Today, I'm going to be reviewing a ponytail that I received and it is the free tres pony pop and it comes with a bang as well, but I just wanted you to see how the ponytail looks. I think it's really cute very quick to pop one and lightweight: it's not heavy at all. I think it's very cool for the summertime. Welcome to my channel will be discussing current events I'll be offering healthy recipes and tips on how to be a baddy on a budget. Please like subscribe and be sure to share, and I'm gon na bang on camera. So you guys can see how it looks. I have my pool, I think it might be pulled a little too far to the front, but we're gon na make it work. I have not tried the bank at all guys. We comes with three clips one at the top and two at the bottom, so I'm gon na get it as far back as I can saw. The babes aren't all in my face, but this is my first time wearing a ponytail with banks and it's looking kind of cute already, so you just put it in snap it on and there we go. I think it's really cute. I don't know what you guys. Think, probably like I said, I will pull the ponytail back a little more with the bangs, but it's not bad. It'S not over my eyes, but my eyebrows don't show, and I think I did a good job with them, but yeah I like it. Let me know what you guys think in the comments and with this video I'm also going to give a few tips summer tips on how to stay healthy with Alba holidays, barbecues, cookouts and everything that's going on. One thing you can do is watch your portion, control, which you can make your play with a saucer instead of a large plate space, your portions out, so that you're not consuming a lot of food at one time, add a lot of veggies to your meal and A lot of fruits and drink lots of water. If you what I usually do, whether I'm at home and work or out and about Arica excuse me, I took a bottle of water about an hour before I eat, so that my stomach doesn't think it's as hungry. As my mind is telling it, I don't think I'm as hungry. As my mind is telling me I am so my stomach can fill up so that way, I don't eat a large portion at one time. There'S one helpful tip: my thing is: bring your own snacks bring apples, oranges, bananas, so that you have something to munch on. Don'T worry about not fitting in with the crowd. You know you, your health is what's important, so I would suggest that as well and try to cook your own meals invite your yet if I guess over to your house so that you can control what you're consuming excuse me, another tip is as african-americans. We do need to use sunscreen, we do burn as well. I get it, you know you feel like it's. Okay, if I get a little tan but use sunscreen Sun is not our friend, not anyone's friend, and let me see other tips I have are to get walking a bit more, whether it's getting up an hour earlier, going to sleep an hour later, take a walk. A few bucks excuse me, take a walk, a few blocks around your house, maybe for 30 minutes or so buy a bike. If you don't have one, do bike-riding join your local gym. As you know, we do have a gym here in Chicago located on 117 Michigan. Be unstoppable classes are $ 5 for drop-ins or $ 30 per month. We offer group fitness training with personal training attention and even if you can't join our gym, join your local gym, get your children more active, more physically active. I know Planet Fitness has free summers for children, you know, don't allow your children to sit in the house and play video games and stay on their phone and not become physically active. The growing rate for obese children is steadily increasing and I think it's due to the parents not being active so get a little active. I understand if you might live in a community where you don't want your children outside. That'S what I'm saying go to the gym. Go to the park, get out your neighborhood and get moving. So that's just a few tips that I have for summertime. Fine as we get moved forward, we cookouts, barbecues and etc. I'M not going to make this video again, so there may be a few bloopers in between, but I'm just trying to get more confident and not try to be perfect, but just being myself with the videos, if you have a suggestion for my videos, comment below make Sure to like subscribe share, hey everybody I forgot to mention the hair - is $ 12.99 at your local beauty supply. I got color number two. I feel like the darker colors. Don'T look as Barbie doll ish, so I usually try to get the when it's synthetic hair. I try to get the darker colors, and this was this is like a dark brown. I didn't want to get black, because my hair is about a dark friend and I've been at work all day. I think I would try to trim it a little bit so that it isn't as full, but I do like to look everyone at work like the look, and I would definitely be rocking this this summer. I just need more time to like customize it because I just took it right out the pack and worried. So let me know what you guys think again like share and subscribe to my channel. Thank you guys. I appreciate all of you.
