Revealing The Secret To Styling Short 4C Hair Without Heat!

Welcome back to my channel if you’re new here welcome Today I’ll be showing you how I quickly put my short 4C hair into two beautiful puffs without using any heat whatsoever, because heat is the enemy We avoid it as much as we can.. So, let's get into it. First things: first, you have to make sure you wash your hair, you deep condition it and make sure she's ready for. What'S about to come. Okay. Prepare her because you’re friends. Next I'm going to moisturize my hair and I'm using a leave-in detangler.. I make sure this coats all my hair strands, because I want them to be juicy and moisturized and just have that OOMPH. Okay, After that, I sectioned off my hair, so that I can individually moisturize every section just to make sure all that moisture is locked and loaded in there and the hair stays juicy., And I don't want her wanting anything else.. I want her to be satisfied with all the moisture, so I have to make sure I provide for her. Okay. So once the moisture is in I just twist up my hair and voila, the moisture is locked and everything is beautiful. By the way. If you want, you can go in with an oil on top of your moisturizer., But I decided I would skip the oil this time just because I felt like it, but you do whatever your hair loves.. So I repeated this throughout my entire head. Make sure you moisturize detangle twist up your hair in as many sections as you like, and once everything is nice and twisted you're going to let all that moisture set in overnight. That way. The next day you have beautiful, moisturized hair.. It is now time to undo the twists and I'm going to use this rosemary oil just to oil, my scalp and make sure it's properly moisturized.. So I love that this oil has a dropper.. I will link everything I use in this video in the description bar down below so make sure you check that out., I'm going to massage that oil in and give myself a head massage, because I deserve it. And so do you.. So make sure you massage your head. Next, I'm going to clip the twists out of the way that way, I can undo them one by one.. So I add oil to my fingertips, just to make sure my hands are not crusty and dry girl. I don't want to be snagging, my hair, so I make sure I have oil on my hands., And this enables me to not pull on my hair too much.. I undo the twist and separate each section and once I've made sure it's thoroughly detangled and free from its toxic exes. I am going to go in with my wide tooth. Comb.. So make sure you use a wide tooth comb because it makes detangling easier and it doesn't cause knotting, at least for me.. I find that it's easier to detangle with this and make sure you detangle from ends to roots. Do not start at the roots, because you are creating problems for yourself that even Jesus cannot get you out, of.. Okay, So make sure you start at the ends. Gently work your way up.. So I'm going to repeat this all throughout my entire head.. I would say this process took about 10 minutes because I was taking my sweet time and loving on my hair.. So take all the time you need girl.. This is your me time so make sure you appreciate every second of it., I'm going to repeat this throughout my entire head and the key to this is to just take your time.. It'S okay. You're already an hour late to the party anyway. 30. More minutes is not going to hurt anyone., Okay, So take your time. And what I love about. This method is there's no heat involved and I get a bit more stretch to my hair, which is really helpful when I want to hold up my hair, because my hair's still quite short, so I can’t really put it into buns and puffs just yet with the Shrinkage that happens., So this is a safe way to just stretch my hair., I don't want to get heat damage, so I’m, avoiding heat as much as I can.. So this is just a better alternative in my opinion., So now it’s time to get into this two puff hairstyle.. What I'm doing is I'm sectioning my hair down the middle and I'm trying to make this line. As straight as I physically can. And Lord knows, I took way more time doing this than I should have.. But I was just trying to make sure that line was straight girl, because I didn't want any wonky lines going about, and I did my best. And that's what matters at the end of the day. So you're going to do this line all the way from the Front of your head to the back.. This was really stressful, as I did not have a mirror to see the back., So you guys are my literal mirror and there's my parting.. It looks good enough. Okay.. It doesn't have to be perfect as long as you can see the vision.. So I'm going to take some hair ties.. I would recommend you use silky, hair ties or hair ties without the metal bits, because that can snag on your hair.. But these are the only hair ties I had., So I used them., So I'm just gathering all my hair into a puff and putting on that hair tie. Make sure it's not too tight that you can feel your brain being pulled into oblivion.. No one needs that.. Just make sure it's tight enough and then puff out your little puff make it look cute and you're done., So you're going to repeat the same thing on the other side., And this is super easy to do.. I will say, though, the hardest part of this hairstyle is making sure the buns are symmetrical.. I usually end up with one bun just having its life together, it’s on the right track. It knows what it's doing and the other puff. It just looks at me asking me “What: do I need to do in life? ” because it's clueless. So just make sure the puffs are as symmetrical as you can get them to be., No one's. Judging you girl. And once you've got your puffs and they're all fluffed out. You are ready to go.. You'Ve got that beautiful hairstyle.. You better call up your date and tell them you're ready to show up and show out.. So there you go. A super quick hairstyle.
