How To Do A 90'S Frontal Barbie Ponytail With Swoop Bang|| Ft. Girls Glow Hair

Is what's up beautiful people? It'S your girl, janae alia, and welcome back to my channel so y'all. Today we are going to get into something very, very different, but very, very, very exciting. So today i decided that i wanted to try out the um barbie. It'S like a barbie ponytail and it's actually a 90s style. I haven't probably seen some pictures of my mama wearing this dab before with a little swoop, and then i got the little barbie ponytail and it's like going up or whatever, but in all honesty, i've seen this style on tick tock numerous times, and so at this Point i'm ready to try it, i'm ready to put it on, but i'm gon na do a little spin because i um i mean i could probably let me see some put my comb yeah i mean it's like. I could probably do a swoop of my real hair, but in all honesty i didn't commit it to the fact that i'm going to try this style using a frontal. So with that being said, i'm using my frontal so just to go ahead and get into this video because we don't need talking and not doing i'm going to show you how the hair i'll be working with today. And so it's hanging out the box because i had to tend to i had to tint the lace, but we're going to be partnering with girls, glow hair, and so they were nice enough to send me a frontal and then i have three bundles. Let me show you my bundles and so yeah. I have three bundles and then this is like in the texture body wave and they're 18 inches. Now i didn't get my little. I don't know what it's called, but the thing that you can use to like it's to layer really easily. I did not get it from the store, so i honestly at this point, don't know as of right now, if i'm going to cut this hair, but this is my lace, i went ahead and tinted it with the um, even lace, tint spray, and so this is How it's looking right now! That'S looking pretty good but of course, we're probably still going to go back in and add some more makeup, um and so just to go ahead and be proactive. I'M gon na go ahead and pluck this lace before i put it on, because it's so much easier to do it beforehand and then i'll be right back for myself. Don'T ask me about my plucking technique. Um. I definitely do not have one so at this point. We just pulling hairs out so feel free to skip this part: okay, okay, y'all. So i'm back and i'm ready, and so i just went ahead and kind of hot comb. My frontal as well, i feel like i plucked it to the best of my ability, but if i end up needing to do more than i will and so just to go ahead and get started with this hairstyle um, i recommend starting on straighten hair. I actually just straighten my hair, probably a couple of minutes ago, and so i'm just going to start off by putting my hair into a little um, basically, where you want the ponytail to be put your hair back into that ponytail um and i'm going to secure My edges, like put my edges back or whatever, with just a little bit of gel, because i don't really have a gel that i can put on my hair. That'S not gon na kinda get too oily, so i'm just gon na use a tiny, tiny bit of gel and yeah, and so, while i'm doing this, i'm gon na be using got to be glue spray to secure my ponytail and i'm also going to use the Hot comb kind of on my kitchen back there, and so you got to make sure you get this as flat as you can because mind you, the frontal is going to go here, so this is technically going to be the base for your frontal. So don't slack on the front half okay, y'all, and so this is my first time doing a frontal ponytail, but i feel like i've seen enough mini tutorials to give one so just trust the process. Okay, i ain't gon na lie. My edge is looking a little thin honey. I might not need to put on this frontal i'ma. Do it anyway, though hot comb time y'all, please pray for me! Okay, that's enough! That'S enough of that! Okay, and so now time for the got to be sprayed. So i'm going to spray it on one section at a time, because i want to make sure i can actually comb it. Slash rub it and really get it secured contagious. When i was pumping gas on road trips to go from cincinnati on a date, i wan na, thank god for working way harder playing favors. It feels amazing, okay, and so now i'm gon na spray. Some more got to be just around these areas. To make sure we got all them hairs up into that ponytail, it's a light bit. We can never separate i'm in a better, oh way, y'all, and so now we got our ponytail, but there's a very important part on the front that y'all cannot forget, and that's this little part right here. You need to try to cut this like extra thick. I guess outline or whatever try to cut that off, because if you don't, then it's gon na be a little hump on your ponytail and that's really not gon na look right. So i'm gon na cut mine off ain't, no way i'll be able to cut it off, holding it up. So i'm just gon na cut it off down here and yeah imma peel it back that way. I don't cut all the hair off accident, yeah, okay, okay and so now i'm gon na just go ahead and put my i got erica j hold me down glue um, i barely got some lips, so i'm gon na have to go in and scoop it out. I'M literally just gon na coat that or put my first coat around my hairline, and i also need to clean it off because i feel, like i have a little bit of oil on my hairline yeah yeah. I mean where the should. I really even start. I got hoes that i'm keeping in the dark. I got my across the street. Thinking back to my money is so y'all see the lace. Well, i'm gon na go ahead and get my foundation. I don't know. Maybe i should have used the powder one button. I, just i don't know, is okay y'all, so i just feel like this part needed a little further explanation, because not gon na lie still started to get a little hectic, so the key to making sure your frontal goals into your ponytail efficiently. It'S parting off um, leaving enough space left off from the swoop and the back of the frontal, because you do need like some type of anchor hair whatever on the back of that frontal to one cover it up into hold it down enough to go into the Ponytail, because no, i did not glue my frontal down, i did not sew it down. So literally, all that was holding into my ponytail was hair, so you really need to focus on that part mainly, and also i missed this part myself, but when you're cutting the frontal make sure you cut off enough air space to make it look realistic and when You'Re, brushing it slash combing it up into your frontal, make sure the pattern that the hair is going up in is matching the pattern of your hair. Like you, don't want your hair going at a freaking, 90 degree angle and your real hair going at freaking 45 degrees, so just be wary of that and other than that y'all. We finna kill this style because, first of all, now we wear in front of ponytails. Oh finally, y'all time for my swoop, um twice, oh, is okay, oh is oh, is party, don't say we should be okay, y'all, i'm back, and so i just went ahead and added some curls in but anyways y'all.
