Hey chad welcome back to my channel another day. Another celebrity has a hair product line, but this time it's not just any celebrity. Oh no! Oh! No! This celebrity is legendary when it comes to the hair game and her name is kim kimball if you're not familiar with miss kimble. Look up your favorite a-list celebrity, who happens to be black, and i promise you she has touched their hair. So my expectations of this is much much different than a random actress who just threw something on the market boom. This is a styler from the kim kimball line. It says kim kimble, hair majesty stylist to the stars. This kimbo hair care product that i am holding is the curly pudding cream. It'S supposed to keep your curls looking and feeling luscious. It adds shine, moisture and bounce free of sulfates parabens and phthalates and honey. It came with a pretty little picture of her. So, of course, the thing that we care about most is honey. Does it work we're getting ready to find out now, let's get into a little bit of details as far as the cost, this jar is 16 fluids ounces of product and it cost me 17 american dollars. I think that's pretty reasonable, but i don't know your bank account you just have it yourself. I checked the ingredients. I didn't see anything that ends in on so i'm assuming it's silicone free, but do your googles and find out for yourself. So i have high expectations of this because when it comes to black hair, this woman right here she's she's pretty high up on the list of voices the truth, so i'm gon na go ahead and prep. My hair off camera come back and let's get to styling, hey chow and we're back in my way i mean me and samantha if you're new here honey, it's a running joke on my channel. We got this big old shower cap collectively named samantha samantha. Pretty much runs this channel just sit down pop a squat and say hi to it, like everybody else, hello, all right shout out in the world see this is what happened when i tried to rush the meth out of video. She started showing out all right, so i prepped my hair by detangling it and the leave-ins that i have on is a mixture of texture, id spray leave-in and allocate naturals lemongrass leave-in. I wanted something really lightweight so that it wouldn't really interact with the ability of this pudding to really style my hair, but as far as the directions go, it says, after washing in conditioning saturate, the hair with the coconut milk and avocado leave-in conditioner pause. I didn't buy it because again, 17 dollars and i didn't want to buy a whole line and not be in love with it. So i said, let's tip toe into the kimbo haircare business by just getting this one product and then maybe we'll go back to the rest of the line. Continue section hair while wet then apply the curly pudding cream from roots to ends re-wet hair as often as necessary during the styling process. I can dig it so, let's get into the packaging. Oh she really cute honey. It'S not heavily fragranced at all. It has a scent to it. It smells like body lotion to me. It'S like it's not overbearing, it's hard to explain, but it's not like funking up my whole room. I just put it at it. The consistency. I don't know why, when it said curly pudding cream. I was thinking it was going to look different than that, but it really is kind of like a pudding and a cream all right. So, let's start with this section of hair and i'm going to take this much of the pudding which it seems like a lot. But again it's a cream styler, so i really want to apply it heavily to see how my hair responds, so i'm just putting this on this whole section. Actually, let me make this section smaller, so i'm gon na just take some more rub it together in my hands and apply it to this section, rub that in there really good, it feels very, very lightweight. On my hair, like the way i said it smell like body lotion, it feels like that on my hair too, okay gon na have to twist my hair. It is a very lightweight formula and for my hair type i would not be doing a wash and go with this. I just i wouldn't um, because i feel like this would lead to frizz for me, so what i am going to do. I wish this behave like a gel, my goodness um, so what i'm going to do is apply this heavily as far as how it feels on my hair. First of all, it feels very lightweight like i said, but it also feels extremely moisturizing, but at the same time it's kind of just sitting on top of my hair. It'S not really penetrating. I don't know if you can see it, but if you look, you can just see it sitting on my hair. Okay, let's get into it flat twist and let's get to flat. Twisting goodness - and i said i was not doing a flat twist no time soon - that i didn't want to do any twist outs, but look at me. Look at me a labor of love for your entertainment and down to the bottom. Okay, all right, my hair feels extremely juicy. Now i will say that it feels very juicy on my hair. I just wish it had more of an elongation to it or that it had some type of a hole. But let's get into this growth, though, because honey mother wasn't able to do no flat twists earlier like a few months ago. So that's what happened when you have a healthy poutine, all right, let's go ahead and twist that let me go ahead and finish. Applying my twist come back and then i'll show you what i'm looking like and we're back and my hair has been set. So the way i structured my hair is this patch of hair is a flat twist. This is a flat twist. This right here is a flat twist and in the back i just did regular twists only because mother's hair is short, and i don't have time to be wrestling with my hair. So my thoughts as it is is, i can feel the moisture and the slip on this is incredible, but at the same time something about this makes my hair feel very, very coated, and i don't know why i don't know if it's the amount that i use. If i use too much, but i feel like there's a coating on top of my hair, it feels really weird. I don't know how to describe it. So i'm going to actually get under a hooded dryer until my hair is dry and then i'm going to come down and unravel the twist with you to determine. If i really really love this is, when i take it down, am i going to end up with frizz and am i going to end up with flakes that is important to me? So let me get under the dryer and kind of gather my thoughts, because again something about the consistency of this is really just kind of different. It just feels weird. I don't know how to explain it honey. Let me dry, my hair and mother will be back bye-bye, hello, there darling. So it's the next day. My hair is dry, let's go ahead and take these twists down and see what they talk about, so i'm putting them all in my hands to kind of prevent. Frizz um, so here's the thing when i was putting it on it felt extremely moisturizing, but i was like i don't feel like this has any type of hold to it, um and from the one twist i look down, i feel like i was right, but let Me take down the rest okay, so i took down another twist and and taking it down. I definitely see some frizz um the hold on this is extremely soft. Let me come back and show you the final result i'll be back okay, so i took down my hair. My results are here: let's talk about it, so i will say that the moisture level on this is great. If you like, clean ingredients - meaning you don't want silicones, this will meet your criteria. Um the hold on it is soft. Now it is a cream pudding or pudding cream. So i'm not expecting a firm hold like a gel, but i do want to say that it is soft. If you want something with a little bit more hold, you can always add a mousse or a gel to it. Just make sure it's a good combination that won't cause flaking, so that is my opinion on the whole. Do i like it? I like it as a product, but i'm not in love with it, for my hair only because my hair leans towards, even though it's curly it has some kink to it. So i like things with a little bit more of a firmer hold. Now i could, like i said, put a mousse or gel with this to get the hole that i like, which is not a problem for me. However, there was a little bit of a build up feeling on my hands when i was applying the product and when i was taking it down now again, i don't know if it's because i use too much or if it's the formula itself, but i did feel Somewhat of a residue when i finished taking down my hair - and you know, had some oil on my fingers, the residue filling went away, but there was a little bit of a grimy feeling at first. When i first started manipulating my hair. I did not get flaking. So that's a good thing so, overall, if you like soft hold, this is for you. If you like clean ingredients. This is for you um, but if you want somewhat of a firmer hold look elsewhere overall, um yeah, that's that's pretty much what i have to say. Soft hold super moisturizing, but i did get a little bit of a build up like even when i do like like this. I can feel like it's something coming off of my hands from this product. So that's all i have to say about this. Let me show you the back and i'm gon na, get you all out of here thanks and voila. That'S it! If you have any questions, leave them down below. We love you a long time. Monkey dada and i'm out of here bye,

Jodee Mapoe: I remember when Kim Kimble had a reality show! Her stylists were a HOT ASS MESS!!! I loved it though.

Angela Lee: I’m sorry. I don’t trust hair care products when I’ve never seen the owners natural hair. I’ve only ever seen Kim in wigs, and actually never saw her do anyone’s hair. Go Faye , flat twist, the growth is real.... Thanks for the review

Majinmeboo: I've never seen Kim Kimble style natural hair so i was like

Joy Banks: Hey Chile! I could care less about the product. I came for the entertainment . You and Samantha never disappoint.

Nechelle Roberts: I love the editing of this video. A video content debrief, then the smooth transition into the "theme song," and then the video starts. Plus the audio was perfect (level, clear, and consistent) from beginning to end. The theme song wasn't louder than the rest of the video, unlike other YouTube videos. The audio of the actual video content didn't peak and was clear and consistent. The music wasn't too loud while you were talking or when you sped up the video for the twist unraveling. LOVE. Something satisfying about quality recordings and great editing. I'm in school for this so it's hard not to pay attention to this kinda stuff lol

MJ Bridges: i see you kicking your product junkie habits, miss faye! only buying one product out of the line. you go girl!

Vladika Jones: Final results is Beautiful. Being a Type 4 girl I can never use a pudding or cream styler. Custard, jelly’s & Gels are the only stylers that give significant hold. I want your cut

NeNeNicole: Do they ever sell the whole product line in like sample sizes together so you can know what products you want to actually purchase?

Faye In The City: For clarity, I liked the moisture and I’m not against soft holding creams but this was way too soft for my hair. I would have to pair it with a gel. If your hair is finer than mine, you may be ok using it on its own but for my kinky curl/coily supporters, try a different cream.

nikki Lane: Went to the kim kimble salon in L.A. but would never go back even if I coykd on a regular basis. The stylist REALLY hooked me up. I treated myself for my birthday. Kim was there snd had a stank attitiude. Im sure if i was a celeb she wouldve acted differently. I was a regular everydsy eho was excited to get my hsir done there but her attititude was a turn off. My own hair is now almost a bra strap length so done with salons anyway.

Angela Perry: She had a line like 5 or more years ago , I don’t know if it was a text line or not. I was gifted the whole line, but my hair didn’t like it, no moisture, just strip my hair. Yes, I did try it more than once.

Cherelle Walls: Come thru with these flat twists!!! It's the growth for me...

Kim Kimble TV: Thank you for reviewing my product you did a very thorough assessment

Theresa Davis: When you said cream and pudding! I already knew. My feelings were hurt that you spent $17 on that big jar. I was waiting for you to pull a gel out. Your final results were cute though.

Jackie’s Journey: The love, hate relationship with Samantha gives me life

Moma Shay: Your skin looks AMAZING . You have a “natural glow"!! I have ‘mask rash’ . It left dark dots, so many my granddaughters asked for a pen so they could do dot to dot on my face and chin. Got to love 4-6 year olds. They are BRUTALLY HONEST!!! I truly enjoy your videos. I subscribed but never get a ding. I just look on Friday’s and Saturdays. Still trying to find the right product for my hair. It very curly and a lil thin. Any suggestions?

Dinah Nicole: Samantha said ‘don’t rush me off stage like dat’ ‍♀️

Angela Render: Your hair is really growing and looks so good!

Brittney Randolph: Actually her first curly line was really good I've been searching high and low for them because she discontinued it

Olivia J: Hey Faye I think your hair looks cute! I like the fluffy soft curl look so I may have to try this out!

cylon bates: I Love this look on you! Your hair look great! Your hair looks very hydrated soft and color look naturally healthy! No wet line need. Girl your so fun and super cute!

Melanie Draughon: Wow, I didn't know that Kim Kimble had a hair care products line. I learned about Kim from a reality show, and she can stay some hair

S C: It's a cute one day style, in the morning my hair would be stuck to my head. We have very similar hair texture except I have tight coils in some spots.

Kara El: Kim Kimble's hairstyles are always so basic, i never see her style natural hair and her hair is never poppin soooooooooooo I would never think to try her products.

Donna Mills: It looks really nice; soft and shiny! Would love to see your videos include footage of how you refreshed your look. What did you do to refresh on day 2,3,etc.?

Linda Lynn: Your hair turned out looking beautiful! I know you probably wouldn’t get many days out of your hair like you would with something a little bit more stronger to secure the product. Overall, I enjoyed your product review!

Anika wilson: I'm nervous chile, I know Kim Kimble and I really haven't seen her kill a natural hairstyle

Family Y: I honestly just love how you give us such a genuine and truthful review of a product. Thanks Sis ❣️. Keep up the bomb content

Brklyn NuYawka: Heyyyy Faye!! Man, I haven't heard Kim Kimble's name in a long time. Let me get into this review.

Beverly Charles: I saw the whole line on sale at Sally's right now. About $7.

Reina Grant: this is a great video!! <33 i love how when you talk about the products and how everything feels your detail is on point!!

MiEsha Bell: Thank you so much for this! I think it may work for my thin loose curls. Imma just try it the way you did. SN; I need the details on those bomb ass specs

sharon moore: I tried the line she had a few years back. The shampoo was not good, it could tangle the straightess hair. I had relaxed hair and it was a tangled mess. The conditioner was ok but not worth the price. Even the white folks hair was tangling

QueenC: You are very pretty, and your hair looks gorg! Love your personality.

A Brad: The flat twist came out amazing! Aren't we supposed to get a video about the YouTube plaque?

Allison Johnson: I used to use her shampoo and conditioner when it was sold in target. I saw that she’s in Sally’s now.

Kirinda Marie: Back in 2016 she had a couple of products for natural hair, nice to see her creating something again for for natural styles.

kay mo: Thank you for an honest review!

Tunyonce' Knows: Loved seeing the old intro again. And even with the soft hold, your hair came out really cute!!

Nakea Anderson: Your hair looks beautiful though!❤ Nice sheen and really healthy

Lady T: I just saw Kim Kimble’s video with Tina Campbell using her products. Different products for different hair types.. so I say try it and see how it works for you. ✌

Kish1006: She had a line that I tired yrs ago my hair didn’t care for it but it was great on my sisters hair.

lovHim100: ThNk You! I’m tired of wasting my money on products that don’t do a dang thing for my hair!!

Rachel Nixon: Your hair came out beautiful. How do you think this line will work with 4c hair?

mscocowheat26: I really like how it turned out and looks healthy

1_naturally_eva: Yes!!!! I’m all for it. I can’t wait to tell it.

Lill Chief: @1:45 Faye said, "Samantha, it's a running joke on my channel..." @1:58 Samantha tugs Faye firmly and says "WHO YOU CALLING A JOKE?"

LaToya Howard: The hair is growing so good honey. I love cream stylers and may have to give this a shot especially if it’s moisturizing. I need moisture and if this has great ingredients it should work well on my hair. Loved the review and your hair.

Kay Porcher: Okay intro, welcome back!! I loveee Kim Kimble, I use to watch her show! Thank for the review, you hair looks great.

Janet's BFF: You are so dang pretty!!! And your hair looks great on every video I’ve seen so far!

Miss Kita B 💕: Okkk hair growth I guess it's safe to say that your infamous intro is back, yayyy And this is why we love us some you Faye, thank you for actually taking the time to engage your audience

CurlyBoyChuck: Don’t be trying to push Samantha off the stage like that, she ain’t the one!

jeminii flyy: Can we appreciate the cute glasses my sis is rocking

Shaunie N.: Looks good per usual . What is your bedtime routine for twists (i.e. do u retwist at every night) and for wash n gos do u use the banding method? How do you refresh your hair/curls the next day?

Caroline Pankey: I’m so happy you had a successful flat twist because it gives me courage to try again lol. I think I’ll pass on the cream but great video and classy critique as always.

Kētta’s Coils: THANK YOU FOR THE INTRO COMING BACK. I don’t remember the Hey Chile subbie who suggested it, but thanks for that!

What's She Cooking up Now!: When I started I aspired to have curl just like yrs and now I'm learning this is truely a self love journey.

Bella J xoxo: Awesome video Faye! I used to love her show back in the day....I'm not sure if I'm gonna try this or not even with my hair texture being a little different and finer....anyway....you helped me get through this day ...patiently waiting for your next upload

BareMoon & Co: Thank you for this detailed review! Yass

Felicia Stewart: Great Results!! Great Hair!

Ericka Blackwell: First off - notifications is buggin out! Your hair turned out nice, I really thought it was going to be more frizzy when you took down that first flat twist. You hooked it up with the earrings! You made it work!

Alexia Dewald: Your hair is gorgeous!! The length is really nice super shiny, very full! It's gorgeous

Toni Runnels: I would love to see how you got your hair to the end result! It ended up coming out beautifully (although I’m sure it won’t last many days with the soft hold) but when you took that first twist out I was scared lol. Sometimes my hair comes out looking crazy like that at first too so I would love to see your process of making it look like something

TheLoulaB: Hey Samantha... I guess she wanted 16 minutes since her 15 minutes of fame wasn't enough

S Maxwell: So happy that intro is back .. thank you for this review .. how long did this last ..thanks Faye

Shwana Garner: My hair is really, really short right now, so that could potentially work for me as a wash-n-go.

SXYBrown Suga: Ok you had me at Samantha's introduction but when you hit me with the "Ma ki da da" at the end I knew I had to subscribe. Your personality is everything and that hairstyle is absolutely gorgeous.

SoranovaArtMain: My only experience with Kim was watching that reality tv show i was watching that weekly with my grandmother

Jaleesa J: Woah your hair looks super healthy!

Kyla.SaidSo: I use to use her products back in the day. My hair loved it my skin didn’t. Gave me break outs.

GetReal 4Real: I luv Texture ID conditioners and the price point is on point.

Brittney Jones: I can tell you really wanted this product to work Faye lol but honey let’s talk about this growth!!!!!

Jaye Johnson: Remember she’s not doing all the steps required❤️

T P: I never seen her do natural hair so I knew I wasn’t purchasing this...

Felisha V: I'm here for Samantha. You make natural hair so fun

cammeerron: I took it right back to Sally’s the pudding and styling lotion were both a no for me

renda terry: I LOVE WATCHING YOUR HAIR JOURNEY IN GROWTHI CAN NEVER TELL WHEN MINE IS GROWING SO THANK YOU

God Loves Women: Samantha wants her five minutes of fame in each video. So the wave from Samantha

T. Beatty: I’m here for the hair growth, your weight loss definitely shows in your face.

Naima Morgan: Your finished hair looked shiny and healthy at the end

Ms. LaTarya: Y'all Kim has made a YouTube channel of her doing hair using these products. I watched do Tina Campbell's hair but I was not moved to run out and purchase the products. Went in Sally's the other day and walked right passed them without a glance.

Jennifer Lee: Your hair still turned out great and it’s growing like crazy.

The Social Distraction: I would buy that for the packaging alone

Brittany Ferguson: Man someone please tell me why i thought of Kel Kimble when she said the name lollll "who loves orange soda....KEL LOVES ORANGE SODA!!" Anywho lol you know I will always love the fluffy look and it's super cute. Another product to add to my list

Tonia Ceaser: I'm so in love with your glasses! What brand are they?

Roger Dewayne: OMG!!! It’s the fact that I was just looking for these products today!!!

Amy Lemuel: Heyyyy Chile! I see Samantha said hey ! I love the hair but I'm not sold on this product. Great review

Unknown2Yoo: It looks super soft and fluffy. I know it probably won't last very long, but it's nice on the first day!

D R-K: The thing that gets me is that no matter what, even when Faye doesn't love the product her hair always looks amazing! Every time! LOL I hope someone will find the review helpful, but I could tell it was not going to be a winner from time you applied it. It would be great if every brand made a sample size enough to try on a full head of hair before buying the jar.

Janelle Darroux: The results wasn't bad, like ur hair looked really nice to me but I could tell the difference from other products u have used... Still look great tho ❤️

Paulette Newman: Does anyone have a gel recommendation for kinky curl types? Also what's better...a pudding, custard, or cream?

Wanjira : Did you experience any flaking with this? I thought I might have saw some in the back, but I'm not sure. Great review, as always, Faye!

Mz D: Hey Chile!!! So Happy To See You & Samantha Missed Y’all Yesterday!!!

snapdragon8888: Girl, love those eyeglass frames.

🌙 ImOnlyADream🌙: Can you do a video on affordable cream stylers that pair well with wetline?

LL J: The Pudding Curl Cream made my hair dry and hard. I will not use any of her products ever again.

Ms Stone: Heyyy chilleeee (Thanks for putting the intro back!) at the 7:00min mark is when you knew you f*cked up. Your face was absolutely PRICELESS!!! lol

Nicole Wilkes: Kim Kimble's edge control is trash!!! I paid 11.00 for it, and I was highly disappointed.

trishalachell: It actually looks cute, but you can tell it won't last but one day. Will you show us again using a gel with it? Loved the glasses.

LovinLifeWithLaine: The leave in might be inhibiting the ability for the hair to absorb the Kimble product
