Hair Extensions For Short Hair! Bellami Review + Tutorial! ♡

Hey guys, it's Jamie welcome back my channel today, I'm going to be talking about hair extensions. So before I even start talking, I want to be super open with you guys and let you guys know that yes bellamy, the company that I will be talking about dick contact me and did send me these extensions, but just because these extensions were sent to me. It does not affect my review. I am still going to be completely honest and open with you guys and let you guys know my true feelings, because of course I would never want to recommend a product to you guys that I wasn't truly passionate about myself and these extensions. I can tell you right now and I will get into further detail later. I absolutely love, so I really wanted to share them with you guys and let you guys know on this new awesome find and yeah that's pretty much it. So, let's get into the review in the tutorial, so I am NOT new to extensions at all so from the ages of 13 to about 16, I pretty much works tensions almost every single day. It was sort of like an insecurity of mine. I just could not go without wearing extensions. I was sort of just obsessed with them throughout those years that I work, such as all the time I probably had about 4 to 5 different extensions, and I tried a bunch of different companies. I have a pair of extensions that I owned for quite some time as well with me over here, so I could show you the difference between the Bellamy and these extensions and you're gon na see is huge difference. My scent just came in a little package that looked like this: it's pretty much a clear plastic bag with the extensions in it. It also comes with hair on the bottom that actually test our hair. So before you remove like the actual hair from the package, you take out the tester hair and you hold it up to your hair and you see if it's a good match. If it's a good match great, you can use the extensions, and if it's not a dimensional, you could return it and try and get another pair of extensions. That will be a good match. Now. I was really unsure of what color to choose, but they make it. So easy for you on the Bellamy website. They actually have a video comparing all the different extensions next to each other, and that was super super helpful. If you want to order Bellamy extensions that I would, I recommend, checking out that video, because it will give you the best idea of what the color of the extensions are like in person. I also got ta say that it's not a hundred percent guarantee that you're going to be able to match your hair exactly. I don't even know how it's possible, but these extensions literally match my hair exactly and I was so shocked because I was ready and prepared to go out and diag. My extensions so don't be so frustrated if you can't find your color, because you could always dye it. It is a hundred percent human hair, so you can he'd style. It diet. Do everything that you would normally do to your normal hair. It does a little bit unsure how the Bellomy extend just would work out, since my hair is short, and it is a very blunt cut from experience. I know that the more layers you have the easier it is for extensions to blend into your hair. So I knew that I would need to get very thick hair, so the bellisima set the stuff that I got actually comes with nine pieces of hair, which is insane. So this is what the extensions look like. As you can see, they are super super super long. It comes with four one clip extension, so these are really great to use, especially if you have short hair to sort of fill out the gaps wherever you need. It comes with one two clip extension: it comes with two four clip extensions and it comes with two three clip extensions. These are double drawn extensions, which means that they are thick from the top all the way to the bottom. So the thickness is even all the way through it doesn't get thinner towards the ends which a lot of extensions do, and let me show the difference between the bellamy, extensions and my old extensions. So this is one weft. You could see my face through it and they are super super thin and very, very straggly. My mom actually used to have to take two pieces of these and sew them together, so that they would be thick enough and even then they were not as thick as the Bellamy's like do you see the difference? It'S ridiculous, like these are super super thick and these are straggly and thin and really really gross. I have so much hair around you guys. It'S actually disgusting. When I received the extensions. They were all one length, so they really didn't look very natural. I will insert a picture over here, so you guys could see what it looks like right when I got them. I put them right in my hair and that's what they looked like the next day. I went to my hairdresser and she actually cut them to my hair cause, otherwise they just looked completely unnatural, though now I'm going to show you how I insert the extensions into my hair. So before I do anything, I just take my brush and I just brush through my hair, to make sure that there are no tangles now. The first piece that I put in is the one that has the four clips so before I put it in, I like to take my brush, hold it right, underneath the clips - and I just like to brush it very, very gently: it's smart to brush your extensions Before and after using them because it just prevents tangles, so this is what the four clip looks like and, as you can see, they are a little bit layered because my hairdresser did cut them like I said so. The first piece of my extension is right around my neck area, so I just like to separate my hair right above my ear and I sort of just back home just a little bit on the points where I'm going to put in these sessions. This is just going to help the clip sort of anchor right onto my hair, and so we don't flip throughout the day, and then I take my extension and the first thing I do is I clip both ends and I wiggle it on my hair just to Get it really nice and secure, and then I clip it same on the other side, and then I clip the middle. So that is what it looks like when it's off with it. Then I taped down my hair and now I separate my hair right above that, but I leave some of my natural hair in between it to a blend and now I'm taking my second extension that has support clip. So once again it just wiggle the clip into your hair and then clip it wiggle it clip it wiggle it clip it. Now. I take the extension that has the three clips and I apply that right on the side of my head and then I take the other one that has the three clips and I go to the other side and I apply it right on the other side. So this is going to be the last layer of hair, I'm taking the two clip and I'm going to apply that right on this side of my head and then I'm going to take two ones and apply them on the side of my head as well. Then I take my hair down so after I have these tensions in my hair, I take my hairbrush and I grab all these hedges and I just brush everything together with my natural hair, and I find that this helps blend everything together. So this is what the extensions look like before I start to style it as you can see they blended with my natural hair, very seamlessly. The color is literally perfect and, as you can see, the extensions are super super super thick now. The way I like to style my extensions sort of stays the same I either like them, wavy or curly. I don't really like them straight just because I find that it just blends better when they are wavy. So I just separate my hair in any place. It'S really nothing specific and I just tie it up and then just get ready to curl my hair. Today, I'm going to use my Amica curling wand. This is the curling one that I usually use. I believe this is the 1 inch barrel. The extensions are just like normal hair, meaning that they do get damaged and they could get flynn's. So I like using a key protected but just be sure that you don't apply too much product on the extensions. So I'm gon na just take a piece of hair and I just wrap it around the curling iron pipe myself be careful, try not to burn yourself, you hold it for a few seconds and then you just let it go like I'm just going to be curling. My hair normally really nothing too special and it comes out with a way that looks like this, which is gorgeous. I love it. It'S really like curling, your hair. Normally, the only thing you got ta do differently. Is you got ta incorporate your natural hair or with the extensions so that it blends a lot better? So, as you can see, right over here is my natural hair and I'm going to grab it with a piece of extension and I'm gon na curl them together. That way it just blends, then it cool for a few seconds and then let it drop. The only thing I do differently is that the hair - that's around my face, i curl away from my face, but all the other pieces. I store just alternate directions because I, like the way it looks, I find it gives your hair a little bit more of a beachy vibe, but not so much like a done. Curled ringlets vibe. If you know what I mean. So that's what it looks like when I've done one layer and then I move on to the next. So this is what the curls look like when I'm done curling. They just look very, very beachy and messy, which I love and I like to take my brush and I just like to out the ends of the hair. I find that it just gives it a nice look and that's just what I like to do and I just scrunch the extensions with it and that's the finished look. So that is the finish to toriel and review of the Bellamy hair extensions overall, I got ta say that I really do love these.
