Hey guys today, I wanted to show you how to get this really cute spunky side updo. This is gon na be for curly-haired girls, but of course you can do it. If you don't have curly hair. If you guys want to see what I do, then please keep on watching err. This is the Tresemme dry shampoo. Here this one's, not my favorite. I actually like the swab dry shampoo, the best, but I accidentally left it at Matt's house. So I don't have that with me at the moment: use your favorite dry shampoo and you want to shake it and then we'll just lift up your hair and spray it into the roots. I did take a shower this morning, so I don't. My hair doesn't need dry shampoo. The only reason why I'm using it is because it helps to tease the hair that makes it more rough so that the style stays better. So I'm now going to take a comb. This is like the most pathetic comb that I own, but I keep leaving stuff at Matt's house and I'm not my apartment right now for school since school just started again we're gon na be using this today to tease just pick up the crown section just give It a little bit of a tease, so you just want to pull sections up like this and bring the comb downwards and it'll. Just give you a little bit of a lip is pull all your hair to one side. If you have bangs on one side, pull your hair to the side with the bangs on them leave a couple sections out, maybe like that for the rest of the hair. I'M gon na loosely pull it over my ear and then I'm going to start twisting it like this and then once you twisted it about that much I'm just going to take some bobby pins. You want to push it in and then push it that way, and I think actually one bobby pin will be good enough, so it holds it really well like that, we're going to begin braiding our hair, it's going to be a regular braid, make sure the sections Are pretty even though you want to hold on to the ends loosely and start slowly pulling out some of the hairs to make it the braid a bit bigger, and you want to push the hair up, go ahead and twist it around your ear. And this is where we start pinning it in place. So now I'm going to go ahead and let that one bobby pin out that was used to hold the twist in place in the back just that we can kind of loosen it up a bit. I'M going to use my hair spray to spray this all in place, alright, guys, that's pretty much it for the look. I hope you enjoyed this I'm gon na turn around to show you like a 360 ish whew. Kayleigh Noelle: @thedayshefellin I used to have shorter layers as well. I would suggest just making the twist higher up on the head rather than down by the nape of the neck. That way it gets all the shorter layers in :)
