I'M gon na sit back and watch my family, hey, babes, welcome back to my channel, I'm starting off with freshly washed and moisturized natural hair. I'M going to add some oil to my hair distribute that evenly and once our hair is combed and detangle. We are ready for braiding alright, so our first step is to braid our hair straight back, and I like to stop Midway in the center of my head for my braid pattern that I'm using for this video, which I'll show you guys and as always with crochet Braids neatness doesn't count, I'm trying to be neat for you guys because I'm demonstrating, but unless you want to show your parts, it doesn't need to be neat at all. So since this is a start-to-finish tutorial - and i always want to show you guys all the steps, i'm going to briefly go over me, braiding my hair. But if you want to see how i braid my hair from my crochet braids start to finish, and also how to braid your hair I'll upload, a separate video for you guys. If you want to learn step-by-step on how to braid your hair for crochet braids, so check that out the second part of my braid pattern, once I have half of my hair braided straight back vertically, I then go horizontally, gather the hair and kind of zigzag back And forth and that's going to create the right volume and your hair will fall perfectly. The hair I'm using in today's tutorial is from the aviary natural line. If you guys have used that before you know, it's going to be good. If you care be in waterways, it's in the color t1b 27 and I use a total of five packs of the hair. Now I know online, they sell it in twin packs. If you're purchasing a swing pack of hair. Oh you get two. So that will run you a little bit under 20 bucks, but I always say you want to get more than you need in case. You need some extra hair, so you can never be too careful. So now we're ready to begin the installation process when installing my crochet braids especially started in the back. I want to start small, so I separate the hair as well as use wide enough space to not overcrowd the hair, use too much hair or make it too thick in the back. So that's what I'm doing so once I insert my latch hook to attach the hair, I kind of smooth out that section piece of hair to get rid of any frizz and then I attach it to the needle close the needle loop it back through, and then I tie a knot with my fingers to secure the hair onto my braid. One tip that I love to use on curly hair, especially, is to smooth down the hair, especially that back section with mousse, because it's prone to frizzing and tangling. So I just kind of prevent that by running it through that section of my hair and you can see what a difference it makes already, you can also use the mousse for maintenance, but I'm not going to apply it through all of my hair right now and Here'S what it looks like in the back of my hair when I alternate spaces, I kind of leave about half an inch between the crochet braids, and this is my preference. But in this section I don't separate the hair, I use full pieces of hair, so it will look full and luscious in the crown of my head and that's where the hair fall, especially since I'm leaving generous space in between the braids. I want as much hair as possible to cover my hair, so you don't see any spacing or any braids. It will be seamless with this specific hair, it's quite secure since it's natural textured, but if I want extra security on some braids that won't hold this tight, I just tie a knot from top to bottom and kind of tease. It upward so it'll be nice and tight, and now here's how I do the front of my hair. I just repeat the same process but in the front of my hair I like to separate the pieces just to give it a natural volume. So I separate it, then I smooth them out just to get rid of any extra frizzy pieces, and then I insert the latch hook through my braids attach the crocheted hair. Then I pull the latch hook in order to bring it on the other side in order to bring the hair on the other side. So once I have the hair attached, I loop the hair two to three times or as many times that it takes to make it nice and secure, or I may tie a knot if it needs one. Okay, guys, let's pause for a second, a question. I get often is about the invisible part method. Now the invisible part only works well and flawlessly with a certain type of hair. This is not the type of hair I think with curly crochet braids. You should just install it nice and secure, so it lasts longer. Not necessarily that the part will look good because it's more prone to like slipping or not looking natural, with this specific curl pattern, but yeah with this type of curly hair, you'll notice that it looks better and it lasts longer with the knots. Where are you going? Have you ever done and you cuz you a little dog today you got one life left singing, you got, one love live to, let go and last but definitely not least, you want to clip your hair, so that shaped nicely and how you want to style it. I want flexibility in styling, so I'm not going to clip too much Plus this hair falls really nicely and it clumps together really well and looks natural. So I just click a few pieces, so that looks good in a side part and a middle part in a ponytail and so on. And here is the finished. Look you guys on summer times fine and you guys can be too. You can pick up the hair in your local beauty. Supply store where I got mine or online and I'll put the links below this hair definitely gets a 5 out of 5 from me extra points for the color. Thank you guys for watching see you on my next video
