Hey guys so for today's video i'm going to do a hairstyle that i did a couple years ago, it actually got flagged for copyrighted music in it. So it's still up, but it mutes part of the video, and you can't hear what i'm saying so, i'm going to redo it today, give you step-by-step instructions. So let's go ahead and get started. So what you're going to do is take your comb and we're just going to part our hair down the center and now we're going to part down our side, so i'm gon na go. I don't know about three well three inches back and just take my comb. All the way down to my ear and then i'm gon na take this section and just kind of twist it and clip it away. We'Re going to do the same thing on this section, so just kind of find where that part line is so we can keep it nice and even just go down so same thing, go past your ear and try to keep it kind of the same. So that looks kind of even to me, so we're going to take the rest of it and do the same thing just put it into a bun and clip it back. So this is what it looks like. So what we're going to do is just take our hair and swoop it over, and i'm just going to kind of put my comb through it to make sure it's tangle free, so we're starting all the way down at the bottom and we're going to grab two Sections of hair take it and split it into two, like this you're going to take your front section and cross it over your back section like that, and we're going to take a fairly small section. Add it into that front section cross them both over that back section again, take a section up front right next to your front strand and you're, just going to add it in and then cross it over. That back section make sure it's pretty tight. So again, add in a small section of hair into your front section. Take your front section cross it over your back section and then keep going. So you want to make sure you're doing the same amount of hair. All the way down. Add in a small section of hair to your front section, take that front section and then cross it over the back section, make sure you're doing it tight. Take a small section of hair. Add it into that front section! Take the front section cross it over the back section, then we just keep going so add in a small section to your front strand. Take the front strand cross it over the back strand. Add in a small strand cross over the back strand. Add in a small strand just going to smooth it out cross it over that back strand, add in a small strand to your front section twist it cross it over. So we just have a little bit more hair left. So just keep going adding in a small strand to your front strand crossing over the back strand, going all the way down. So now, once i've added in all my hair, i'm just taking it and i'm just crossing my two strands around each other. So it should end up looking something like this so before i pin it back, i'm just going to kind of pinch and pull a little bit before i do that. I am going to add some big sexy powder play just going to do a little bit, not a lot because this stuff, if you have too much of it, it can make your hair feel kind of dirty. So we're just going to pinch and pull pinch and pull pinch and pull pinch and pull and we're pinching and pulling these twists that you see that's enough for now. So now i'm going to go ahead and pin this back, so i'm just going to pin it underneath my hair and take the bottom part of the bobby pin with the waves and i'm going to insert it up and then into my twist. That way. My bobby pins are not showing so again with the ridges down, go up and into your twist, and it should stay nice and secure i'm going to take some more bobby pins, but before i do that, i'm just going to kind of give it some more love. Pulling it out quite a bit, and i want it to lay kind of flat down, so i am going to put in some bobby pins, so just insert them going down, insert them going down and make sure you use bobby pins that are close to your hair. Color that way, you cannot see the bobby pin. This is looking super cute, so now i'm just going to put my hair down and use some more of that big sexy powder play and just kind of put it in my hair and we're going to tease a little bit so very lightly because we do not Want to damage our hair, we're just going to tease a little bit just to give us some volume up top, so that is it so i'm going to show you guys up close and personal. What this braid looks like this hairstyle is perfect for summer. It keeps your hair out of your face. Let me know if you guys want me to do other headband braids. I have a few others and others a few other in mine that i'd be happy to share with you guys. I do want to do like a salon vlog, i'm getting my hair done next month, but i don't know if that'll be awkward or not. So let me know what other kind of videos you'd like to see. Why: If you use a spray bottle you can add distill water and save. Lightly spray, not pour it on the hair. Nice braid
