Hello, everybody welcome back to my channel and if you're new here hi, i'm olivia. So today's video i'm going to be showing you how i do my heatless curls, so i actually discovered this technique from tiktok. I'Ve discovered everything from tiktok nowadays, the first time i tried this technique. It worked perfectly. My hair is so straight so thin and so stubborn. When it comes to curling my hair. I can't curl my hair with like a regular curling wand because it will not hold the curl at all. It will hold the curl for literally like 10 minutes, and then it will fall and it'll be dead straight again, so i literally rely on this heatless curl technique to curl my hair and it literally lasts probably up to three days, which is insane for my hair, Because my hair is so stubborn and straight so yeah, i'm going to show you how i do that let's get this video started so first, i'm gon na pop in the shower wash my hair and then i'll be right back. Okay anyway, oh my god. I look so bad just got the shower hair still in a towel, so hair's wet looking crazy. This is the secret ingredient to this heatless curls technique thing: this is what will keep your curls in for a few days, so this is the got to be fortifying. Mousse it looks like this, and i'm actually gon na have to stand up for this bit, so i normally dry my hair upside down. So when i do apply the mousse, my hair is like already upside down hello, okay, so i'm gon na shake the mousse. I'M going to apply it a lot like to the point where your hair is like kind of gross and sticky. I mean that's what works for me and then i'm just going to rub it in together. I did do a video before like over a year ago of me trying a heatless curls technique thing, but it was with socks and it did not work. I literally watched it the other day and um the curls looked absolutely horrendous. I don't know why i was saying it looked like relatively okay in the video, because it didn't look. Okay, it looked awful, but anyway now the move is done with my hand, i'm going to run it through my hair kind of just focusing it on the ends of my hair, like where you'd put conditioner, and you thought we were done, we're not done there. We got to add more mousse, i'm telling you secret ingredient. Okay, now i hair dry, my hair till it's dry. You can do this with wet or maybe not wet, but like relatively damp hair. You can do this technique and let your hair dry, while you sleep and then in the morning, take it out and it's curry. But personally i like to dry my hair and then put it in the in the curls and then in the morning, because we put so much mousse in it sticks to the shape okay. So i'm just going to draw my hair once. Oh, it's just become so hot in here, okay, so my hair is dry now, but it's got all that mousse in it. So it's feeling really like thick and textured, which is good because that means it will keep the curl. So next you're gon na need a dressing. Gown rope tie up thing. You'Ve probably seen this technique before, because it's literally everywhere it's all over tik, tok and instagram. You know what i can't do anything with this bloody dressing gown on it's too big when it's too hot in there man, okay, so this is how i do it first, you need to part your hair into two and then you're going to want to put the Rope on your head make sure the middle of it is like in the center of your head and then i take a grip thing and pull it to one side just to keep it in place for now. Okay, so i'm going to work on this side first. So let me zoom you in listen closely, i'm going to start with the front section! So i'm going to take a bit like this brush. It upwards, take the rope twist it under and then grab yourself. Another section and add it with the previous section and again twist it around the rope and keep doing that it's almost like some sort of braid but you're, just adding it around the rope and then once you've gathered all the hair. You just continue to twist it around the rope i like to twist it in a way where it looks like even see if it was all like that, you need to think that it will be that shape when you unravel it so i'll. Let'S do it quite evenly, go all the way down until you reach the end of your hair, okay, and once i'm at the end. I just take a regular hair band and tie that off. This bit can be a bit tricky because it's got a lot of rope in the way cool and then, if you just like, keep it loose, it's gon na unravel and not be as tight. So i like to twist it until it's quite tight and it feels really secure and i literally do the same to the other side, but because, if i would let this go, i'm ruffle. So i don't just like nothing else can hold it. So i'm just gon na hold it in my mouth. While i do the other side, so this is both sides done i've seen some people like ty, like princess leia and then they go to sleep, tried it four, so uncomfortable disgusting to fall. Asleep like that. So i have found a way still keeping it tight, bring it round the back cross them over, while still keeping it tight, bring it around the front and just tie it in a knot perfect. So this is what it looks like from the back, and i look like this, so i'm just gon na go to sleep like this and i'll see you in the morning good morning so time for the big reveal. I did my makeup. I just need to release my hair we're going to do that on camera um. Okay, all you have to do is take it out, so just going to unknot it take out the hair burns. Hopefully this looks good okay time to unravel. Oh look at that. It'S a proper ringlet, obviously i'm not gon na. Have it like that. I'M gon na brush it out, but it worked. Do the other side. Honestly, this is the best heatless curl technique. I'Ve ever used. Okay. I do look disgusting right now, but i'm gon na brush out my hair, i'm gon na flip it around first, okay, okay, so the fringe part hasn't really gotten to plan. That'S fine i'll just use some straighteners and saw that out myself, but before i do that, i want to bring some volume into the top of my head because look how flat it is so i'm gon na get some got to be glued hairspray flip. My hair upside down, and literally just spray yeah, i'm just going to sort this fringe part out i'll, be right back. So this is what my hair looks like look online. This isn't uh the best. It'S ever looked from this technique with the hairdryer. I just like dried it from up here just to like loosen the curls a little bit because they were like but yeah. I did it the other day and it came out really really nice. This i feel like it's not as nice, but it still is pretty pretty pretty so yeah. That'S how i do my heatless curls. I hope you enjoyed this video, don't forget to like comment and subscribe and i'll see you guys in the next video see ya. You
