Really wet hair, my hair is really really wet and I'm using the xhc banana conditioner as a leave-in, and I have used this conditioner to wash my hair and I fully rinsed it out. My hair is so fine. It really is super super fine that I do need to rinse the conditioner fully out. Otherwise it will weigh my hair down and, however, I will then apply just a little bit of this conditioner as a leave-in. More than anything, this gives me a bit of a protein boost, as this conditioner does contain protein and my other styling stylist. Don'T with my fine hair, I find it. It does like a bit of protein. It does help to hold the curls and the waves. So I'm just applying that in to soaking wet hair, mainly applying it into the lengths of the hair and then just scrunch in scrunch in it in so there's not really much product going into the roots of my hair at all. I will then use a cotton t-shirt just to scrunch out gently scrunch out the bulk of the water, so we're going to be left with I'd, say, wet hair rather than soaking wet hair to apply the other stylist. So just really gently, just just literally scrunch up a couple of times and take out that extra moisture we're going to go in with the Superdrug extra firm whole mousse, and I love this mousse. So I find it really helps to give me root volume and, as you can see, I'm going to mostly apply this into my roots and it's a really really light. Mousse, it's not heavy at all. It'S very highly water based water is the the biggest ingredient in this mousse, and it won't weigh my hair down. It will actually just really help with with root volume, so don't be too alarmed at the amount that I'm applying in and I'm mostly applying it into. My roots and I'm making sure a good amount is going into the crown area of my hair and, as this is the bit of hair, that I find doesn't need the most product to get the most hold. Otherwise, it can go very fluffy, so just scrunch that in and pulse that in so you're really working it into the root area and really working it into your hair. Today, I'm actually going to use the Umberto Gianni scrunch jelly as a gel. I do love this. I find it's not too much of a firm hold. It won't weigh my curls down, but if I am looking for a bit more definition, this is a really good gel to use and it is affordable. It'S it's a more expensive styler that I've got but it's affordable. It'S on the high street. You can get it from boots. I think it's about seven pounds of bottle, but that will also last it lasts me months. It will probably last me about eight to nine months, actually that bottle with the amount that I use, so it's not actually too bad, and I'm just roping that gel into my hair, mostly into the lengths of my hair. I don't really want to pull it into the roots too much so just rope it into the lengths and then just scrunch the rest into your hair. So it's evenly distributed and remember to keep moving your hair around and your head around to keep the hair falling loosely off your head. So you don't get stuck curls to the back of your head, which I think a lot of people do suffer from. So just keep moving the hair and moving your head. So it's constantly moving, so it won't get stuck in one place. So I'm using like their scrunch pulse action as well, just to really work the product into into the roots of my hair and also to try and get that volume that I'm looking for from the roots of my hair as well. So once everything's scrunched in I'll flip, my hair back over and actually just arrange where I want my parting to be I'll, keep the bulk of my hair flipped back towards the back of my head, while I'm drying it. But I do find. I need to put that parting in otherwise my hair does get a little bit confused about what is well what it's wanting me to do. So I find, if I just put that parting in it well, it will fall quite nicely once it's dry, otherwise it will become really wonky. So then, just take out extra moisture and any extra product with the cotton t-shirt again don't use a towel in my hair anymore, since I started the curly gern curly girl journey, I haven't used the towel. I'Ve just been using this cotton t-shirt, which has cost me. Nothing you can get specific microfiber towels for your hair, which is absolutely fine. If you want to treat yourself to one of them. That'S cool, but a cotton t-shirt. Does the job just as well so give that a good stretch I'm not being firm, but I am doing it quite a lot to make sure I am getting rid of any excess water, so just scrunch from pulse right up to the root of your hair and Then go off and diffuse, so diffuse your hair until it's about 60 % dry and then I'm going to go in with the last Eider, the Pantene curl mousse I find apply in the styler at this stage, like a mouse masters, technique really helps to pull my Fine hair back together it can fluff out during the drying process. So I find doing this masters technique will actually really help to to pull the curls and the waves back together and get that definition back again, but using a mousse. You are still adding to the volume as well, so I find for me it works quite well, so you don't wan na mess around of your hair too much other than just literally gently scrunching, that product in and then go off and fully dry. Your hair with the diffuser once your hair is literally 150 percent dry. You can scrunch out any cast. That'S formed. I'Ve got a bit more of a cast than I do when I just used mousse, because I've I've added the gel into this routine, and so it's gon na require a good old scrunch for me to get all that cast out. But that's fine, just keep scrunching into you're happy that your hair is loose and the cast is out and some people clap the scrunch out. Some people will actually just pull down over their hair and to get that out I'll. Do that in some of the front sections of my hair, where I find the crunch can be a bit more stubborn, I'll, just pull over the curls with my fingers and that will get rid of the stubborn crunch that might have formed in the shorter areas of Your hair, but I'm not using an oil leaver and I did use an oil and I do sometimes, if you're a bit first about frizz, I would say, use an oil and that can really help to reduce the frizz at this stage. But I find a bit of frizz helps to add to the volume and us Curly's we're always going to have it so learn to embrace it a little bit, but just make sure your hands are completely clean and completely dry when you're doing this. So, just flip your hair around keep scrunching pulling over the hair until you're. Happy that all the crunch is out, I'm then gon na go in with the pic just to loosen up the roots of my hair. I do find this helps with volume as well. So again, if you're after a more defined look, then you might want to skip this stage and just perhaps do a finger fluff which I'm going to do in a second, but just pop that pick in and loosen up the waves over the whole of your head And then, finally, I will just do a finger fluff. So just pop your fingers into the roots, give your hair a good old, shake all directions, and that will really help just to loosen things off and add to the volume and that's about it. So I hoped you enjoyed it, please feel free to comment if you've got any comments or any questions or if you want to see anything else, and I hope you liked it. If you did please give me a thumbs up and please subscribe, you

Alice Walker: It's so helpful seeing someone else with fine wavy/curly hair doing their routine. Thanks for sharing!

Mad Statter: I cannot believe how much hair you look like you have after it's all done vs how much hair you had when it's wet. This technique is masterful! I will be trying it! Never would have thought to do a mousse gel mousse but it totally makes sense.

jtinney1116: Thank you so much for getting right to the point and not taking 15 minutes to talk and ask people to like and subscribe first lol I appreciate you ❤️

tessaturtle: Oh wow, our hair type is nearly identical! I've always struggled with trying to figure out how to get rid of frizz while not weighing my hair down. It's so fine that it tangles like crazy. I've always been scared of moving my hair around for fear I'll lose the nice curls but I'm going to try doing your routine. Thanks

Dawn N: Thank you so very much. My hair is long, fine and frizzy. Took me a while to realise that maybe my hair was rebelling because it had a curl. I have tried lots of methods, but they all seemed to weigh my hair down or make it feel too conditioned. I copied this rountine this morning and it has given me the best results. EVER... I shall be using mousse from now on. Absolute game changer. You're an absolute star for sharing x

Amanda W.: Thank you for this video. My hair is just like yours and this works perfectly! I finally have the curls I’ve always wanted. I’ve also found that I can revive the curls the morning after an evening shower by spraying them with water and sea salt spray and drying.

Molly Evans: Beautiful! Nice to see a tutorial with fine hair! I can actually relate.

mavsmom21: Finally someone with hair like mine! Everyone says they have fine hair but it’s not as fine as mine. It’s soo good to see an great example for me to go off of. thank you!

TripleFiltered: I also have very fine and thin hair. Can't wait to try your method! Your hair looks fantastic <3

Colleen OHara: Very helpful to see the products you use, the amounts and the way you work them in. How often do you need to do this? Does your hair stay curled overnight? I have thin/fine curly hair and it gets squashed when I sleep on it. Thank you!

Crystal Stackhouse: I have pin straight fine thin blonde hair and this makes me envious of your soft fluffy curls!!! So beautiful!! :)

Fine Haired Female: You hair looks amazing!!! I've been pretty lazy with my 2a/b hair lately, but I am now inspired to go wash and try out mousse.

Monica Souhouya: After this video, I tried Mousse again and OMG. Amazingly lighter and fluffier hair! Thanks for sharing!

Judith Mitchell: This. This. This. I've been searching for this video. Thank you so much! I've never been able to find someone with similar hair and am incredibly grateful to have found you

Emma Padmore: Omg thank you. I have very thin hair due to my thyroid and seeing how beautifully you've done yours has helped so much. Thank you

Mary I Hagan: Hi, thank you for your very helpful video. I have hair like yours and I'm going to try the products and the technique that you use. One of the main problems for me is trying to find someone in our area who is experienced at cutting different types of curly hair. I would love to know how your stylist cuts your hair if you wouldn't mind telling me. I usually ask for long layers no shorter than my chin and not too many layers. The last time I had it cut I got a side swept bang which just ends up as frizz. I'd appreciate any advice you could give me as far as a cut.

CC: Thank you for using styling products we can afford and work for fine hair.

undercover23: wow that routine made your hair look 5 times bigger!! well done :)

Cheryl Gratton: You may have the most beautiful curly hair I have ever seen... I'm going to watch this again!

anita thomas: Gorgeous curls! I have similar fine hair and have attempted in the past but it didn't quite work . Looking at the video makes me think it's achievable now. Could I ask- did you use the Johnson's shampoo to wash with or the xhc banana to co was with? Couldn't catch what you said at the beginning? Thank you x

Mari Nel: Fantastic, the hair looks gorgeous

Steph Gordon: Wow, your hair looks amazing!! I literally gasped when I saw how much mouse you put in, lol!!! I'm so scared of weighing down my hair, I put in tiny bits of products. But maybe that's my problem. I'll try your technique, even though I don't think I can get those products in the U.S.

Lorri Gumanow: Thanks for sharing! I learned some new tricks for my superfine hair. I'm going to try adding mousse to my routine. And a pick for the top.

ElusiveBae7: Thank you so much for this video. My curls look so much better

Genny Just Down The Lane: We have the same hair!!!!! Thank you for sharing tips!

Kellian H: So pretty !! I just started this curly girl journey, It's tough. My hair looks like I have a three month old perm in my hair, any advice? I have it all one length, except my bangs, I'm not sure if I should layer it. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but when I do the products and it's dry, it looks like frizzy beachy waves. Lol

Tarren Mari: Our hair seems pretty similar but I find my top layer of hair is less curly. I don't have as much 2c waves, more 2a/b and while my hair's very fine I do have a lot of it Question do you ever do your hair wavy without heat? I tried this routine with my own products and was delighted with how it looked today, thank you. But my hair will wave if I air dry it but it'll have no volume at all and looks gross and stringy. Do you have that same issue?

Jana TAYLOR: Woowww, such beautiful curls

Carolyn Alida: Ah, Perfection! Mega mousse the Roots. I will give that a try

asthecocoflies: I'm going to have to try this! The regular handful of hair gel technique in super wet hair doesn't work for me all I get is weighed down waves. Plopping doesn't seem to help at all either. I'm getting quite frustrated.

danielle patterson: This is so helpful!! and you have such beautiful hair, you’re so pretty!!

Stephanie Clark: Your hair looks great. I think I have similar hair, do you have a video of how you diffuse your hair? thanks

deanne olinger: So happy to see someone with similar hair- thank you. I recently cut my hair chin length bob as it just wasn’t styling.. thanks for all the info..I love your voice it’s very calming.. can I ask how do you deal with your hair on the days you are not washing it...

O: Wow that volume is great! How long does this last before you have to wash it again? and how come you use two different mousses? I wonder what your hair looks like without the mousse? Is the difference really big? I always thought if I add this much product my hair would get weighed down but might try it after watching this

Nancy Davis: Ur hair turned out beautifully!

Anna Burns: I'm in the US and I don't see where to purchase the products that you mentioned here, especially the giannini curl jelly. I swear, it seems that Europe has better curl products than the US! My hair is very very fine also, maybe even more so than yours and I don't have curls as defined as yours. My hair frustrates me so much. The fineness makes it so difficult to work with, as you are aware. Thanks for the demo! Your hair looks really pretty.

NaturalCurliliceous: Beautiful hair! Have you ever tried some biotin infused gel and mousse?

Bryony Parry: Hey xx you have Johnson’s baby wash in the list, do you use that every time? Xx

A Ku: Perfect!

Hannapumpkin: Curly ladies , use a satin pillowcase at night, it a game changer for thin curly hair . Cotton pillowcases draw out the moisture and is so bad

Kristina Lazarus: Woooaaaaahhh how beautiful!!!!!!!

Bryony Parry: Thankyou soooo much!

Rachael Kennedy: I'm looking for a leave in or a styling product with protein in the UK. Any suggestions?

Dustie J: How do you diffuse your hair? I have the exact same hair type it looks like and every time I diffuse my hair it seems to make my curls more flat

Debbie Greene: Looks great

Tima: Looks nice but a rinse out conditioner MUST be rinsed out. If it works as a leave in they will state that. Like other products. It may be fine now but it can cause damage in the long run!

Heather R: Which diffuser do you have?

Tima: Noooo, leaving a rinse out conditioner is NOT good idea AT ALL!

Evelyn P: Beautiful ...what colour in you hair you have is very nice ..cheers

Ruby Lou: Hi, do you use baby shampoo every wash day please ☺️xx

Tarren Mari: Omg MY HAIR.

whitakermarisa: Would you at all be willing to do a diffusing video?

Asmita Barua: Guys is there a chatroom somewhere where I can actually show you my hair and talk about it? Help meeee

Diana Foster: That seems like a ton of product and takes a long time

Irena Atanasova: So much products on your fine hair!? What about build-up? And how many days do your curls last?
