Foreign, hey y'all, I'm back with a curly hair routine. It has been over a week since I washed my hair, so it was definitely time for a reset. My hair was super Tangled and even starting to get a little bit matted in the underneath and middle sections of my hair. So since my hair was so tangled, I'm actually starting with a protein treatment before I hop in the shower. So here I'm just sectioning. My hair and getting it prepared for detangling foreign here, I'm just sweating my hair from root to end to get it nice and damp before I go in with my protein treatment. This is my favorite one from curlsmith the bond curl rehab solve. It is a little bit expensive, but this thing works Wonder so I'm going to work that into my hair in sections, while I detangle and make sure that it is Thoroughly saturated. My process of detangling is to First just use my fingers to separate any big Tangles. Then I go in with a wide tooth comb and after that you guys will see me using my Tangled teaser ultimate detangler brush just to make sure everything is nice and detangled foreign I'll do a protein treatment about twice a month? I did more during the summer because I was in the pool and getting chlorine in my hair a lot more, but you want to make sure that you don't over saturate your hair with protein because it can actually cause damage. So I try to do this. Only about two or three times per month, as I was detangling, I was kind of shook by how long my hair is getting so. This is what my hair looks like the left side is the undetangled and right side is the protein treatment foreign to the other side, and then I just clip my hair up, and I leave this in for about 20 to 30 minutes skip forward. If you don't like seeing hair, but this is how much shedding I got from just that first detangling, it's completely normal, especially when you haven't washed your hair in a while, after letting that protein treatment sit it's time to hop in the shower after rinsing that out, I'M going to go in with my shampoo lately, I've been using this gentle daily shampoo from Heritage, and I also recently started using this silicone shampoo brush. It feels absolutely amazing on my scalp and definitely helps me get in better, because when you have nails on it can be difficult to shampoo your hair without scraping your scalp with your nails. When I wash my hair, you guys will notice. I only put the shampoo through the roots of my hair and when I rinse it, the shampoo will just go through the lengths of my hair. So after I shampoo and rinse twice I'm going to go in with a deep conditioner. This one is meal, Rosemary, mint, strengthening hair mask foreign, so I honestly don't even buy regular conditioner anymore. I just use a deep conditioner or a hair mask every single time, so I'm going to thoroughly work that into my hair and go in again with my wide tooth comb as well as my detangler brush. I let my deep conditioner sit for about 10 minutes. While I do the rest of my shower and then I rinse it out and it's time to style, so this is what I'm going in with the as I am leave-in conditioner. This one is super super moisturizing and it's only like eight or nine dollars pretty cheap compared to some of the other leave-ins that I've used before. Thank you at this point. My hair is pretty detangled, but I also use the brush just to distribute the product. So after that, I'm going to go in with a cream. This is the curl conditioning oil and cream from curlsmith super thick and really good. If you struggle with dry hair, the last product I'm going in with is Miss Jessie's jelly, soft curls. I love this gel. So much it smells amazing and also adds moisture to my hair. Something to keep in mind is that you definitely need to test out the products with your hair. For me, I can put all of these products in and there is no buildup or flakiness but again test it with your hair, because every hair type will react differently. Next, I'm going in with a scalp oil from the ordinary. This is supposed to help with hair growth, and I can't say that I've noticed a huge difference, but I also have not been using it very consistently and final project is just a little bit of edge control from that same meal. Organic slime - and this is what my hair looks like - after all, the products in it usually takes like four to five hours for it to dry. So this is my hair that night it's about 80 percent dry super moisturized curls are popping, and then this is the next day after going to work, it was a little bit frizzy. So after work, I just went in with a little bit more gel foreign. Normally, I only apply products to wet hair, but I found that adding a little bit of gel to dry hair not only helps with a frizz but also kind of stretches and elongates. My Curls a little bit more, and these are the final curls curls - are popping juicy moisturize all the products I use will be linked down below and I will catch you guys in the next video bye.

LCandice: Thanks for being honest about the hair shedding, I see routines where people seem to not lose a single strand of hair which is not realistic❤️
