Glow Up With Me! Thrift Haul, New Hair, Nails, Etc

So it is friday and i'm home for the weekend. I'M very excited to be back. So, while i'm here, i have some fun appointments scheduled, so i figured i would take you guys along my day with me and we're gon na do a little glow up. I had to get up early this morning. I got up at like 7 30, which for me is very very early, so i am very tired right now, but the first thing we're gon na do to wake me up is go. Take a shower. I'M gon na. Take one of those showers right now, where you just completely go all out and pamper yourself shave exfoliate, i'm gon na try out some new products and then afterwards i think i might like try to self-tan kind of you'll see this brand called metacube sent me some Things to try so i'm gon na try their body wash and then their body scrub, then afterwards i'll do some fun face, masks and stuff. Also, normally i would like wash my hair, maybe even do like a fun treatment. They actually sent me a treatment that i would have done, but i have a hair appointment later today, so i don't want to like wash my hair just yet because i know she'll wash it then so enough talking, i am going to shower. Okay, i'm out of the shower i'm going to use this face mask it says: to use this toner first, so i'm gon na try this okay! Now i'm gon na do the face mask okay! It'S on i'm leaving this on for 10 minutes and i will be back okay face mask is off i kind of threw on an outfit also. I realized i totally forgot to do the self-tanning thing that i was talking about before i got dressed, but it's honestly fine, because it's been warmer and i've been getting a natural tan which is making me so happy today. In my hometown, though, it is a cloudy day which is sad, and it was raining this morning, but it should be clearing up. I probably have some brands in mind like if i'm looking through jeans, i'm probably keeping an eye out for levi's, but with thread up you just search for whatever you want, and it just makes it super easy. Speaking of levi's. Look at this skirt that i got so this is a levi's skirt that literally still has tags on it. I'Ve been loving, denim skirts recently, and i was thinking with this one. I really want to cut it and make it like, maybe more like the length of this skirt. I'Ve been really into like low rise, really tiny skirts, just because i feel like they're the most flattering type of skirt on my body as someone who is very short. Next i got this susanna monaco top. This top is so cute. I love how it's very like y2k, i'm in love with the color. Next i got this free people dress. It'S like this navy cute little dress, and then it has these little buttons on the side. With these really cute straps, the estimated retail price for this dress was 128, but i got it from thredup for 33.99. Next, i got this american eagle tube top super cute. I love the color for spring and summer. I have seen tube tops, making a comeback and i love it, and then i got this crochet bag. I am in love with this bag. The color is so fun, it's like this really bright, pink and then it's lined on the inside. I could definitely see this being my everyday summer bag and then probably my favorite thing out of this entire haul. Is this gorgeous pink maxi dress from zara? I am currently sitting outside the nail salon. I have had like a stressful and very busy morning, and on top of that i did not get that much sleep last night, and so i'm like so so tired right now like i could fall asleep. Hopefully i don't fall asleep, while i'm getting my nails done afterwards. I will definitely be getting some coffee but yeah. These are my nails. Now lighting is washing them out a little bit, but they are so grown out. But the good thing is you just can't really tell that much because of this design, because when you only get like the tips like, i feel like your nails last so much longer, because you really just can't tell that they're so grown out, but they're starting to Do that thing where they like catch on my hair, if that makes sense like, if you have acrylics, you probably know what i'm talking about they're just too grown out to where they're like kind of uncomfortable, so i need to get them done. I love these nails, though, and i really don't want to change them. I honestly would be fine with just like getting them again, but i don't want to get tired of them after too long, so i'm going to head inside actually because there's cars pulling up and i do not want to be waiting for a super long time. So i will see you when my nails are done. Okay, nails are all done. They probably look the exact same okay. You can see the color a little bit better like this they're. Basically, just a more like bright pink than i had before. I had like a baby pink, but i feel like these are a lot more like summery and bright and fun. I also just loved my other ones, so much that i did not want to like really change them that much so this is perfect. I really could have fallen asleep in that chair. I was just sitting there like completely like zoned. I was so tired, so i have a hair appointment at 2 30.. It is currently 1 49. So i am going to go, get coffee and just pray that it wakes me up. Okay, i just got home got my coffee. I wanted to stop by the house really quick before i left for my appointment, i'm gon na head out right now, but i wanted to show you guys what i want to do to my hair. I do not have very much time. Okay, so i literally only have four pins of it. I have a hair in snowboard, but there was only one thing on it before and i just like the style of this, but this isn't what i'm doing, i'm not really cutting it. I'M just gon na get a trim like the cut, isn't really gon na change, but i just want some natural highlights kind of like this. I really like this. I don't know just something a little bit lighter for summer also. I want it blended into my roots, because it's just lower maintenance like that and when it grows out, it doesn't look like there's like harsh lines where the highlights would start, which i made that mistake in the past, and it did not look good. So hopefully it goes well and i will see you guys when i'm done. Okay, i'm all done. I don't know how good this lighting is, but i now have very natural subtle highlights that are just perfect. I am obsessed with them. I think she did such a good job. This is literally exactly what i wanted. I love it. I'M obsessed, i will show you guys in better lighting and with like makeup and everything like that. I am so happy with this. Okay i'll see you guys soon. Okay, it is a couple days later and i just wanted to show you guys the finished look. I did my makeup. I blow-dried my hair. It kind of just doesn't look that great right now, i'm not gon na lie. I did not bring my curling iron home with me. I would prefer to have curled hair for this, but this will do so. Here is what the highlights look like honestly: there's not a huge difference at all. It will get lighter as time passes, but for now i like how it's just a very subtle, slightly more summery. Look i really like it and i threw on an outfit. So here is what i'm wearing.
