Hey guys and welcome back to my channel today, I'm going to be showing you how I do any super slim ponytail with extra long braids dubious emigrating here I picked up. Sue'S hair from Sally's is from the brand of the sassy collection and I did get like the ombre color. The actual color is color one Beast last 30 s last 27 and 24 inches. I'Ve never used this brand before I don't know anything about it, but I did get the dark brown color that faded into like a light brown color to see how that looks. If you look cute but yeah so we're just gon na get started with my real hair first and we're going to slip it back into a ponytail. Basically, I'm doing this hairstyle so that I can avoid washing my hair and yeah doing something that still makes it look cute without having to redo my hair and all of that stuff. So I first I'm actually gon na comb out whatever curl pattern. I have left so that no curls like poke through the braid once i braid the ponytail, so that's i'm gon na do first and my line is gon na be parted because I constantly have a middle part. So I feel like my hair, naturally parts in the middle now I'm just gon na fix it up a little bit. I think the middle part looks the best on me. I feel like when I do a side part the part where the sides that, like that side, my face, looks really good, but then the other side we're like the soup, is that just I just look like an egghead. I am just gon na comb this out. One side at a time - and I'm just gon na - be using some of this grease those curls detangling spray. I guess this is coming in handy yeah. My hair is really bad right now and I don't want to wet it too much, because I want my hair to be dry and have volume for the braid, because I want it to be like a real jumbled, braid also guys, I got my nails done. People out here keep playing me when it comes to nails. I live in the DMV and if you're a nail tech hit me up and if you know somebody who's a nail tech. Please hit me up and tell me who they are, because if you can work with natural nails that are a decent length hit me up, please, okay! So now that my hairs all combed out, I'm gon na go ahead and start just flicking it back. I'M gon na be using some eco styler gel. I have the coconut oil one and regular bristle brush like this, and I'm just gon na use the refresher prayed to kind of dampen my hair a little bit up top and then the first thing I do is just kind of rush out all the curls and The waves so that it doesn't look lumpy or as least lumpy as possible, especially at the back of my head all right. I think that's good, so I'm just gon na go ahead and add some of this gel to the UM, mostly just like the edges. My hairline like right here and then in the back, Fix I'm gon na go in with this comb and try to just smooth everything out even more and get all the little bumps that I really can't get with the bristle brush all right and I'm gon na. Be using these gentle hair ties, I got once again I'll have people had questions about where I got these and I did post on my story once where I got where I get them and I usually find my like Walgreens or the drugstore like CVS, but also I'Ve seen them a few months about Walmart, so just check out like your local drugstores and your local Walmart's, and you should be able to find them because it definitely comes in handy if you have really thick hair. Like look how hearted stretches? Oh, so now that the base is done, I'm gon na go ahead and do some baby hairs. I don't really do a lot when it comes to baby here's one, because I don't really have a lot of baby hairs. My hair is pretty long, so I can't do much so I'm just gon na be using the argan oil. What is this a cream of nature, argan oil, perfect edges and I always just use like an old eyebrow spoolie. So, first I'm just gon na pull it over here I have out and then see what we're working with. So we can figure it out what we're gon na do. Okay, so that's what we're working with it's gon na put some of the edge control of my fingers and then put it on my hair. Oh so, edges are done now. I'M gon na move on to the braid. Like I mentioned on these things, I'm braiding hair. I got from Sally's this one was to like twenty nine to ninety nine, so yeah, it's a really pretty color, it's like ombre, so it comes split in half and it's rubber band at the top and it comes with a rubber band on the bottom. I'M just gon na kind of unwrap it. It'S already braided up loosely and I'm gon na unwrap this, and these things get hair everywhere. So okay, so this is what it looks like. So I'm going to cut out this rubber band, that's holding the hair together and just make the same loopy theme with my own hair type, because I don't want this rubber band to yank on my hair. Hopefully I don't cut this hair in half there we go. Okay, so we're gon na work with half at a time I'm gon na incorporate all of the hair, but it's too much to add at one time, so my hair is pretty thick. So, if I add both of those, it would just literally be too thick to even braid cuz, I'm just doing one singular braid. So what I'm gon na do is use my hair tie to make a little loop in this hair and make the little loop you're gon na need to have two hair ties, and one of them you just tie around the center of the hair. Like so, and then you're gon na take the second one and wrap it and like knot it with the first one so that it looks like that and then you pull it tied it. And then this is the part that I'm going to wrap around my ponytail. So now the hair is attached. Now, I'm just gon na start braiding right here, I'm just gon na split my hair into three pieces, including the fake hair and then I'm just going to start braiding and I'll turn around you guys and see. So once I start running out of my real hair, I'm going to go in and add that extra hair that I have because it's gon na start getting a little thin. So it's like dramatically thicker up here than it is down here. So I'm gon na go ahead and add more hair to the bottom of this braid to make it a little thicker, maybe I'll, add like half of this cuz. You don't want it to be one really thick braid, because naturally your hair gets thinner at the bottom. So I wanted to mimic a realistic braid as much as possible. So I think I'm going to add half of this. I'M gon na be adding this much hair to my braids and basically I'm gon na unravel this a little bit and start a little higher and this hair gets a knot. It'S so fast. So I'm not going to add this hair like all together at once. I'M going to split it up and add it to each strand of the braid, so I'm basically going to do one at a time. So I'm going to take one strand and I'm just going to include it in my braid. So when you add the hair in two different sections, instead of just all at the top, not only does it make it like thicker, but it also makes it longer and that's what I'm going for a really long, dramatic braid that screams fake. I think this is the long enough I'm going to go ahead and secure it with a rubber band and then I'm going to cut the excess excess off, because there's still a lot of extra right here that I don't want. Okay, so the very last thing I'm going to do is just kind of cover up this huge hair tie with more hair. So I'm just gon na grab a strand of hair. That'S left over and make sure it's thick enough to cover the ponytail. The hair tie. Actually and then just wrap it around, so I'm actually gon na remove the hair that I just added and just use a different color hair, because it does not look right and thankfully I had some really dark brown hair that I used before. That will match and look way better. So I'm just gon na use some regular dark brown hair that I had in my closet and wrap the ponytail holder. So you don't see it if somebody came into my apartment right now and seen the amount of hair. That'S sitting in my living room, there's hair everywhere; okay guys! So I finished my hair. I threw on some hoops and some jeans, but this is really the perfect hairstyle to kind of throw on some really bold or colorful earrings, because you're just like slicked back and you can really show them off but yeah. I added the dark brown hair around my pony tail holder so that you wouldn't be able to see it looks way better than the other color and the color of the hair blends nicely, because I had a little bit of highlights in my hair and I just Really liked the way it came out. I made this excessively long, but I'm still cute see how long it is show you guys how long it this is going to be the end of the video. I hope you all enjoyed it. I hope you maybe try out this hairstyle. It'S perfect hair stuff. You want to avoid washday or it's just perfect for summer, because your hair's out of your face it slicked back. You can kind of do the braid as long rich wear as you want to. I want extra long with it, but you can do whatever you'd like or try whatever hair colors would be fun to add, like some hair, some like pink hair or any color hair, but yeah. I hope you guys enjoy and I'll see you all in my next video bye,

So I had to let you know that it’s actually damaging your hair at the scalp level. I’m now regretting putting my long hair in a plait got around 20 years. I don’t colour my hair or use hot tongs or straighteners or get tape in extensions. I’m now needing a wig yo cover the damage. I’ve got chunks missing on the scalp & it’s really noticeable. You’re such a beautiful young lady & I wanted to let you know. You’re so beautiful
