I made a video recently for my may and fees where I talk about all of the things that I've gone through this month and the sustainable replacements that I'm going to replace them with, and one of those things that I am replacing is my plastic shower cap. Guys, I have been wearing plastic shower caps as long as I have been wearing shower caps, which is probably the majority of my life since I've been taking showers. So who knows how many shower caps of mine are in landfill? Let'S just take a minute and think about that: it's got to be at least 50 at least probably more like a hundred, but I digress because you know what we're moving on from those days and we are moving into a more sustainable lifestyle. I want to talk to you guys about my new shower cap from shower cap. It has like three H's in it, so I'm not quite sure how to read how to say that shower cap I found this company on Instagram. I don't know how, but I came across them and I was like I need one of those and I held off for more than six months. I'Ve probably found them around October and I just now bought one in May so super proud of myself. But probably I want to say I'm proud of myself for like having self-control, but the biggest reason is that they were at $ 43. Okay, before I scare you away new clique out. Let'S just talk about this. My biggest problem with the plastic shower caps is that it just didn't fit in my hair. The shower cap doesn't cover all of my hair, and this is my hair on nice day. I just washed it today. So it's not even that big, but if my, if I have my hair in a bun or if it's just like super, you know we're like on day six after a wash, it's just way more big and frizzy, and it most definitely will not fit. In my plastic shower cap, so it gets wet, it gets frizzy and it's just a big problem. So when I found sour cap I was so excited and I finally bought one, and I knew that I was gon na love. It there's no surprise about that, but I'm just so happy with it. So I wanted to make this review video about it and let you guys know, especially all the women with natural hair, whose hair can't fit into a plastic shower cap, but there are options and really cute options before I really talk about the shower cap too much. Maybe we should talk about the way in which it was shipped because I'd say it was shipped pretty sustainably. It didn't have any plastic packaging, it came inside a carpet, cardboard box and then the bucks that the shower cap was in was also cardboard, and it would be cute to reuse like putting a gift in it for someone. So I was happy about that so anyway, we'll get on to my shower cap. Now they have so many cute designs on their website, but I decided to go with this black and white one, because it's a subtle design, because sometimes I'm a subtle person and that's just what I was feeling. I don't not quite sure what it's made out of a glance on the website, and I didn't quite see all I saw is that it's made out of like antibacterial fabric and also it's made in the US of eight. So that's always a bonus and it's also machine washable, I did hand wash it the other day, but it can be messy machine washed and just I can get up to dry and it dries really quickly, and so also, this cool thing is that it has. Plus. I don't know what this is. It has this lining here that helps it stay on you like on your head, so that it's not gon na slip if your face gets wet, which of course it will because you're in the shower. So that's nice and it looks like all the way around. It'S not just in the front, I mean it is in the front like, but it's all the way across and then once that stops. It has this part here which is expandable and stretchy and stuff, or if you have a big head or if you have a lot of hair, then you can expand it like that and it's just so cute, so I'm gon na put it on. So you guys can see what it looks like in comparison to the shower cap, the plastic one that just is awful so right and on their website. They have a lot of girls like wearing it like this cuz. I guess he can wear it fashionably, but I'm not too much of a hat person, so I probably won't do that. I just like using it for the shower cap part and we're good to go like cool white white white yeah super excited about this. There'S still room for more hair. If my hair continues to grow with my eyes, then you know it's just amazing, life-changing to say the least. This is the best forty-three dollars plus shipping that I've spent in about six months. I would say this is great: a great buy something that's gon na last me for years and I'm super excited about it. So I wanted to share that with you.
