braid. I'M trying to show you guys here how i use it first. I just loop, the fiber around my hair and then just start braiding with the third braid and after one or two loops, i start to actually take some of the fiber from the fiber pieces and merge it with my hair piece. If that makes sense, just so that i can make it three equal pieces of hair fiber and not just two pieces of fiber and one piece of my natural hair and then over here, i'm just adding some gel to the end pieces of my natural hair. So that it doesn't stick out within the braid, and it can just you know, look more put together is is is what the first piece looks like. I actually went and i watched a movie in the lounge with keegan while i was doing the rest of these pieces and then i came back to show you guys just my last three pieces that i had left to do yeah. So i am slowing it down. Now and showing you guys exactly how i loop it around once again, i section my hair out the size that i want. Then of course i take a section of hair fiber. I first hook the hair fiber around my hair and then come back to braid it as three pieces and on my second loop, i'm separating the hair fiber to join in with my natural hair, so that once again it can help me make three equal parts of Hair fiber that fuses and merges with my natural hair. You get a feel of this as you do it more and more, because you can tell that the pieces aren't equal in your hands and then it's just up to you to separate it, as you feel because remember that obviously you're going to come to the end Of your natural hair and then the hair fiber in that instance needs to be equal parts once again, i'm just putting some of the hair gel on the ends of my hair, just so that it can look neat and it can kind of camouflage within the hair. Fiber and not stick out so much because trust me, if you don't put gel in your hair or otherwise, if you just don't stretch your hair out and leave it like that, it's gon na start sticking out after a couple of days and that's just not a Good look yeah after that. You just keep braiding until you get to the very end. I feel like it looks much neater if you braid it all the way to the very very end, don't get lazy here. You have to keep going this window taking a moment. So you can go hey now, okay, here, i'm really slowing it down for you guys, just in case. I spoke too fast before or didn't. Explain it well enough before i'm hoping, you can see it a little bit better here, exactly how i go about attaching the hair fiber to my hair, better way, yeah baby, wonder if all my bad decisions get accounted in the algorithms no statistician could dissuade me from My bigger vision, i know my occupations quite an unlikely place in this world to occupy and talk about upon a daily basis. Our information is predetermined by some biased business. We island sermon to silicon that push our lovely neighbors, i'm done with paper chasing think. I'M on the bigger banquets miss that full circle, new wave energy on a tuesday turn a blue day to a bright you yellow with a smoothie in here extra fruit. Hey the brand, you can't move me: the music is mad. It'S a con job. This grand been blessed with a great hand. I'M functioning that stinking yeah. It took some hard work. Okay, now i'm all done attaching the braids and the hair fiber to my hair, but it is not yet ready. It is not yet complete. Firstly, the braids are just way too stiff we're going to sort that out in a second, but first you can tell that. There'S just a few ends, sticking out from the hair fibers and we've got to neaten that up we've got to cut those off. This takes so long to do, and it just takes a lot of focus and concentration if you're doing it yourself. This is where i would suggest you get somebody to assist you. If you can it's just going to save a little bit of time, but if there's no one around you live by yourself, then this is something you can do by yourself. Obviously, you just want to try to neaten it up and cut off all of those little pieces sticking out of the braids. All the ways praise me the holidays. Tell me that love is the answer just to boost this economy, but i'm more sell now. But i ain't following i ain't a hollow man, i'm full of them fall, wins just take it all with a tall crane and if you feel it do it with me and just sing what the song songs and then just one more step and we're done what You want to do now is boil a full kettle of water and either pour it into a bucket a bowl, the sink whatever you've got. That is safe. Just pour your boiling hot water in there and you want to go ahead and stick your braids in that hot water, because that actually sets your braids and kind of gives it a little bit of weight. Because you guys saw just how straight and flat they looked before this is gon na give them a little bit of weight a little bit of movement. It just makes them look set and done. This is the final step before you're truly ready and honestly, it's easy to tell if you've skipped this step. It just doesn't look as nice if you skip the step and yeah you're, obviously going to need a towel. Just to you know dry that off, because otherwise you are going to burn your back with scalding boiling hot water. So you want to be careful when you do this as well and here's the final look. These are my lovely jumbo box braids that i did literally in less than four hours. So let me know what you guys think in the comments raspberry's gon na taste like snazzberries. It could be pretty weird. I hope that you all enjoyed that video. Thank you so much for watching. Let me know if there's any other hairstyle you're interested in me, showing you guys that is beginner friendly and that you can easily do at home, because i'd be more than happy to film that for you. Otherwise, please have an amazing day, continue spreading your vibes and being kind and i'll see you all in my next video bye guys. I wrote you a song, you better, throw this thing on, take it off for what it is.
