Alan Norval: Well the colouring isn't as bad as her cutting skills, although I don't know what the previous colour the client had, still not a proper section every thing you cut is over directed to the right, a section shout be taken directly out straight and cut but you push all the weight to the right side in every single cut you do, the blow dry is always so basic and old-fashioned styling, the client looks frumpy and the final blow our looks like a motorbike crash helmet is still ok her head
