Hey girl in this video, i'm gon na transform my dry and dusty hair into healthy again, because girl i've been getting so bad with keeping up doing my hair life gets in the way all the time, but i'm also gon na use my aloe vera butter today. So keep on watching to see how it really helps me to revive my curls okay. This is what i'm starting with um. To be honest, i washed my hair like a week ago, and i didn't put anything in my hair: no leave-in, no moisturizer, no cream. No gel, no, nothing, no oil girl. I don't know why, but i was just like so busy, so i didn't have the time at all to style my hair, and that was the worst idea ever. My hair was super tangled and matted in the back. It hurts so much to part sectioning. My hair was the worst, so yeah um. What i'm gon na do is detangle my hair first before i hop in the shower. So this is like my pre-poo, routine and girl. So today is all about moisture. I need to put moisture back into my hair because my hair is so dry dry than normal and with this heat girl, this heat is not helping at all. So i'm going to use like a deep conditioner to pre-poo my hair today. The product that i'm using is from meal - and this is like their overnight conditioner, so you can leave this in overnight and wash it out the next day, but i don't have the time to do that, like i'm very impatient today. So i need to get my hair out of the way i just want to get over with it. Okay, so this conditioner has like a good amount of slip. It'S thick. It puts moisture in my hair. So that's why i'm pre-putting with this product? Okay, so usually i would use my african pride pre-poo, which has even more slip. It'S my holy grail, detangling product, but um yeah. It doesn't really provide moisture and i really really want to focus on the moisture and hydration part today. Okay, so yeah. This process took me a little while, because i had to detangle in small sections, because my hair was super super tangled, especially at the roots um and my tangle teezer was doing the job. But still it took me some time, okay, but this is a very important step in my hair routine. It gives me the best results every time when it's time to wash my hair in the shower. If i'm in the shower, i can wash my hair thoroughly because my hair is fully detangled right and i don't want to stand in the shower for hours detangling, my hair with some conditioner so yeah. That'S why i always do this, so i'm done after about 45 minutes. Amari is trying to help me but she's not helping at all okay um - and this is the amount of that i had - and actually that's not a lot. So i was expecting way more. So yeah that was pretty shocking to me, okay, so yeah. I was happy fast forward to the shower um. I let that sit for like 30 more minutes and now it's time to rinse it out. Oh, my gosh girl, i'm just happy to be able to feel my scalp again so now it's time to shampoo my hair and i'm gon na use this curl and shine shampoo. The reason why is because this doesn't have any sulfates in it and it's very moisturizing. I love the shampoo because it's a moisturizing shampoo and it cleanses my hair and scalp so yeah. I don't always use the shampoo, because you know i like very cleansing: um shampoos that really get rid of all the product buildup and makes my hair feel squeaky clean. So sometimes i use a sulfate shampoo. I actually prefer sulfate shampoos because it really does the job for me, but today was not that basis. I needed to save my hair make sure that it's soft and hydrated at all times so now i'm gon na use a product that i actually haven't used in a very long time, but this is definitely one of the best detangling conditioners for in the shower. It comes in a huge jar and it's moisturizing, and i love it. I don't know why i stopped using this product. I really don't know because it really saves my hair every time. The moisture this product gives is incredible and it has a ton of slip. So, if you're really into detangling your hair in the shower, this is the conditioner for you from tresemme the rich, moisture, um conditioner, okay, so yeah as you can see it clumps my hair instantly, even though my hair is detangled already i like to go over with My detangling brush again just to make sure that you know i don't forget any spots and voila. I let that sit in my hair for like five or 10 minutes and then i'm going to rinse it out and girl. I was really serious when i said this wash day is all about moisture, because i'm going to deep condition. My hair again with this mesh indulge deep conditioner, and this is a moisturizing deep, conditioner girl. I haven't tried this product before this was the first time i'm using it. It has a very rich thick texture. It smells amazing. Application was incredible. It just melted in my hair, like butter, and i don't know why i haven't tried this product before, but i loved love loved this deep conditioner a lot. It definitely is moisturizing. So if you're looking for a moisturizing deep conditioner, this is the one size. Okay. So after this washing process, my hair felt so much better. Already, oh my gosh, my hair was so soft. I didn't believe it because i thought you know, after not putting anything in my hair for so long um, that my hair was going to be very crusty and dry and just not feeling right. But honestly, all these products just save my hair instantly in one wash day. Okay, so now it's time to style this time, i'm definitely styling my hair, this time and i'm gon na refresh my hair with the as i am jamaican black castor oil water. This is like water plus extra vitamins, so i prefer to use this product over regular water to re-wet re-dampen my hair and then i'm going to use my as i am leaving conditioner love this one. It makes my hair super soft every time i've been using it for so long, um yeah. This is definitely my holy grail even to moisturize and to make sure that every hair strand is coated with this amazing leave-in, i'm going to quickly detangle my hair again to distribute the product okay so now to seal in all that good moisture, i'm going to use My diy aloe vera avocado butter - i made a video about it. It'S here on screen. If you want to check that out girl. This is one of the best hair butters you can ever have for your natural hair to seal in the moisture it has avocado butter. Aloe vera butter, shea butter and some good oils for your hair. It'S super super healthy because it's packed with nutrients vitamins and antioxidants that your hair needs in order to retain length and grow your hair, long, strong and healthy. So this is what i have been using on my hair for months now and my hair loves it. I use it on my daughter's hair. My daughter's hair loves it and i made a whole video about it on how i make this stuff so yeah. If you're interested in this hair butter, amazing hair butter definitely check out that video, okay, so yeah i'm going to do a protective style girl, i'm not going to do a wash and go or anything. I use this butter only for protective styles and i'm just going to put like some braids in my hair, nothing too special because i'm going to rock a braid out later on. You know when it's almost time to wash my hair again, but for in the meantime, i'm definitely going to keep these braids in, for as long as i can, and all these products are going to help me keep my hair moisturized until the next wash day. Okay, which is in a week, so i just repeat all those steps for all the sections, and that's it that's my protective hairstyle and this hairstyle actually helps me to grow out my hair, because i do this almost all the time you wouldn't like rarely see me With my hair out, because i just don't like it anymore - i like to keep my hair nice and protected and that's the key for healthy hair growth and voila. I'M all done so. This is how the end result looks like. I know it's nothing too special, but girl. Don'T expect me to wear my curls out all day every day, because i'm trying to grow out this hair sis i'm trying to grow my hair waist length again. So i need this like my hair needs, this it's nice and moisturized. Now it's hydrated, so i'm just gon na put this um in a low ponytail and call it a day because i'm a busy mom, i'm a working mom and i got things to do. I have to run a thousand and one errands, so i just like to keep my hair out of the way and yeah. In the meantime, it's just healthy nice, black, nicely moisturized and that's how i'm gon na rock it for the rest of the week. So let me know in the comment section: when was your last wash day. I know it's been a while since don't lie. Okay, thank you so so much for watching this video. I appreciate it and i will see you in my next video bye, bye,

XxGamer GirlxX: Ok this is so random and contrived. However that "soft, detangled, nourished" feeling your hair has,has NOTHING to do with moisture. Conditioners of all types, whether they contain oils and butters or sillicones and fatty alcohols, don't add water to your hair. They coat the hairshaft and close the cuticle. SOme conditioners give that super soft feel aka "moisture treatments" as people call them, whereas others have hardening agents AKA protein treatments. Water is important to hair routines of any hairtype, yes, especially curly hair where it is often used to refresh curls.Water swells the hairshaft, pushes the cuticles open and allows conditioning agents to enter the hairshaft. This is why it's hard to do a "dry refresh" and you use water before applying your products to refresh day 3 hair and stuff. WAter itself is damaging to the hair as protein from your hair escapes through the opened cuticles. However water is of course needed to make your shampoos and conditioners and styling products work. It's just that those conditioners don't moisturize. Hair is dead,it doesn't need water,it needs coating. Only products like Olaplex and K18 and other bond builders ACTUALLY repair the hair from the very inside.
