Soft Voluminous Curls | Easy Mini Twist Hairstyle "Natural Hair"

An easy way to spruce up your twists! This mini twist style uses flexi rods to create soft, voluminous curls overnight! This heatless method is quick and easy, only takes 15 minutes to prepare! Hope it helps!

Hi Guys, Here's a really easy way to spruce up your mini twists, I'm starting out by splitting my hair into sections to make it easier to control. For these curls we're using Flexi Rods, I'm using the slightly larger Purple rod, because I don't want my curls to Be super tight., So starting on small sections at a time just wrap the twists around the rod and roll it upwards. Then fold the rod over to secure it. Just repeat the same thing to small sections all over your head.. This curling process is super easy. It takes about 15 minutes to curl the entire head. Once the bottom is complete. Do the same thing to the top. Splitting the hair into small sections and rolling each section into a spiral.. It doesn't matter what direction you roll the hair, except for the front sections At the front. I made sure to roll the hair inwards on both sides, so the curls would frame my face nicely. For bed, just throw on a satin scarf and tie in the back making sure all the hair is covered. It's the morning and you know what to do next. It'S time to take them out Taking out Flexi Rods is really easy. My only tip is that, when removing them avoid pulling them down or just unraveling them all-together. That could ruin your curl pattern. Instead, you want to unravel it slightly at the root to get it away from the head. Then spin, your wrist in the direction of the curl to pull it out. The wrist-spinning reinforces the pattern as the rod is removed instead of just unraveling it and having the curl go everywhere. Once the rods are out, you can leave it as is or separate the curls. However, you want, I want soft, organic curls, so I'm just going to shake it out like a crazy lady And that's it. It took 15 minutes to set and you've got soft curls to add volume and bounce to your mini twists. Here'S how it towards the end of the day as the curls dropped, Hope it helps Bye.

adrienne731: when I did braids in my hair I still had relaxed ends but I used permrods to the curl the ends of my hair and my braids did not unravel, I think if you do the same with braids or twists that should solve your unraveling problem! :)
