I Did My Own Box Braids

Hey y'all welcome back to the channel. This is just a continuous video where i um start putting my box braids in the last video. Was me prepping, my hair, so i washed it. I uh blow-dried it and i put leave-in and moisturized my hair, and these are the two birds that i put my hair in so before we get started, go ahead and hit that notification bell and the subscribe button, so you can always stay tuned when i drop Another video, so let's go ahead and get started. This is my summer layout. If you uh. If you don't know, this is a different. This is a different setting that i'm using so yeah got my drinks because i know i'll be here for a while and it's hot and i'm sweating. This is the hair that i use. It is pre-stretched, and this is the color one for b with the ombre. Oh with the tip yeah tip 27, and i bought two packs of these - that are the three in one. This is my stand that i use oops. This is my stand that i use that i put the hair on got my little rat tail comb. The party got my secondary red tail comb clips as well as a small mirror, because i got this big mirror right here to help me see the back in my party and my black, castor oil, braid, lock and twist uses for party. So let's get started, it's not a game uh, so uh. So an hour has passed and that's all i got okay. So it's been an hour and i pretty much got about this amount. This is maybe i don't know these are about three. Maybe three rows. Yeah. Three rows so so, probably and looking at it - maybe 10, maybe 15 braids, 15, possibly 20 braids in my head and got three rows. It'S just an hour. It'S 10 o'clock! It'S been another hour and i must say i am done with the back. This is the ends. I'Ll do these ends later. I may do it in the morning. Who knows my party may not be good, i didn't use them. I did not use my combs it to me. It was just frustrating me that i couldn't get them straight. So what i did was i took my fingers and on each end i just parted and made sure that they make. So if my party looks bad, you know, i can't see it, i kind of don't care but i'ma. Let y'all see it so this is my parting. Probably these two, they probably don't look all the same, but yeah it's not a game time. 126. um. So don't you hate when you are close to being done like legit, two braids, one, two close to being done and i got ta open another pack of hair like i don't want to mess up a whole thing just for two braids for two braids, this much! Okay, so i'm back i'm pretty much done. Only thing i have to do is dip it in some hot water. I got my little candle right here and i usually don't use this, but i left mines at home so got ta work with what my mom has at her house and after that, go in with some oil. So go ahead and let my water start both boiling and i think i got to finish one more braid, so i'm going to braid it down it's, not a game foreign, so huh! Well, this is pretty much the end. I'M done my hair overall with me and the size of the braids and the parting of my hair, which is probably everywhere. I this hairstyle probably took five hours. Let'S see, oh no! No! No! No! A lot! I'M sorry! This hairstyle on myself took five hours. I honestly can say i'm so proud of myself, because if you are my friend you know, jennifer will take two to three to a week to finish her hair and i'm proud of myself.
