#phifprincesscrownbraid: Learn this beautiful and easy french rope twist crown braid in this tutorial! This cute updo works well for your little princess, or your active teenager that needs her hair out of her face for school activities. We use a french rope twist braid that winds around from the top of the head. This hairstyle works best for medium to long lengths of hair, and takes about 10 minutes to complete after a little practice. You'll need a comb to part with, and a brush, and an elastic and bobby pins. Aislyn and I have been practicing this hairstyle for you, as it is a favorite of both of ours. She gets SO many compliments when she is wearing it! I love that it looks so elegant, and gets all of her hair up and out of her eyes--even her little wispies. :) We hope you love this updo hairstyle--inspired from a darling book of hairdos we have!

Aah one album pretty hair is fun, and I got AIDS on here to help me today and we are gon na. Do a really pretty hairstyle called a princess crown braid and to start we've just got her hair down. I haven't done anything to it, so this is a great style when you just need to put the hair up and out of their face, and just like really pretty to begin. I'Ve just parted her hair in front on the side. The most important part about this hairstyle is the parting, so I'm just gon na take my comb. I'M gon na section off a circle on the back of her head, so you just watch how I'm parting just right here in the center, I'm not going down too far, I'm going out about halfway on her head and just following that around till I get back Up to my starting point, which, when I come back up here, see where I did start and just pull it up down from there and just even that out a little bit so now I'm going to pull this hair out of the way, that's a clip! Then I'm going to take this hair. This is actually the hair that I need to pull aside. So I'm going to start with the hair back here. First, I'm going to pull it over here to her front side and I'm pulling it away from the part. So I don't accidentally pull it in then I'm going to take my same clip and I'm just gon na clip it off right. There that looks so pretty cap. Then I'm gon na come back here to the middle rush lets you begin. I'M just gon na hurt off a section just close to where that same side part was, and I'm gon na be doing a French twist rope braid in a spiral around her head. So I'm gon na start going to the left touch right about there. We go and I'm going to split this in half and I'm gon na start wrapping to the left and I'm going to be adding in hair from both sides. So when you're, adding in on the right just be mindful of where you're pulling it, you don't want to get too far into the middle section. And then the left just add it in from the part and then just twist add in some hair on both sides and twist and I'm going to be following the part down around and then I will move back up her head. So it will be a spiral. He'S doing following that part just right around her head and I've been working these hair at this piece of hair in so that it lays flat now I'm over here and getting closer to her ear. Show you how I start bringing the hair that's parted off. Just do a couple more sections here: okay, so I've only got one little section left, so I'm gon na end clip her hair here and what I'm going to do, pull that out. Just get that back over here and this braid is gon na go up and incorporate all this hair and right here, I'm gon na start pulling it in above her ear. So I grab my first section. They'Re just part it off it's cleanly, as I can to pull that in and then pull her back really helps to have a twisty chair, and you do this hairstyle or, if she's, really good at moving her head all over huh. Okay, chin up for me, but there we go. Okay, make sure you get those pieces a little bit tighter as you start traveling out towards her forehead and then just keep pulling in hair. At this point, you're going to start just adding hair in to one side. I'M gon na go across her part. Try to hide that a little bit more well tricky part! Is you don't want this resting right on her forehead, so I'm gon na adjust a little bit and then pull that back a little bit. So it's away yesterday, okay and you're, just gon na spiral around her head one more time, adding in all the rest of the hair and as you go, you want to cover up this part. That'S back here with the second time around, so just pull it up. A little bit higher make sure you train cover that up a little bit last section of hair, I'm gon na pull in to my braid okay. So once you've got all your hair out it in you're gon na want to just finish off the twist just wrap the hair around itself. First long as it goes down for the length the hair it since hers is fairly long, I'll show you what we're gon na do and you can incorporate the rest of the hair in whatever manner works. If the hair is long enough, you can do what we are gon na do so I'm just gon na take an elastic and fasten off the end, and then I'm gon na get some bobby pins adorn her hair color ready, I'm gon na take the braid and I'M just gon na continue the spiral, but since this is so much smaller, I'm gon na lay that right up against her first big twist and I'm gon na tuck that end under and under my pronunciation here. It'S gon na tuck that up underneath the twist and get some bobby pins and just open it up and just grab that and just tuck it up inside that twist, a lot of humor to make sure that's nice and secured. You see how this just makes a cute crown on top of her head I'll show you the back view. I love it every time we've done this ourselves, she's gotten tons of compliments. Huh, we love it.
