Hi everybody, its Beth from Sweetarts and welcome to another video I'm here today with the lovely Hannah now have you ever done a Dutch braid or boxer braids, where ever you call it the one that sits on top and when you start the braid off it looks Really really small and really flat to the head, so I'm going to show you a really nifty trick to date and make that braid big right from the beginning. So let's get started over here guys, so this bit is optional. If you've seen any of my other videos, you might have seen me do this before I'm going to volumize Hannah's hair with the sweethearts volumizer reason being is I want thick hair to start with, but you can do this style without it. Okay, just show you really quickly, I'm going to go to the roots press release all the way down. When I'm getting to the mid to the ends, I am gon na start pressing more lightly. Okay, just because I don't want the end is to look dry. You can get these from our websites, don't feel like you have to do this to do this style, but you will find it a lot easier. Okay, I have finished volumizing, Hannah's hair. So bit of a weird angle, you guys that's on a space. Obviously I pulled a few little bits out and then I've just sectioned off a piece of hair sort of from the crown to the front and then put the rest of the hair into a ponytail. And what we're going to do with this section is: do a really quick French braid from here to the front? Okay, so I'll, just section this off into three pieces and you'll: just do an ordinary French braid! You, okay, so just make sure guys at this last bit of the French braid is nice and tight and to the head pan is holding on there's little strums at the front for me: okay, so that's nice and tight! Now: okay, just going to do a couple of stitches like that, and now I'm going to ask her to sit off and I'm going to flip this around okay, okay guys, so we flipped that braid and now what we're going to do is a ditch bridge. Okay, so all you've done is French braid flip the bait breathe this way, and now I'm going to be adding in sections like you. Would an ordinary Dutch braid, okay, adding those sections in to that Dutch braiding? Can you see how the breed started nice and big right from the very beginning, so just by adding that volume to the hair with the volumizers just made this braid just so easy and all these bits are being covered really easily as well. You so last few sections make sure at the nape of the neck guys when you added these last few sections in that you breed hand, is really close since you're brave hands awaiting your adding it in when you release it you're going to get that by gon Na see your braid hand wants to be really close to the head. Add that section in to make sure that the braid sets right at the nape of the neck, just gon na pop an elastic in there. So I'm just going to fuss around a bit now guys you can decide how big you want this braid to go. I'M going to go a little bit bigger you! I'M going to just quickly cover this elastic guys. So just a strand of hair wrap it around hold it at the back, get end of the relaxed deep pinch, all that hair and then voila, okay. Next, I'm going to put some like really big volume in this ponytail again this is optional. This bit is guys. You you, okay, guys, we are done. What do you think loads of volume? I personally love big breeze, but give me your opinion. Go, do a little sprint for you now. So thank you so much for watching guys. Please comment subscribe, hopefully like the video and don't forget to come over to my Instagram account sweethearts hair to look what I'm doing on daily basis. See you later

Daryl Ann: I've been watching hair tutorials for ten years, and this is one of the first times I really came away with a really unique (yet still helpful and practical) tip for braids. Well done!

annette garza: I love that her roots peek through it gives that braid so much dimension.

PREMIUM STATUS: Очень красивая причёска ❤️

Jenn Hoff: Your store didn't have them listed (at least in the US) so I got one on Amazon. I've always wanted to tease my roots for volume, but have crazy tangley hair that I can never comb out afterwards! So I'm really excited about adding volume with it. And I'm totally doing this braid on my sister. I love the "running start" you get at the braid with by doing it towards the face first. That'll look really good on her!

Becky Canizales: Those tips were SO helpful! I always struggled with a loose end near the nape of my neck. Now I know how to fix that! Genius!! Thank you for sharing this! Really cool hairstyle!

Keila Rangel: I was having a hard time trying to create a 4 strand Mohawk braid and this one makes it easier to do for the big lift. Thank you ma'am! ❤

Mrs Rawc: Omg I absolutely love this hairstyle and tutorial, thank you!! It’s even something I believe I can do myself! I have ridiculously baby fine hair that regardless of prep or technique always looks “glued” to my head but think the double braid in this video will definitely be a game changer! Also have dark brown hair that’s thinning out horrifically on the top of my head, where men (but not most women) typically bald. Thinking that this technique and hairstyle will help prevent my glowing white scalp to be so embarrassingly visible. ❤️ from Shannon in Canada

Sonshine and Song: OH wow I love this! I always braid my hair down from the front and I have very fine hair so it looks terribly small at the front but also quite small all the way down my head. Then when I'm finished, I try to fluff each braid. I love that you fluff as you braid. I have never left a pony tail at the end either. I'm so glad I found your video. I'm trying this very soon! ❤️

David Campbell: I have to be honest here. This braid has just blown my mind to pieces,  It is absolutely GORGEOUS. The contrast of the hair color and darker roots really electrifies the style and I must add that the model is beautiful for this look. I hate braiding hair, but I'm willing to practice this one. I commend you on this look. Thumbs up!!!

Jennifer Shepherd: I absolutely love this hairstyle! I can't wait to try it out! Your amazing!

Rawkkah: OMG, I love this!!! "Back in the day", I used to have huge hair...lol. Now if only my fingers weren't arthritic and my hair so thin :(( I've never been able to French braid my hair as I can't figure out how to keep hold of it while at the same time preventing it from tangling (braiding itself) at the bottom. This is what I get for not being a "girly girl"...*sigh*...FML.
