Hey guys welcome back how are you today? I have a curly hair hack video for you guys, because anyone knows the struggle of having curly hair. It'S me, and these are just some tips. I'Ve learned along the way to help you guys so hack number. One is something I started doing in the last few months since I've moved to Australia. My hair has been super dry, so I put conditioner on the ends of my hair before I shampoo it as well as afterwards. This keeps the ends of my hair super moisturized and stops it from getting dry in the Sun. So hack number two is to use styling products that the first ingredient is water, because water breaks products top buildup in your hair and it's much easier to rinse out the next day without having to shampoo the products out of your hair. So hack number three is for cutting curly hair and this won't really help you. If you wear your hair straight a lot. I stopped straightening my hair and using heat about four months ago. So once my hair is curly, I just snip off the ends with the professional scissors and just I find little pieces that have straight ends and that just no longer curl and I just snip them off this help. You keep the length of your hair. If you need to do a big chop and you've got damaged ends, you won't need to chop as much off you just do it gradually whenever you feel like you need the cut on the end. So this is all I've cut off my hair when it makes a massive difference to the curl pattern of my hair. It looks a lot more full and curly, so hack number four everybody's heard of the pineapple trick. If you haven't you just sleep with your hair on top of your head in the shape of a pineapple and when you wake up, your currents should still be intact, but if you've got frizzy hair. Like me, your hair still is gon na, be a little bit. Frizzy, so what I do is I take an old bottle and I fill it halfway with water and then I put some conditioner or even some leave-in conditioner in the bottle and I twist out and scrunch all the frizzy bits just to help it go back to Its normal state, so hack number five is if you've got smelly or dirty hair on maybe day number two and you don't want to do a full wash, but you still need to wash your hair a little bit. What you can do is put one part shampoo and two parts conditioner and you mix it up and you can use it as a cleansing conditioner, so it will still get rid of the smell or the dirt or whatever you need to get out of your hair. But keep the moisture hack number six for all the girls that are in the gym most is the weak. I know your hair can get really dry. So what I do is I leave my hair and some protective started. While I work out - and I put some conditioner or leave-in conditioner at the ends of my hair and I wrap it into a bun and while you work out, the heat from the bun would act as a deep conditioner and your hair would be so moisturized. Once you washed out number seven, so every curly girl knows the struggle of being out and you don't have a bobbin or your bobbin breaks. So what I like to do is I wrap one around my keyring. I always have some on my wrist and as well as some bobbins I like to keep some hair grips or bobby pins in my purse as well, because I don't lay my edges I just like to let them run free. So if I do decide to throw my hair up in a bun, I've got some crazy edges sticking out. So this will just save your life in some weird situations, so hack number eight. If you want to get some volume at the roots. What I like to do is I spray some dry shampoo in my fingers and I shake at the roots. This will help absorb the oils on your scalp and it will make it really big without shaking at the ends. That would just make your curls frizzy. So everybody knows about twisting out their currents before they naturally draw. It just makes them look a lot better, but most people twist them in the opposite direction to their face. What I like to do is twist them in the natural direction they flow in. This just makes the natural pattern of your hair looks better and they'll naturally start to do this more often pack number 10. So what I like to do before I put conditioner in as I squeeze the excess water out of my hair and what this does. Is it stops the conditioner from diluting, so you get much more moisturizing finish so that is it please? Let me know in the comments, if you have any of your own tips, that I didn't mention, I love hearing new tips on just controlling my hair and also don't forget to follow me on Instagram, Twitter snapchat. All of them are accurate. Me lúnasa, wait!

Noha Elsamman: Thank you for showing this to us curl heads My hair has caused me so much anxiety since I was a kid. It is so unfair to be in late 20s and still 0 clue of how to appreciate the curls. Here's to no more straightening the curls. 2020, embracing my lovely curls! I want to get to know them better

Terri Lemanu: is it just me or is she just like natrually beautiful ?

Kendra Something: This girl is so pretty. Oh, and that hair color. It looks so great with her skintone.

Maria Osorio: Love this! You are so spot on with all the hacks!! I've been a natural curly girl for 6 years now, meaning no heat or dyes, but recently dyed my hair and my curls already went a bit limp. But while I'm rejuvenating it, I'm noticing dryness in the ends, which I almost completely got rid of before the hair coloring. I was using coconut oil on my ends after showering on no-wash days and now I increased the amount I put on. It's helped a ton! The dry shampoo on skip days is also helpful. I tried sleeping on satin and silk pillowcases, but since they're not breathable material, i broke out and threw that away. I've learned that a microfiber towel laid flat on my pillow before bed after a shower has worked the best!

Jana Elena: Oh, there are so many hacks I've learned over years and years of experimenting with my curls. These are some of the big ones: 1. Never brush while dry (obviously). Brush while you're under the shower with conditioner in your hair. You can use your fingers, a wide toothed comb or a brush. Since you will rinse out your hair the brush won't prevent your curls from forming those nice clumps. 2. Use moisturizing products that don't have silicones in them. In fact, learn about silicones and sulfates and how they affect the hair to know if, when and how to use them/avoid them. Also learn about protein/moisture balance. 3. Wash your hair upside down. That way you will get volume and curls at the roots and your hair won't look as flat. 4. When you've rinsed out your conditioner and you're still in the shower, put a little bit of cream or leave-in conditioner in your soaking wet hair (while still upside down!) and brush it through your hair to distribute the product evenly. 5. Now take some gel, make sure your hair is still really wet and use the praying hands technique or roping to apply the gel and squeeze out the water. Be gentle. This is when you should see your hair clumping nicely. Towards the end, beginn to (gently!) scrunch up those clumps a couple of times to activate those curls. 6. Be really careful when drying your hair with a towel after your shower. While still upside down wrap it gently around your head and in slow motions press the curls with the towel to your scalp to squeeze out the water. Don't rub the towel wildly through your hair, you want to preserve the clumps we've just formed in Step 5. Take the towel off and now you can finally go upright again. Et voila! ^^ 7. Always use a diffuser when blow-drying. Diffuse mostly upside down to create volume. Just hold your curls gently with the diffuser to your scalp and let it do it's thing. 8. If your curls are crunchy because of the gel - good! Wait until your hair is completely dry, then begin to scrunch your curls up to break up the crunch. Now you should be left with beautiful, juicy curls. 9. Deep condition regularly. 10. Most importantly: Get a proper haircut and trim your dry ends regularly. Your hair can't look good if you have crispy ends everywhere and a cut that weighs down the curls.

Chloe Jade: This is so helpful! I have naturally curly hair so I’ve stopped straightening my hair/applying heat and will definitely be trying some things you’ve just taught me, especially the manual curl and the pineapple technique, never heard of those before. Thank you

youtuba: My hair is very similar to yours. Use most of the hacks you mentioned. Just a few more: 1. every now and then I oil my hair for a few hours or over night and then shampoo it; 2. I obviously never brush it, and just use my fingers on the conditioned hair; 3. I never dry it with towels, instead I put my head down and rap a t-shirt around it and just walk around the house doing stuff I need to do and take it off at least half an hour later and the curls are all defined and intact (I then style them with some leave-in cream). 4. When I have pieces of hair out of place or with no form, i brade them very thighly and put some leave-in cream and take it off once it's dry and it is wavy again (also because I have a lot of baby hairs). 5. I only wash my hair twice a week. 6. I avoid blow-drying it when possible! I hope this is useful for someone :)

Sailor Earth: For the first hack, try using an oil like coconut oil or something on your hair before you shampoo. Also, you could keep a cleansing cowash in your gym bag for after you work out. I like the As I Am cowash and the Carol's Daughter Rhassoul Clay conditioner. If you don't already, start deep conditioning every week and incorporate protein treatments if necessary. I hear amazing things about the Green Beauty Real Protein Treatment.

JamieSmith: Love your tips! This makes me want to stop straightening mine a couple times a week and try to help my curl pattern be better!

Ari Romero-Veit: Loved your tutorial, your looks and your personality! my hair is not long enough yet to put completely up in a pineapple, I´m growing out a pixie and getting to know my 2c-3a curls after years of flat ironing. Thanks for sharing your tips.

Dmalikat: Deep condition during workout! Genius. Great hacks.

One Finger Man: i got very nice long curly hair thanks to you omg thank you gorgeous!! Been using your guide for 2 years now Edit: Now that my hair is very thick and long, my neck starts to hurt quite often. Do you have any tips for me?

Ainhize León: I loved it! I cut my hair super short yesterday so that I could get rid of all the ends that would not curl anymore. Best decission ever! I will definately follow your tips :)

Marleen G.: I always squeeze out the hair before adding conditioner. I condition twice after washing, because I need to use sulfate shampoos due to a scalp condition (need to keep it squeaky clean), and it works for me. Very well. :) I also use something called an "oil rinse" after washing my hair (just on the lengths due to scalp condition, can't use oils on the scalp) and I use the LOC/LCO method for styling! Love my routine. Nothing is so much fun as your natural wave/curl pattern!

Jessica Burroughs: GENIUS. I always wanted straight hair, and my cousin told me when I was a kid to skip the conditioner because my hair was greasy (lies! :P). These days I'm coming to terms with my naturally curly hair and I'm really happy to learn how to treat it right!! Thank you for this video <3 It really helps!! :)

Faun Heartist: Love these 10 hacks!! Ace tricks! #11 sleep on silk pillow covers or use silk scrunchies for your bedtime pineapple...The silk leaves the moisture in your curls, unlike cotton which takes all your curls goodness .. xox

Reef Larkin: I'm a swim instructor and I do the conditioner bun hack when I'm working in the water- it's not perfect but that combined with the fact I wash my hair with conditioner, not shampoo (and a gentle, eco friendly, vegan conditioner) keeps my hair so nice.

Vicki Delgado: Thanks so much for your tips. My hair just turned curly in the past year or so and I've had no idea how to work with it. I watched your video (and now follow you on IG), and my hair looks pretty great. Now I have fun with it, instead of constant pony tails. Thanks again.

Sina Oscar: You are the definition of beauty girl, thanks for the hacks xx

Patric: Thanks for the tips! My hair is very similar in curl and length. Not as pretty though! I’m male and wish I knew these tips the first couple times I tried growing it out. First time I grew it out I ended up braiding it all in single hanging small braids. I’d just get the tips wet and they would curl and keep the braids from unraveling, even with washing it. Those ended up dread locking ( wasn’t my goal but I kept them for ten years as the alternative was cutting them )after a summer in Hawaii and not unbraiding for three months but my very dark hair did end up with similar highlights from the sun and surf. Now I do use a T-shirt or microfiber towel to dry my hair. Regular towels are too rough. Also I use a satin pillow case. I do occasionally use my GF’s flat iron but not to straighten but to just calm some problem frizz spots or to loosen up some very tight curls. Makes them lay better especially around my shoulders. Only takes a min. No high heat and not with a goal of straightening, just relaxing some curls into waves.

Emma Ostby-Haugstad: I have never found someone with the same kind of hair as I do! You have literally changed my life!!

Maryam Ryeela: She's the epitome of natural beauty ❤

C C: i dont have curly hair i'm just here cus you're gorgeous

FactoryFailure: Ugghhh, FINALLY someone with the exact same type of curls as me. Great tips, thanks a lot!

Samantha Childress: Great tips! I recently brushed my natural dreadlocs out after 3 years so Im re learning how to care for my curls

Vicky Kelly: I have been wearing my hair curly for 15 years and didn't know the majority of these tips. Thanks so much, found your video by accident!

Lynda Ulehla: I love the tip using the dry shampoo!!! Brilliant!!! I'm going to go and try that right now. Thank you!!!

Brandie Muniz: Just subscribed! I literally just cut my hair into this same shape and my curls are in a bigger curl pattern like yours so this video was PERFECT for me. Will be trying some of these hacks! Thank you!!!

Katherine Margeson: To get a good clarifying wash on 2c/3a hair: use diluted Castile soap like Dr. Bronner’s then rinse with apple cider vinegar. The soap removes all product buildup and the ACV seals the cuticle and adds shine. Let it settle for a minute then rinse thoroughly. If you don’t like the smell, add a few drops of your favorite essential oil. Also, use sunblock on your hair and face even if you tan or have a deeper skin tone.

kelly Hooten: When you get out of the shower try using an old t shirt instead of a towel to wrap up your hair before you style it. It helps to cut down on not only frizz but I have also had fewer split ends. This trick saved my curls!

Debra Martinez: These tips are very helpful. I will definitely try them out. Thank you.

Sangeeta Thomas: sooooo happy to see someone with exactly my hair type!! great tips, thought id known them all by now but still found a few new ones here. excited to try them!

JG Alegria: great video !! i love your curly hair tips and i know they will work - i do some similar and will remember yours like squeeze out the water before adding conditioner . great and the spray bottle with conditioner and water mixed together would be really convenient for travelling. thanks again!

Savannah Haley: 8 was a hack I didn't even know I needed. I'll be trying that one for sure!

April Albarado: I enjoyed your video, more curly YouTubers should take lessons. Your video was informative, to the point and no unnecessary info.. short and to the point.. I love it

kiki reerink: Gurl you are literally saving me with these tricks. Love the video

Katherine Margeson: Put leave in and gel, custard, etc. on soaking wet hair to avoid product flaking. Check for porosity and protein sensitivity. It seems counter productive to use lighter products on dry hair, but if your hair is low porosity extra protein and moisture mages it dry and crunchy. I like Camille Rose, Curls Blueberry, and Curl Junkie products.

Melissa Pearce: Do you ever pre-poo? I started massaging argan oil on to my scalp and through my hair about 15 mins before I wash. Helps keep the much more moisture after a wash :)

Melly S: Use oil when putting your hair up into protective styles , just a drop on your edges and a little more on the tips. helps to add nourishment and promotes growth. Also I live in a humid city and oil treatments are the one thing that helps control the frizz

a b: Another tip is sleep on a silk pillowcase, a lot of curly girls do this and I love it as well. The silk is much softer and more gentle on the hair and will help with frizzy hair, since there is less friction. But if you don't want to get a pillowcase then a satin bonnet will work! Hope this helps

LevelUP: Your naturally stunning. Very beautiful. No make-up needed at all. Pure natural beauty.

Sithy Q: Another trick I like to use as a protective style around the house is for a day three post wash: I'll separate my hair into threes spray it with a water/ cream rinse mixture, pin it up and wrap it in an old T-shirt. (I look like an old housewife) then I go about my house chores. The vapor from the laundry/cooking/dishes generally helps to cook my curls. Then at the end of the night, I can take it down and my curl pattern is perfect. Just a spritz of water (I like to use lavendar when it's not too dry outside) And I'm ready to go out or have people over with my curls looking perfect. It's excellent for a weekend at home! I'd love to find some stylish protective hairstyles for camping or other outdoorsey stuff! I hate having to worry about my hair when I go out on an adventure!

Teresa M.: I love this video, especially hack #3 snip some of the ends of hair that don't curl like the rest. All good ideas I wouldn't have thought of, thank you for sharing!!

Melida Lopez Baca: "Everybody knows about the pineapple bum," ummm no, I didn't. " Everybody curls their hair when they get out of the shower," um no. Thanks a ton for the tips!

J Hib: sometimes I use clips to scrunch the damp hair and either let it air dry or run the diffuser over it. it also helps define a part. I use the neon colored clips from about 15 years ago, which are coming back.

Sandi: maybe I've always had limited information, but you are a curly hair wizard lol I've heard of maybe three of these before, so excited to try these out, thank you!!

Molly Mol: You are so pretty girl and those curls are fabulous!!! Thanks for the tips ;)

Sarah: Hey girl! I love your videos! I recently lightened my hair on the ends similar to yours, did you experience less curls after you got it colored!? My curls And texture are also very similar to yours, I'm just feeling so lost without my curls, it's curly on the roots to mid length is normal curl pattern then the ends are just straight.:(

spirals 73: My tip for 2c/3a curls: Don't grow to tailbone length without layers. You will lose a lot of curl to weight and the top of your hair will be flat.

Rachel Greenlee: I have long curly hair. When I'm in the shower I tend to clip my hair up while I finish showering. This keeps all of that conditioner off of my back and holds it into just my hair. Just another tip. Awesome tutorial though!

Jade Whiteley: Something that has helped me tremendously is NOT using a towel to dry my hair, I only use a large T-shirt. The fibers on towels act like tiny combs that will separate my curls.

EmralltTywysog: 4:47 "So everybody knows about twisting out their curls before they naturally dry" ... I did not know that.... I'm 27 and I just leave my hair to airdry and think that's that is as good as my curls will be. Whoops!

Veil Break: Here's a tip! After washing and applying product dont touch with the hands again until bone dry, then you can fluff or whatever. It works, i tried it yesterday for the first time. I let it air dry, but even if you diffuse, do not touch till dry. My curls looked the best they have in months.

Sarah Khaled: you are gorgeous!! your blue eyes with your skin tone

Mommy Of 5: Thank you, my hair is always frizzy. Your tips have really helped. Beautiful too

Whitney McQueen: Wish my waves were actual curls like yours! That is some damn gorgeous hair girl!!

Estefi F: Great tips, thank you. I use a few drops of tea tree oil on my scalp, instead of dry shampoo.

Patricia Garcia: Great tips for my curly hair. When driving to work after a shampoo / condition and with creme and gel in hair I air dry with car heater and then pony tail in work parking lot.

Maria Romano: Ceira, do you diffuse or let it air dry? Thank you ☺️

Ryan Carroll: Omg your hair is literally GOALS ASF GIRL! You’re super pretty! And I love your eyes!

PinkMystery __: Thank you sooooo much. I have loose curls and I am learning how to keep them healthy. No one has ever taught me how to take care of curly hair so I just would put heat on it. I have now stopped that, Thank you so much.

rockstar nurse: Well, she's BEAUTIFUL. I was going along with her until she got to #9. Girl, I have too much thick hair to twist my curls before I let them dry, but thanks for everything else!! LOL.

Emily McEwen: great tips& gorgeous hair! a couple tips i have is comb conditioner in shower and dont comb it once out of the shower to help curl pattern and use fabric hair ties traditional ones break ur hair off :)

Juliana P: Best curly hair tip video ever !!!!! Trying every tip mentioned !!

lisa Taylor: You are gorgeous! My hair just started being curly this year and I have no clue what to do with it so I look forward to trying these tips. Tyvm

Deanna Blake: That shade of pink really suits you!!

Rebecca Netto: Hi...I loved you tips. I just wanted to know, do you come out all the knots first, wash hair and then do finger curling of your hair, or you just curl it without combing? because when I curled without combing, I had these knots in them and it looked very messy.

Julissa Lujano: What's the best method to do to your hair if it's wet, and it's time to sleep?

lelithree: I'm still watching this even when my hair is straight af girl you pretty ❤️❤️

Flutter Girl Mystified: Thank you! I needed help to care for my daughter's hair. You sound Irish, yet have this beautiful skin tone that I normally don't see in Ireland.

KBA: Love your tips! My hair is so similar to yours that I found your video really helpful. Like yours my hair looks full down but rather thin in a pony tail or bun. Have you found in accessories that help with this?

curlygirl3856: Thanks for posting loveee your tips ❤️ do you still highlight or bleach your curls??

Kierra Houston: You can definitely hear the Irish in her voiceShe's gorgeous

Evangelin017: once every two weeks or once a month i do a deep contioning mask to hydrate my hair, it could be and oil mask ( i love to mix, castor oil with vitamin E, coconut oil, olive oil, almond oil and sometime i put grapeseed oil) and i leave it for and hour or two or sometimes i leave it as long as i want and when im rinsing it off i massage my scalp. For the other mask i do i use the blend and mix it with an avocado and aloe vera from my backyard and o squeeze half a lemon to preserve the mask longer pluss it has some benefit for the hair as well.

Chezy. Cheryl jones: i have curly hair similar to yours & also live in australia & struggle with dryness so will try these hacks. thanks

eurobabe: love the conditioner/gym trick! def trying that

Lisa: Love that your Irish..up the dubs :) I use Shea moisture cream and its amazing no crunch and holds the curl and has improved the quality of my hair ..oh and I also wash and condition my hair upside down run water over after to smooth scrunch gently so curl stays this makes my curls dedined and apply the above product smoothing it in scrunch again :)

AreYOUaSpider: Omggggg you literally have MY hair. Same curl type and length. Finally!

donealishy: I like to use a dry oil spray on my ends, helps with frizz

mizcindyf87: I usually brush my hair before washing it then use a wide tooth comb while I have conditioner on. Then towel dry. I don't comb or brush after. Then I put whatever products I want on it n blow dry it upside down with a defuser. It gives me lots of volume n bouncy curls.

Rania Asad: Use a microfiber towel or just a T shirt to dry your hair. It reduces frizz by A LOT

Voss: The fact that other ladies are saying how pretty this girl is! Epic! X

Akanesi Aisea: You're so gorgeous! & I too have curly hair soooo you've got a new sub <3

K. Mihalic Wesson: I am 44years old and have almost same hair! Thanks for the awesome tips! I didnt know about twisting wet curls around my face when wet! Thats such a simole idea but i never tried. FrizzEaze is a fantastic product for the sever humidity we get in Mississippi. I ve used all the products out there, expensive and cheap...FrizzEz works the best!

Sithy Q: I use the conditioner in the gym trick too, but I'll pin back my bangs so I don't have to rewater that bit after my workout.

Virginia Butler: you are my life saver

Noreen Albright: "This will just save your life in some weird situation." lol I like the dry shampoo scrunch, nice! Looks gorgeous on you. You didn't flip. My daughter doesn't twist.

Lina Monreale: Thanks for sharing. I also love to twist my hair while wet.

Jamie Wescott: Use t-shirt material when you get out of the shower instead of a towel. It helps to reduce frizz. Throw your head upside down and waist end is what I go by to wrap the t-shirt around my head similar to a towel.

Enter Valhalla: I think I'm going to do that conditioner thing putting some on before and after.

GoAway_C: nice ! another tip that I do is that I don't brush my hair but I use a "brush" for curly hair so it doesn't destroy the curls when I want to take off my knots every morning.

Wicked Waiata: I'm a Polynesian boy living in NSW! The sun here just murders my curly hair and makes it all frizzy and boofy - this video is like a god send!

Nonethelessh: You look so pretty especially your hair is amazing. I have wavy hair but i’ll try your tips, thank you.
