How To Lace Frontal Ponytail | Frontal Ponytail Tutorial

Hi guys welcome back to my channel, so today is our first attempt at a frontal lace, ponytail, okay, so what i'm doing is i'm putting my hair in the ponytail and just getting it out the way now, y'all y'all see what it's just no problem two took Me out y'all, they took me out, they are gone. I don't know when they're coming back it's a sad day. This is probably the last time i'm gon na put a frontal on my head. Until my edges come back so natural hair, it is until fourth and august okay. So we got our hd front, two lace that i got from my local beauty supply store. You see it's already pre-plugged, i'm not going to bleach it because it's just a ponytail right now so spray it down brush those hairs out the way. And then i want to see how it looks on my head. So it's looking good right, so i'm gon na go ahead and cut off the excess lace from the back of the frontal and then i'm gon na use my even spray to tint my lace, all right. I kind of went heavy with this part and i probably shouldn't have, but it is what it is all right. So, let's see how it looks all right. Looking good, let me use my bow hold, i'm going to put it in front of my hairline. Do my best not to touch the edges y'all, because they're already gone and now the reason i'm using bolto versus my olive oil grip gel is because i'm going to have to pull this back into a ponytail. And i need this to stick to my head and bold hole has a stronger grip than the olive oil, olive oil grip gel that i normally use for my wigs, i'm just doing a thin layer here then we're just gon na lightly blow dry until it's clear Which is not long at all. This stuff is very tacky all right, so nice and clean. So, let's go ahead and put the lace on all right, make sure it sticks and then we're going to give that a light blow dry as well before we tie it down now i want to tie my hair down for a good 20 minutes just to make Sure that the lace is nice and laid looking good, okay. So it's time to cut that lace off and y'all this glue was holding on for dear life y'all. I could not get it off of my skin um, so it is very strong, so yeah i was having such a hard time getting that lace off just look at it. It'S just. This is why i don't really care to use ghost bond because it has such a strong hold. So i had to just go ahead and cut it off off camera and get it cleaned up, because it was going to take me forever to get that stuff off of my forehead all right. So let's cut the ear tabs off and i'm just gon na cut it straight back all right. So i'm going to go in with my olive oil grip gel and any parts that are lifting i'm going to use that to lay it down, because that bowl hold has me scarred? Okay, i'm scarred all right. So, let's put our edges out. I don't like mine thick, so i'm just going to part very thin across my entire hairline, my let's cut those off before we tie our lace down, so we always cut at an angle, i'm just going to cut that right below my ear. For that sideburn look and i always like to curl my baby hairs under because it just makes them lay down better, especially in the direction that you want them to go in they're, not as stubborn. Then i'm gon na go in with my nairobi, my favorite wrapping lotion and i'm gon na lay those edges um, okay, so she's looking good. So i'm gon na remove my ponytail and pull all the hair up together. So i can go ahead and lay the lace and baby hairs, i'm just going to tie it down for the duration of me finishing this ponytail and y'all. It took me forever. I know this might look easy, but i'm about to do, but it took forever. One of the biggest issues i had doing this ponytail was the frontal continuously buckling at the top, so it bunched up when i kept trying to put it into a ponytail. So this is not for the week at all. Just don't do it on yourself hair. Do it on somebody else, i won't do this on myself, no more, but i'll definitely do it on somebody else's head, just not mine. So i'm using my wrapping paper to wrap around my braid and i'm using the 30 second glue to secure the wrapping paper around my braids, i'm not putting the glue directly on my braid but on the wrapping paper. So i'm going to be using the purple pack here from my local beauty supply store. I use one and a half packs, i'm going to use the glue directly on the wrapping paper versus putting it on the hair. It'S harder that way! So simply just put the glue on the wrapping paper and wrap the hair around it. I promise you it'll, make your life so much easier, so take a piece of hair out of the ponytail and i'm going to wrap that around the ponytail. Using my got to be glue spray and my blow dryer, of course finally done with the ponytail, let's see what our it just looking like, okay girl, you did that you did that.
