My friend said she lost a lot of hair because of covid. Is that a thing? It'S definitely a thing. A lot of people have lost hair because of coping, but that makes no sense. How could it Target your hair, like that? It doesn't, but anything, that's traumatic to your body can pause your hair's growth cycle, so it just stops growing and falls out some of it does. But it's not like you go bald. It just kind of starts to thin out okay. So how did she fix it? I don't know anyone has found a fix for it. You just have to wait for your hair to grow back. Does it take a really long time and my clients, I'm seeing about 8 to 12 months for the hair to grow back to a regular length? That'S terrible, I'm not leaving the house if that's gon na happen. Well, it only happens to some people. It'S like everything in the past two years. Nothing makes sense. You can't predict it.

Samantha Shaffer: This happened to me! Not bald or anything close. Just was loosing 5x my normal hair and it felt thinner. Took a few months for it to stop falling out and I just tried not to think about and now it's normal again

In a scramble to save what hair I could I found your channel and have been following a very strict regimen of healthy hair care. I ended up losing 80% of my hair. The big tub that cheese balls come in, yeah I filled one up with my hair fallout. I restrained the urge to shave my hair but instead cut it extremely short. Fast forward several months ahead and my hair is growing back in thick again. However, because of the routine it’s extremely healthy and CURLY like ringlet curls. I’ve never had ringlet curls. I have no idea how to take care of curls. Is there any products that you would recommend to keep the curls healthy?

Gracia Yolanda Putri: I had this experience but not with covid, yes hair can thin out because we’re sick, mostly because nutrition deficiency. My hair thinned out until i almost went bald , so i had to use dermatologist shampoo, drink zinc tablets, toner, and cream
