And 360 degrees with a silver corner. I was like yeah hi, guys, I'm really nervous for this video I've actually had this product for a long time. I was meaning to this video a long time ago and today's video is a product review in my poor here. It'S gon na hate me for this I'll show you the box. So this is the box here. There'S a product is $ 25 from Kmart. It'S a 3-1 hair styler. It says that it straightens, curls and waves here and it's got ceramic coating plates - doesn't really make sense in a barrel 12 month warranty it's a styling Pro and that's everything it says. On the box, I've got the whips. The website up here became ad came out. New Zealand, so $ 25. Newzealand gives your tresses and you look for a party. You have dinner date by selling them with this three and one hair styler includes the hair straightener. Maybe I should not straighten my hair. You'Ll see here's straightener in wave plates, straightens, curls and waves comes with a power indicator, light and 360 degrees with silver cord I was like, but yeah it gets how hot it's it's a a certificate, wire and plug and ceramic coating plates. As I see it, read more, is there anything else that comes included and it's in play cool awesome. Thank you for that. I'M gon na plug it in and we're gon na heat this up, because I don't how long it takes to heat up I've plugged it in the lights are on on the front. It feels okay. This feels very cheap. This area here the actual handle feels okay. It'S got the suburb forward, it's got and since got a branding on here at beauty care co. I can see here at Sears wave and here it says straight so I'm guessing with it fits down straight. If I pushed this there's the straightener okay, so it's the straightener and if I push in wave what does that do? Oh yeah! It opens the other plates which are the wave plates, which I actually really like. The look of like wavy hair like that. So hopefully it does good and then obviously this is the curler. So what do I do now? It'S really hot ready, it's hot guys. It gets hot okay. So these themselves, like the spikes, don't get hot, it's the actual plates to get hot, and I can put my fingers on this, and this is not hot at all, so it's actually quite handy to have, because that doesn't usually happen like it does. It usually just have to burn your fingers off. So that's quite a good thing, but I'm it feels hot enough to put on my head. So the straighteners - I guess we'll - have a look at them, but I've already got straighten here so I'll just part, my hair, I'm kind of dealing with really awkward sunlight today. So I'm really sorry about that. It seems to be back-to-back days of filming my son situations. Just a bit annoying, so I'm just keep like hiding from it to it. You guys see my hair with it. I don't really want to straight. Am I here with this anyway so, but I will do bit of here hitting it away in case it booms. My hair off so yeah, initially when you buy cheap stuff like this. The first thing you're just scared about is the damage of your here, but I've got heat protection in my hair, so hopefully it's all good but interesting. So, unlike your hair, straighteners, which I don't have any near here, but unlike your hair straighteners, when you click first Scout clicks into place. So when I did this and let go of it like held onto making us, I didn't have to hold anything down. It just held it in there for me and it slipped through my hair really nicely so I kind of wish I didn't straighten my hair and contest' this out on its own, but it's so smooth on my hair, like that's crazy. So what I might do is once I've crimped my hair and killed it. I will test it that way. So that's what I'll do. First, I'm just gon na go for a curled in. I don't really know the best way to do this. I'M just trying to show the situation, so I guess you just hold it like that. I really don't know. No, I'm really confused it's a wave, so you dig around the back of my head for this, like this I'll raise the instructions in a second though we might do just let go and they do that it literally does nothing bring up the instructions. I'M really scared. Okay, I'm gon na follow the instructions that I'm terrified this kind of singe of my hair to buggery, okay chosen the flat plate press the function, selector on the right hand, side the flat heading plate will be blocked, take a section of hair, no more than 5 45 centimeters wide and in place the ends of strands of hair on the heating plate and hold tightly by releasing the clamp lever. So that's releasing the clamp lever. So I'm going to go like confess and literally hold that in my hair and I'm terrified to do that, because it's really hot and then it says, rotate the handle so that the strand of hair is rolled up to the roots. Maintain sufficient distance between the scalp. In the curling barrel, only hold the barrel by that cool tip, which is warm, but it's still not hot and in holding the curling irons for 10 to 15 seconds to create a gentle waves carefully unwind the strands, the Strand halfway, open the clamp by pressing the Clamp lever and then free the curled hair gently, okay, so I'm terrified, but you go no computers, no, oh, my god and is really really just not good. So can you not do this, I'm so confused like what's the point of the brushes guys, the killing function of this is shine. I really don't want to I'm going to try the straightening part on this here now scared to use this, I'm actually terrified of the product. So it's like a terrible thing. You do not want to be scared of your hair products. Just using this to straighten this straighteners seem to be really good, actually, just so smooth like even compared to like my cloud 9 ma ghd's, which I did a video on yesterday. This is, it actually really shut ins. My hair is struggling a little bit with thick kink in the air, but I mean the 30 bucks is doing a really good job. Okay, I don't want to try the curling thing again. I'M really scared, like really scared one more time to give it a good shot see. I just can't deal so unwise it carefully and then do that and it does nothing it literally just crimps the bottom of my hair. So I'm straighten that back out. So the instructions for the crimping side I pushed in the waves part, so it opens up the bit that has their plates place. This ends of strands of here on the heating plate and hold tightly by releasing the clamp lever holding here film between plates approximately five seconds and then release that section of hair and reposition the crimper. Okay, do you know I've? Never in my life had crimped here, I'm pretty excited for it. Okay, hey it works. Can you say guys? I look like it hardly worked and it worked like up here but, like I can't really say anywhere else. I see it's always worked from root to tip, but I can say that it's worked, but it's not like this. It'S such a subtle effect like I'm so confused, so I'm just gon na leave it a bit longer and just see how that goes. I mean no. This is not what I thought it was going to do. I make it a different bit of here that hasn't been like stuffed over a billion times just to see if they it's gon na make the difference like I've got product in here too. So it should help it. It'S not like. I'Ve got like freshly washed sure it is freshly washed, but I have put product in it to help. Oh, my god, if you want to show your hole here, this would take for either it's working. I think it's um. Very subtle: it's a cool textural effect you're. Here I quite like it. You guys see like it definitely adds a cool texture with it to add a like. I quite like that. It'Ll just take forever, like you'd only want to do the top layer over here. So it's assumed the rest of it was done like I don't think you'd want to spend that much time doing it. I actually really like it, though I don't look, really cool, but it's just not intense enough and I don't think it's gon na hold either like I feel like it's gon na drop out quite quickly. Sorry, I don't know, I don't really need to taste through. So this product, I feel like all in all this is just not very good, no point in going like burning the rest of my hair, just to prove the product works or not yeah, it's kind of just like. I just don't think I'm ever going to use this. I think if you've got maybe so no here, I've got quite a sec here. Maybe you know work younger here this damaged here. Maybe if you're not looking for something really intense with the crimping side, go for it. The straighten is not bad at all. So that's. I can't really comment too much, because I've always got my straight here, but it slides through really nicely and yeah like. It feels really nice on my hair, but I just I can smell this smells like burning plastic, which I just don't think is a good thing at all. So for me this is like a nerve. I think I'm not going to suggest this to anybody and I'm not shocked at how it works for the price or anything like that. I'M just really kind of irritated that the curler doesn't work, I'm too terrified to use it and it feels really hot. The smell puts you off, and it's asking for your like wet come here in it, and it just felt very wrong to do so. As I see it, I mean this all feels fine. This feels cheap, it's really really hot. This is even too hot as the cool plates now so I just feel like it's not not really that good at all. It'S only $ 25, so I mean from the crimping point of view. If I wouldn't like a set of crimp, I will definitely grab this, but I feel like I should have at least an embittered crimper and I would only use it for the crimping, because obviously, I've got a hair straightener. This would not replace that and the curler I've got killing one. So that's what I had wasn't not replaced there either. So I was hoping to find some like cool, cheap thing that I could get. Oh my god guys did. You know came out his this, but this isn't it so I'll, try and find something ours and come back to y'all yeah. This is a bit of a fail. I'M too too worried about it. To be honest, so don't think it's a very good product if you but panicky to use it. So that is my honest opinion. If you guys have something that you guys want me to try. Let me know if you liked the video give it a thumbs up. Otherwise, I will see you next time. Thank you so much for watching

Loretta Lobb: I would have assumed the curler part worked by clamping at the root and twisting and pulling through like you do normal straightners, loving these testing out kmart stuff vids your doing us all a national service here haha

Anum Qazi: I wouldve assumed you had to run through the straightener while constantly twisting it and the brush part was to hold the hair as you run through it. So kind of treat it as if you were curler your hair with a straightener and not a normal curler. Also I would have loved to see it actually straighten your hair when you hair is not straight. Lastly, at 7:15 when you unravel the hair, your meant to pull down and release not work back as how you curled up. I've made that mistake before with a curling wand with a clamp and the outcome would have been the same. Though for this styler, I don't think it would work still.

Mrudula Desai: Anyone tried rotating hot air brush from Kmart?

elycia Carde: I would of tried the curl on another section of hair that you didnt just straighten.

Loretta Lobb: Oh yea and crimp at the root only to add volume :)

Erhsuna: It's just that you don't know how to use it
