I tried pixie diffusing my hair for the first time! This method helps reduce frizz.

I applied a mousse before hover diffusing until a slight cast formed. Then, I started "pixie" diffusing my hair. You only turn the diffuser on once the hair is in the bowl, and you turn it off before taking it down! I am in LOVE with the results. My waves are so well defined and I have SO much volume!

So i used to think i had straight hair, but i started using the curly girl method a little over two months ago now a commentary recommended. I tried diffusing upside down with the pixie method, starting by just hover diffusing for 20 minutes with the diffuser off. I gather my hair into the bowl turn it on hold it there for a while and then turn it off before taking it down. I do this over and over for a while and once it's 80 dry, i move my hair over to each side to help with the flexibility of my roots. This also adds a ton of volume. Today i used a mousse, so i have a cast on my hair so to check if it's dry, i just pinched together some strands and flipping it over for the first time, there's so much volume i blow dried the front back and then shook at my roots Before starting the scrunching process, taking a hair oil, i scrunch my hair up and down all over my head for like five minutes breaking out the cast, and here are the results my waves are so defined and my hair has so much volume. Even though i used a mousse, it's still super soft and i love it.

sofia sebbata: Hii everyone :) I just want to say that this is AMAZING I have wavy/curly hair that tends to be quite frizzy. I tried this a while ago and although it takes some time it is SOO worth it. The curls hold throughout the whole week and it is the only way to prevent frizz while keeping my hair’s natural wave pattern, Thanks Sophie you saved my hair!

Olivia Boisselier: It really takes 20 minutes to develop a cast? What do you do while you're doing this?

xRetrOcatx: Does a diffuser without a bowl thing around it still work?

Elizabeth Kopp Henseler: I would wear a wig before spending that much time on my hair

lysol !!: Where can i buy the diffuser??

Greta Weiss: Wait you diffuse for 20 minutes?

Lanie Slyter: Did you apply the moose?

Kendall Butcher: Rip my neck

إنسان ذو بصمة: I advise you to the religion of Islam Please read about it... you will be amazed, it is a true religion.. and it will save you from God's torment

Y. B: The thing is, if you need to use product and heat to create somewhat of a wave, it is not natural. Your hair has it normal pattern if you just let it airdry without adding anything. I have pin straight hair but if I crunch it up in a towel and let it dry like that, of course its gonna be a little wavy. But that doesnt change my hair structure .
