Yes it's possible to do a Relaxer and color on your pixie cut in the same day. Not everyone is a candidate but most of my clients can. Relaxer does not mean unhealthy.

We are using a regular relaxer on her by Nairobi. After the relaxer she got a treatment, a soap cap and a red color. I did not lift the hair for long. I only probably left it on there for like 60 seconds or so, and always I'm using main mint foam to mold her hair down on the sides. She is going with a like waves on one side and designs on the other side, all right,
