How To: Natural Curly Hairstyles For Work

Hi welcome back to my channel, I member Alice and today I'm going to recording video, as you can see in the title, curly hair, naturally curly, hair hairstyles that you can wear to go to work. I work in an office and I have to wear slacks and button-down if you would like to know and see other hairstyles that you can wear with your naturally curly hair keep on watching okay, so this is from yesterday. So last night I washed my hair and I left it out, and so normally I would wear my hair, probably two days out, and sometimes I could even do it for three days depending on like how much products, what kind of products that I put in my Hair, how did I sleep because I move around a lot at night. So if I moved around a lot during the night like more than normal - and I don't really have that much product in my hair, then my curls tend to break apart, cause you more frizz and though I don't mind frizz, it just depends. I don't really want to have about this. I don't know. I just dig my hair's really messy, looking that, obviously, I'm not gon na go to work or wherever with messy hair, so the quickest and easiest hairstyle that I tend to wear um and especially need to go to work. It is kind of like doing a little twisty in the front, so I'm going to show you one that I really think is a little bit cuter than just doing a regular twisty, though that's normally what I like to do, because it's just so easy and quick And then look like, I actually put some time into doing my hair. I guess I did but really like two minutes, so the one that I'd like to do is kind of two twisty. So I'm going to go ahead and start showing you I'm going to just take a section here and sometimes I wet my hair just a little bit. So I'm going to spritz it a little bit like this, and then I split my hair and I just twist the two front pieces together take some bobby pins and I just go ahead and pin it. I do the same exact thing on the other side and I'm not doing this too tight. Just because I want the like for you to be able to kind of see that I just twisted to pieces, my hair together and then just pin it again in the back now. You can totally leave it like that. If you have any decorative like little Clips. Just to add a little bit more of an open a little bit more of like look. I tried you can just take a clip this one here that I like holes like years ago and yeah, so I'm just take that and pin it right there yo, and that is it. I like to wear my hair like this pretty often so this is one hairstyle you could also, if your hair at the bottom, like in the back, if this gets, you know really like dried out and frizzy, and you kind of just not feeling it for whatever Case it is, you could also I like to do this. Another thing that I like to do when my hair is kind of like really dirty messy. Whatever I'll do some twisties and then I just take a hair tie, and then I just go ahead and do let the little messy bun in the back and for the most part I kind of just leave it like this as well um I like to do This hairstyle, when my hair is pretty dirty, like maybe fourth day, hair like on the fourth day and then I'm going to go wash it the next day. I would probably drop this hairstyle as well to go to work or just like any day, but I really like this for work. I don't know kind of just reminds me of like a work hairstyle like a hairstyle that anyone could wear to go to work and it's pretty easy and um kind of cute. So yeah this is the hairstyle. So I do work in an office environment where I do have to wear slacks and it's not super corporate in the sense of I have to wear a smacked, button-up and blazer every single day. So it is a little bit more relaxed, especially because I do work in the marketing field. So marketing tends to be a little bit more relaxed. I would say: um just make sense, and so one hairstyle that I do wear, especially when my hair is already kind of dirty, and I just kind of want to throw it up, and it's really really quick and to be honest, it's so simple and I get Why don't actually a lot of compliments for my co-workers? They kind of think it's a cute pet song and I have a video on the hairstyle. It'S just to do a big curly, bun and so I'll link that down below. If you would like to check that out, another hairstyle that I've really been really going towards is a ponytail and you're like okay. What is so special about that? But I don't know because I haven't done like this kind of pointy tail and I don't know a while, like maybe a few years and recently I've just been really liking it like in the way it looks on me and I wear to go to work, so It with my the ponytail I like to have a call and make a straight line, and I also use a brush to flatten out the front part. I did cut some layers recently, so my hair is a little bit more shorter, so it doesn't stay quite down. So I do use a few bobby pins um and I can't lie. I do put a little bit of hairspray, which I don't really like to use: hairspray mousse and those type of things in my hair. But at that point, when I do decide to do this ponytail, my hair is really dirty like I don't wanna say it's really dirty, but it's like the day before I'm going to wash my hair. I was like I wear my hair in a ponytail and then that night I go home and I wash my hair. So I'm going to go ahead and show you how I did that okay, so I just took my hair out of that twisty little bun and before I go into showing you the the ponytail until want to show you another hairstyle that I've done and I was Actually, just practicing to do hairstyle, I'm going to be a bridesmaid in my cousin's wedding. Coming up in July, super excited, and I got was practicing the hairstyle that she had sent me that she thinks will look really cute on my hair. Naturally, curly um for the wedding, and so I practiced in the morning one day before going to work and I work to work and I actually got a lot of compliments so basically, in order to do that, I used this headband here, so you can use any Kind of headband - I guess that you would like um, so I just used this one right here for now and I used a comb and some water and yep. So, let's get started. I like this um hairstyle to have a part right here on the side. I think it just looks cuter, but I can do anything good, like so you're, going to take the headband and you're not going to put it kind of like how you normally, what you're going to put it like this on top of your hair. Now I know they look silly right now, but you're going to just kind of manipulate this, so that it kind of stays and then you're going to take hair and kind of twist it around, and you also need some bobby pins. I forgot to mention so I have some here and you're going to just pin some of your hair down and keep kind of twisting around I'll do the same right here and then with the rest of the hair back here, just kind of okay. So now, let's move on to the opponents. So for this points out, I like to have a straight line in the middle um. That'S just my favorite way to do it! So, basically, oh and then another thing that I also all the time, because at that point, when my hair, like today, my hair is just fresh kind of hair and it's really moisturize. When I do go to do the ponytail. My hair is a little bit more. Try - and it's just definitely time to you - know wash it so at that point the front is kind of like all frizzy and all that so I'd love to use the curl enhancing smoothie from Shea Moisture. I'Ve shown this if you times on my channel um - and this is one of my favorite products so yeah. I took a little bit of that and I put it down on the front. Um I'll probably put just a little bit, but I really don't need it because I, like I said, have enough pilots and moisture in my hair, so I'm gon na do the part. So I'm gon na just do a straight line down the middle, and this part you definitely have to have your hair wet. This just makes it easier to smooth down. I really. This is one of my favorite go-to hairstyles. I don't want you to you and, like I mentioned, I would put some curl enhancing smoothie my hair and honestly. My boyfriend has curly hair too, and he loves this product as well. I put him on and you know I put him on to the good stuff. So he actually really likes this product. Oh, I actually put a little too much. Okay, you know just put as much as you would need. I just put a little. I want a little heavy-handed. I didn't eat that much, but it's okay and really that's like the only time that I really use a brush, because I don't really use a brush. If you watch some other of my videos, you would know that I actually um detangle my hair with my favorite. I'M gon na take a hair tie and tie the back and, if needed, which I'm not gon na, do now, because I don't necessarily need it that much. But if I do, I take a little bit of hairspray um, I'm not particularly we're gon na spray because, like I said I don't tend to use hairspray in my hair only recent, because I've cut some layers. So some of these hairs back here are won't stay down, but this one I got. I received this in an Ipsy bag and it's the oil of Morocco, argan oil, a little hairspray, it's sulfate free and it's from Marc Anthony. So this is the one that I would use and I just bring it down just a little bit here, I'll just spray just a little bit and on the other side as well, and that's it. So this is one of my favorite hairstyles um. It'S so easy and simple, I don't know I just actually really like it just think it's cute and it looks professional enough to go to work with, I think so, and especially in the field that I'm in and yeah. So this is the other hairstyle. I'M gon na show you it now, because I usually just kind of like to have quick hairstyles in the morning before going to work, and so these are the hairstyles that I just go to, and I don't tend to put cute little things in it. Only 5. A little bit of extra time, but I'm gon na show you how it just kind of look without any little extra oomph. I'M going to show you a little extra in here but yeah. So so I have this little hair tie and it has this gold accent right here. I got this up forever 21 years ago as well, and you can also put that on top of your ponytail, so um. This is with the little ponytail accent. Now, if I were to have that in my hair, I wouldn't wear silver earrings, I like to kind of match any accessories that I put on to kind of match together. So I would wear that if I had gold jewelry on yeah well, I really hope that you guys enjoyed this video and that you found it helpful. These are hairstyles that I definitely go to in the morning. They'Re, quick, they're easy and I get to rock my curly hair, naturally and don't have to straighten it and feel the need to strain it so yeah.
