Hey guys, my name is Keisha, and today I figured I would do a video on how to grow curly hair because some of you guys were commenting on my curly hair routine about how I grow my hair out. So here's the video the first step. I would have to say is to nourish your body, and that was really cheesy, but I mean it like drink lots of water and take a lot of vitamins. That has helped me so much like it's not even funny. I cut so much heat damage off last year around this time, my hair, when I was stretched hand out to my collarbone and now it's past my boob. The second tip, I'd have to say, is to avoid breakage, so tight elastic bands on your hair, tight buns things like that. Those cause like a lot of breakage, I'm addicted to them. So the front of my hair kind of breaks a little bit but the rest of it. I keep pretty healthy, so I wear my hair out 95 % of the time. The third tip, I would have to say, is to moisturize your hair and keep doing keep doing deep treatments. I do a lot of deep treatments. Protein treatments stuck like that. Keep your hear it keeps your hair really really healthy and helps you maintain your length. The fourth step, I would have to say, is to trim your hair regularly. If you don't trim your hair, the split just kind of goes all the way up here like strands, and it just creates an entire mess. I swear to you trimming your hair helps and I don't mean like trimming an entire curl off like you can just go through your hair when you're bored, that's what I do anyway. I go through my hair when I'm bored - and I just like trim off little. You know little squiggly ends that I see the fifth tip I would have to say, is to just have a lot patience. I swear last year after I cut my hair off. I just wanted it to grow so bad. I would just sit down every day and just like did it grow, and I swear just because I wanted it to grow it. Didn'T it just didn't grow it wasn't until I do stopped caring about how short my hair was, that it grew six inches. Kai.Hman: The tip for buns and things is to use a satin scrunci you can get at Sally's or anywhere really that has a hair section. The satin reduces friction and the run I doesn't pull the hair.
