Another easy bow tutorial for ya : )

Okay, right after I posted the tutorial for the classic boutique bow, I had a couple of emails asking if I had a tutorial for a flatter style bow now, I'm not real sure if this was the bow that you're referring to. But this is a flat bow. It is what I call the pinwheel bow. As you can see, we got four loops on this one and two tails and the bow is flat, so we're going to go ahead and get started, and this is a very simple hair bow to probably take you about. Two minutes time as soon as you get it down, I'm going to be working with 7/8 of an inch grosgrain ribbon. This is one and a half inch. It'S a little bit bigger. You can use any size that you want. I just choose to use this one tonight, so what you're going to do? Take the ribbon in your hand. Here me working with the side right over here, which is my left and just put your long tail down measure about three three and a half inches down which would be about right here. This is going to be our first tail, so hold your hand here now we're going to form our first loop. Take the long part and just go up and form a loop see what I did. That'S a flat loop, now you're going to take the long tail again and make a nut on your second loop and tuck it under the first see this what it's going to look like flat turn to the side. Now we're going to pick repeat this process on this side because we're going to make this a four loop bow. So just take your long ribbon come down now you want to make sure your loops are the same size. Now, here's our long ribbon we're just going to come up and just tuck this under, and this is what it's going to look like. So we've got two sides which are going to make four loops. That'S all we do now we're going to crease now told you how to crease in the classic boutique boat, I'm going to do it three fold. Crease I'm going to come down, push up and then come back down again. Now we're going to hold it in place and you just need to secure your middle with your thread or if you want to sew it, just whatever you have handy so make sure you secure it real good, wrap it. A few times cut the excess and then we're going to tie in the back. Okay, our vote is finished guys. All we have to do is clip our little tails and I just you just tug on it. If it's not even just tug on it, however, you want it need one tail up and then one tail down, I'm just going to cut mine at angles. One tail two tails now we're going to eat so most important part keep the bow in okay go. There is very simple pinwheel style, hair bow, and if you want to secure it to your clip, you can also find out how I did that in the classic. Boutique bow, but this little guy is ready to be worn, easy and here's what it looks like when it's on the clip
