Hello, it's jeanette, j beauty and welcome to my channel today is going to be pretty eventful. I have a lot planned. Zanai wants to say, hi to the camera, say hi, everyone hi everyone. What'S your name? How old are you you're? Four? Yes, all right. So today is going to be an eventful day. I have a lot planned for myself for my children just going out and i figured i'd, take you along with me. First, i am going to prepare some food because i'm a little hungry, i'm dressed like this because i'm going to work out. I know many of you are excited and just really happy seeing the progress with my fitness journey and i'm really happy. Many of you have been sharing your experiences and it just means a lot just knowing i'm motivating you you're motivating me as well, and let's just keep this going, i see many of you down below in the comments motivating each other. We are a positive community, motivate each other. You know we need to do what's best for us and i just i love all this positive energy. I had a little bit to eat earlier, but it's almost a lunch time, so i want to make sure that i do have some food before i work out giving some energy some fuel. So it's not going to take long. Thank goodness, i'm probably going to wash my hair. That'S why it's in this puff i'm going to trim my hair. I haven't trimmed or cut my hair, i think since january and we're already in july, so you know it's time to do a little bit of maintenance. So, let's just get some food, are you hungry yeah? She stays hungry. So let's go make some food. Lunch is from green chef and i love green chef so much for so many different reasons that i'll tell you about in a bit, and today's video is in partnership with green chef and no surprise. Their meals are so so good and they just make cooking fun and very convenient. This meal consisted of cauliflower, corn, pepper, cilantro, cashews, garlic, rice seasoning in this delicious aioli sauce and i'm making baja cauliflower bowls. I'M warming up the oven for my cauliflower and i'm pouring the rice in this pot and i'm just going to prepare this dish. You'Re going to see me make it. I have some b-roll from start to finish, because i really want you to see how easy it is to prepare these dishes and also you can see the card on the side. It'S just so easy to make these dishes and you could save them. They are very sturdy, so i do like saving them for future reference. If i wanted to kind of replicate a dish again, these dishes are very easy to make and it takes maybe like half an hour to 45 minutes for me, which is not bad, especially having four children and just being very busy in general. This is a lifesaver. The cauliflower is toasted, really nice like very flavorful, it's filling but not heavy, and that is the type of food that i've been eating, making sure that i do stay full not over full and not under full, just the right level. That way, when i do go workout, i don't feel bloated and i'm not fatigued like. I don't have the itis and just want to lay down i'm able to get through a workout, very strong. Then afterwards i have my protein shake snack and then dinner. But dinner is going to be a little lighter. Thank you so much for joining me for my 15-minute. Yes, 15-minute 90s block y'all. I got a little mixed bag of some uh throwback songs or some pop some hip hop so and some more pop actually fam. It'S a smooth start. It'S a smooth start, get into a walk for me. Right now, bam, hey it's a smooth start all right. I can't help myself: it was memorial day weekend before season has officially commenced, and the toughest part of the workout is in three two and one all right anywhere. Between a 2.0 and a 5.00, it's the only place, let's bring the shoulders down away from the ears. Nice long neck, no punches is just a little bit, but not keeping them so high that it takes time away from the next steps. It'S where the people came to play good guys. Only movement is healing, especially walking, walking to sleep. It'S the only place. It'S been. Turning kind of what happened to euphoria, it's it's the only place right until it became a really small, airhead. Okay, you always chillin all day in you're, doing it you're doing it. I want to feel so good. Let'S take care of ourselves right 45 seconds. All that i crave when you're awake too caught up in your life yeah, you always make me feel like. These workouts are so good and i have so much fun and of course i got to stay hydrated. I cannot get this song out of my head every time. I look in the mirror, especially after a workout, i'm like yes, girl, legs and hips and body body. Yes, get them girl, so now it is time for my second part of my workout fella john. I am cali welcome to your 20 minute intermediate glutes and legs today. You will only need one set of heavy dumbbells, i think 20 to 30 pounds. I don't want to make barrel squats. I want you to think romanian, deadlifts and lateral lunges, okay, bend your right knee, bring your left hand to the inside that right foot reach your right arm to the ceiling and then stand it back up so you're reaching your opposite fingers press it inside of that Outside foot, we're actually glutes, but also opening up our inner thighs i'll. Take you to somebody in three two one kickers go ahead: bring your heel towards your booty good start to jump in in three into in one try to jump in a little bit. Get the heart rate up a little bit good. All right! Take just single leg spots in three and two into one right: going to dig into the floor that heel, specifically here's going to go back, bend that supporting leg good, really sure to bend it like you're sitting in a chair. Glue left heel to your left, glute, activate those hamstrings opening up the front eye those legs, our foot out to the side alternate: let's go good! You only have 10 seconds here, hold it right now, if you would prefer just hold that plate with your knees down you go for it. We'Re going to take it to a stop. I'M going to show you a few more exercises that i like to do. After a workout, because i really want to tone sculpt my body, i have a vision that i am going for, so i'm gon na do these hip thrusts. I really like doing these, and all i do is get on this stable ball. I'M gon na have all the equipment linked down below and i'm taking these 30 pound weight and put them right over my hips and i'm just going to thrust up, and i really feel this working every time. I do it i'm going to show you from a diagonal also from the side, and it's just like my glutes are barely touching the ground and i just thrust back up. I do these, maybe a hundred times in five sets. I also like to take my elbows to the opposite knee and do this again, sometimes 50 to 100 times just depends on how long i have and how much energy i have, but i find that this really does help with the core, because i really want to Tone my whole body, not just lower body, not just upper body, my body as a whole. Next i'm taking this kettlebell and i like to do squats with it. Sometimes i leave my arms resting also, i like to alternate between a squat and then lift my arms up and i'm holding my arms tight being very structured. I find that this also helps my whole entire body. I really like doing these types of exercises to help strengthen my body as a whole. Today i worked out for about 45 minutes between the two classes in my own routine, and i am drenched in sweat, which is typical, but i like this. It lets me know that i'm making good progress and, of course i stay nice and hydrated. Now it is time to take a shower. I always take a shower after i work out, doesn't matter if it's in the morning at night. I need to take a shower and i'm using these two soaps. One is from the european wax center because i do get full body waxes and this soap. It just helps to slow the growth of hair so that your waxes can last longer also this foam soaked from dove and it smells so good like mango and tropicals, then i'm gon na use a cleanser, moisturizer and serum from the outset. I really like my results. Thus far, i've just been using it for about a week and a half, and i do like it and i'm also going to use my unseen sunscreen from supergoop because i'm going outside and i need to make sure my skin is protected next. For my protein shake i'm using the dymatize iso and the flavor cookies and cream, and it is so good in this blender - i really like it. I recently got it from target because it has the ball. You can really shake it mix it up. So there's no little bits in there and i'm using my almond milk, okay shop on your favorite hippo, easy you're, doing really good go girls, go girl, go girl, whoa is wan na, get that my just got gas 115 later now, mom and it's time to wash My hair, because i'm trying to stay on a good routine, washing my hair like every three days. I must admit like this past couple weeks i mean a lot has been happening, but nonetheless i am back on a routine. I got ta take care of my hair. Finally, washing my hair, i did notice a little bit of product residue because the products i did use didn't quite mesh together. So i recently washed my hair a few days prior, but before that i hadn't washed my hair for two weeks and i did use a pre-poo for the prior time, but not this time, because i'm going to start washing my hair every few days again and pre-pulling. Every time is not necessary for my shampoo, i'm using imbues curl, liberating shampoo, and i love this so much because it gives me a great lather every single time. I need for my scalp, especially because i work out so often and my hair, like down the length of my hair, to be nice and clean. But i don't want to compromise the moisture level because i'm sweating and sweat enough. It can dry the hair out. So bad, so i want my hair to be cleansed and my scalp, but i don't want to compromise that moisture level, and this shampoo gives it to me every single time my curls are popping, like you see my curls clump together, which is the goal and my Curls look so fresh and healthy after a nice fresh cleanse like look at how these curls are clumping. Next, i use the imbues curl respecting conditioner. I love the slip i get and it glides right into my hair, which is a plus i'm always looking for conditioners. That just melt right into my hair with ease and, of course my hair has been drenched in water. That'S another key factor make sure that your hair is very wet. It just makes the conditioner go so much longer and i do comb my hair with the conditioner and because i really want my hair to reap all the benefits of the conditioner. After applying the conditioner to each quadrant individually, i'm going to go back to the first quadrant and rinse the conditioner out completely before applying my deep conditioner, and this one is from curl smith. It'S their double cream, deep quencher and i love the way it just melts. Right into my hair and emphasizes these curls, so that's really what i'm looking for, because as i've mentioned working out so often i notice with the sweat it has been drying my hair out. So i need to make sure that i am keeping that moisture retained in my hair and also on my scalp. I don't want to dry itchy scalp, so i just make sure that i use products and ingredients that are going to help with moisture retention. In my hair, so products are a must like moisture is a must for me, but i'm also making sure that i don't overdo it, so i do balance it out with a little bit of protein. At the same time, i'm gon na put this big plastic cap on just to give myself an intense, deep conditioning treatment for about 15 minutes. While i do a little bit more than i did earlier with my shower routine and i'm going to rinse this deep conditioner out with cold water and here's how my hair looked after, i rinsed the deep conditioner out and i put a cotton t-shirt on. I don't use towels now, i'm ready to style my hair. I parted my hair in fours, not equal fours, but sections that i'm going to twist my hair in and i was eating some roasted almonds. I love almonds and i'm going to mist my hair, some water. I'M using this pattern spray bottle, then the mazani 25 miracle milk. This is the leave-in conditioner. It has 25 benefits, and i just want that for my hair, i want my hair to be as healthy as it can be. I sealed that moisture in with the bread, everyday hair oil. I love using this and i just made sure that i applied some on my scalp and down the length of my hair and i'm going to repeat this step on the other three sections of hair. I just find that it retains moisture a lot better so by the time i'm ready to go to that section. My hair is so moisturized and soft, and it feels really good very healthy for sure. Now i'm going to part my hair for the twist and for my styler, i'm using the camille rose, aloe whipped butter gel one of my favorite stylers. I just love the way it smells. It smells like cake batter, but it also helps moisturize my hair. It gives me so much definition and i notice that my styles do last quite a long time using the styler. So i just make sure that i use this. I put a good amount in twisted my hair very tightly and i'm going to roll the ends of my hair around my fingers a couple times and i could see where it needs to be trimmed at the end. So about like half an inch. I do take very good care of my hair and i use really good products for ingredients so no surprise, so some areas may be a little bit more than half an inch, but i'm just cutting off where i see necessary. I do have a lot of videos where i give you more tips on where to cut your hair, and if you want to cut your hair a different way then just using twists, then that's totally fine, i'm just trimming my hair. So this is good for now and you could see where my hair needs to be trimmed like at the end. It'S not a lot, but still just keeping up with the overall maintenance of your hair goes a long way and here's how the twists look after i've completed one section and look at how well this aloe whipped butter gel clumps, my curls. I just love using this. All the time, definitely one of my favorite stylers for sure and here's how my hair looks after i finished trimming the twist and the clippings and of course i put my satin bonnet on and went to sleep fast forward to the next day. I finished unraveling my twists and i did apply a little of this pattern. Scalp serum, like i said, i just want to make sure that my scalp health is on point because my hair is growing from the scalp. I mean everyone's hair grows from the scalp, so you just want to make sure that you keep a nice healthy environment for your hair to flourish and look at this definition, i'm telling you this styler is so good. Definitely like the way my hair came out and it's pretty much dry now i just tried not to touch it too. Much keep my fingers out still have some curl definition, which is great. That'S how we're going to end the day off right going to the park.
