I also do product reviews and I do some book content and some Netflix recommendations on the side whenever I feel like it so yeah. If you're interested in any of that content, then go ahead and subscribe, like I always say, subscribe. If you like, Good Vibes, and if you don't like Good Vibes, you're lame, I mean, like somebody, had to tell you today's video, I'm just going to be showing y'all how I straighten my curly hair with no chemicals at all, and my hair is very thick and Curly and it's coarse as well, let me show y'all my tricks and my tips and everything and how I get it very silky and flat. So if y'all want to see how I get, this look then keep on watching. Okay, so I'm gon na be honest with y'all. It took me two days to do this process only because when I started the process, I had to go to work the next day so yeah, I washed it and detangled it with some leave-in conditioner and just put a wig over my hair and pour that to Work, so that's why my hair is a little bit stretched out now, so I'm splitting it into four sections and red detangling it because of course it got tangled back up which kind of sucks but um. I just wet my hair and then put in more leave-in conditioner detangled it first and then I started to blow dry it foreign. Thank you now, I'm the only one for you, boys, yeah, for some reason when my hair looks like this, it reminds me of Alex from Madagascar y'all. If you know you know, but anyways, once I'm done blow drying. My hair, I like to section it off. Like half and half almost and then I like to put the top half up, it's kind of like a marker for me so like when I know I'm done with the back, then I'm halfway done. So I start with a small section, of course, on the back of my neck, and then I put my products in my hair that I like to do before I flat iron. It um, you know my heat protectant. Of course I put some oils. I put some serum in it everything I use I'm going to show on the screen boy. You'Re my right hand show me love. Tell me you're the only one for me probably have time. So it's the next day and I'm just gon na refresh what I started yesterday, because underneath the wig it got a little messed up. So I'm just refreshing that then I'm gon na continue the process. So you want me when you're lonely. Give me Give Me Love ain't gon na, be all right. Oh baby, come talk to me, so y'all Notice Me shaking the hair I just flat iron because it helps me hold it faster because my hair can hold some heat. Okay, so me shaking it helps me not burn myself, it helps the heat leave faster. Show me love. Tell me you're the only one for me. Would you call me again? I know you love it when I call you baby, I'm gon na write a business. Show me love, tell me you're the only one for me all right so now that we've reached the end of the video I'm gon na share with y'all a couple of things. I do to help my hair last for at least one month. So, first I'm going to tell y'all how I sleep with my hair at night and let me get my items so. First of all, this is essential. Everyone knows this, but I sleep with a satin pillowcase, because if you're a wild sleeper like me, you toss and turns sometimes your Bonnet comes off and it's not good to have your hair, like you know, on a cotton pillowcase, it can make it frizzy. It can make you sweat. Have your hair revert back to curls, so a satin pillowcase is the best way to go and how I wrap my hair up at night is. I have two things I have a bonnet and then I have like a um like a do-rag. Basically, I'm gon na show y'all how I how I wrap my hair up. So first you want to take a hair tie and we're going to put it in a ponytail. Don'T don't worry, I know not a tight one. I just got my hair okay, so the type of durag that I had or Bonnet whatever you want to call it. Um it looks like this: it has like a head part and then two long strings um. I got this from my local beauty supply store, so I'm sure you could find it there or on Amazon, because Amazon has everything. So I'm gon na put this on where the line is just just like this and then tuck it. You know tuck it behind my ears and the reason why I put it in a ponytail is it was easier. The hair is already gathered instead of trying to gather it off without it being held together already, and so next, I'm just taking the two long strings and crisscrossing them underneath the ponytail. And then I take it back around the front and I just tie it in a bow. Okay. So then, you're gon na take the ponytail holder out because wrapping the strands around created a little circle anyway, and so you don't want to create a bend in your hair. So just take the ponytail holder out, and this holds it in place for you instead, because the last thing you want is to put a bend in your hair after you just did all your hard works and you're gon na have to reflat iron it there we Go it's almost all that is secure, like this, like so like that Tabitha bride, if y'all know y'all know but anyway. So I take my bonnet - and I just put it on over this and sleep like that: boom and you're good and secure okay. So next is how I wear my hair in the shower, because y'all know you don't wash your hair every day, so you need a shower cap um. I basically just wrap my hair up, like I just showed y'all. I keep this Bonnet on and then I just put on my shower cap, so I'll put it on over it like this very simple, very safe and secure. I don't just put the shower cap on over my you know, hair, because I feel like it's going to see through so having my Bonnet flush to do right underneath and a shower cap is like a three layer of protection. You know just to make sure nothing gets through. Okay, next tip I have is, if it's a rainy day or if it's a humid day, wear a shower cap on your hair and then put on um like a hood or like a wig. If you have it over top of the shower cap or in your hair and just go out in the weather like that, so when you get to where you're, wherever you're going, you can go in the bathroom really quickly and slide both of them off either. Your hood in the shower cap off or your wig and a shower cap just slide it off and no one will ever know because you were, you were covering it up using an umbrella or a hood or anything like that. So, like the rain, the humidity is going to seep through so having a shower cap. Underneath is a layer of plastic that is not going to break through to get to your hair. I'M trying to help you out, don't be like me, because I me and it's natural hair we've been through some things. Okay, but you know it's all good. I figured it out the last tip I have so your hair won't puff out in humidity or um. Rain is this wax I use, and I'm gon na show you guys right here. So I use this wax um when I'm flat ironing my hair. I forgot to show it, but I just use like a little bit because it is thick and sticky, but having that layer on your hair helps your um. It'S like a shield on your hair. It'S like a it's like a wax form shower cap. That'S what it is, so it just basically makes it a little bit harder for the humidity to to get through and like puff your hair out all right. So that's everything I hope you all enjoyed this video, don't forget to like comment and click that subscribe button. If you want to, if you like me, no pressure, no pressure, um yeah, I will see y'all in my next video bye.
