So i am in a process of a hair transformation. Yesterday i went from pitch black hair to some highlights and today i'm gon na be chopping it off. The last time i cut my hair was seven months ago when i did a wolf cut, which turned out very, very nice beautiful layers, but i'm looking for less layers. So i'm thinking like a 90s layered haircut and then end it with like a big voluptuous blowout, at least that's what i have in mind. Okay, this is my vision. Let'S see if we can um if we can get there so yesterday i found a video of emily frabler. I hope i'm pronouncing that right and the tutorial looked simple enough and the end results were fabulous. It was nothing too complicated. I'M going to be trying that out today, so linking her channel down below and send her some love. Of course, i've seen a lot of like 90s layered haircut and they seem. I mean it's not that it's hard, it's just that it's always a tutorial of someone doing it on like a mannequin or a doll or a person, and i want to see the person do it themselves, because i'm going to do it myself with that said, let's Just start, as you guys can see, my layers has grown out quite a bit, and i've chopped my hair twice since then. Actually i took like this much every three months. All right changed my top all ready to go so what she did was to just flip. All of her hair upside down brush it through and she did this on dry hair as well. So that's why i'm not wetting my hair anything! Oh my god that looks crazy. Now. I know she didn't do this in the video, but i think i'm going to just take a little strand here down like this, because i don't want to take a lot of the length off, maybe a little bit at the end. But i don't want to take a lot of the length off so just like having a guideline as long as i don't cut past that we're good to go. I cut my hair all the time, but every time right before i cut, i get nervous and you're just going to start cutting. I think i am going to cut it right like by. I don't know if i should do it by my mouth or chin. Let'S start, let's start at the chin. Okay, i don't want to do anything too drastic. I would rather cut a little bit at a time than do anything wrong. So i put a hair tie here as well just to hold the hair together. I do have like curtain bangs and stuff like that, so they get in the way right by my chin. So let's cut it straight across this is scary but satisfying at the same time i love cutting hair, especially since i bleached my hair yesterday. It just feels so good to just cut some of that dead end off and now i'm going to separate the hair into three sections like this, because i have pretty thick hair um. There we go, and now i'm just gon na take one section at a time, spread it out and fan it. Oh, my god, i thought i wasn't filming. Oh my god. I almost had a heart attack. Oh my god. This is so satisfying yeah. Something like that. You see how blunt this is, and this is just a little bit more light at the end, which is good. This is what we're looking for. This feels amazing. I have a good gut feeling about this, and obviously i haven't cut any of the length all right. No more hair tie, it looks a little bit more fanned out a little bit blunt still. I don't think that would be a problem. I think that's pretty good. Okay, so now she just took the hair tie out all right moment of truth. You guys, oh wow, see lovely lovely layers. This is like a soft layered, look love it. It'S just a little bit shorter, just a little bit fresher. Damn i kind of want to take a little bit more though yeah. I think i want them a little bit shorter, so we're going to do the whole thing once again, going in with the hair tie once again just to make everything a little bit less messy okay. So this one is right by my bottom lip. I would say this is like impossible to cut straight, because my hair is so thick looks pretty straight to me repeating the same steps once again. Okay, i'm satisfied with that. So this is what it looks like and it is yeah right around my bottom lip. I love it, i love it, love it love it. The layers are a little bit shorter now, but the length is pretty much still the same. I think i'm gon na chop it up a little bit actually just to freshen it up. But, oh my goodness that was so good. I feel like if a haircut or hair coloring looks good straight, like pin straight without styling it it's a success. And now i want to add, like this little diagonal here and like maybe cut my bangs a little bit shorter or make it a little bit more wispy and then same thing on the other side. I'M sorry, i have a mirror there. So that's why i'm looking that way, i'm thinking of cutting a little bit of length off just to make the bottom look a little bit fuller. I would rather have a little bit shorter hair and make it look healthy than having a long like wispy ends. I don't know i'm happy with that. I think i'm going to wet my bangs and cut it a little bit shorter or you know what i think, i'm going to cut it dry so that i can actually see how it looks like this is just a little bit tiny shorter in the front so That kind of just goes down a little bit like that, and then i'm gon na try and do the same thing on the other side. At the end of the day, i still like my cut it's just that i want to freshen it up a little bit. I'M going to really thin it out at the end so that i can get like a wispy look. Sometimes i feel with curtain bangs, if you have it like too heavy at the bottom, my bangs just kind of like fall down during the day. This is a thinning, scissor. Okay, i think i'm happy with that. I love it. I love it. My hair feels fresher. Now the layers are still there. It just looks like my old wolf cut, really um, just don't apply gloss before you guys are going to cut your hair. Let'S see how it looks like from the back. Definitely recommend emily's tutorial if you guys are just looking for something new, something fresh and not jeopardizing so much of the length. It just looks really really really good. I am very happy with this. We are going to be doing a blowout and, let's see the results, this is gorgeous. The layers are beautiful. It'S still like a straight look, but it doesn't look boring. It'S not like pin straight now in the bottom here. I couldn't really get them to bend because it wasn't wet enough. I love it. My hair feels so fresh now and i'm so happy that i didn't cut a lot of my bangs because i do want it to be like a long curtain. Bang um, oh my god, this is gorgeous. I am so ready for the summer, so that was it for my hair cutting video. Thank you so much emily for putting that video out there. This is your sign to chop off your hair. Okay, it's free! It works! Just do it just do it. I am so happy with it. Okay, so thank you so much for watching today's video. I hope you guys have a wonderful day night or whatever the case may be, and i will see your lovely faces, hopefully in my next video bye, guys
