Trendy Ponytails Tutorial | Luxy Hair

Welcome back to the luxy hair channel, my name is Kay: I'm gon na be showing you three ways to do low, ponytails that are super fun and flirty. I would probably do this on your second or third hair day to revamp your style. Let'S get started for a sleek, look I'm starting by going over my hair with a straightener. I love long and voluminous ponytails for each of the looks, I'm going to be adding my luxy hair extensions in Ashkelon to get that extra length. If you don't have extensions, no worried this step is totally optional. After shading my natural hair, I pre straightened my Lexi so that they blend start by clipping up most of your hair, leaving one layer down at the crown of your neck clip a three clip weft at the root. Next, I'm adding another three clip left on top. Then because the ponytails will be at the back of my head, I'm not going to be clipping in any side pieces. Instead, I'm going to be adding my two clip West stacked on top of one another and clipping them at the top of the crown. Once everything is clipped in brush out your hair so that there are no tangles, this look is really about two things: the sleekness and the part. So I recommend using a rat tail comb to help you create a strong part in line once your hair is parted. Brush your hair smoothly into a ponytail formation before securing spray extra hold hairspray to lock in the style and smooth out any stray hairs. I use a hair tie that is similar to your hair color for a seamless look and tightly secured the ponytail I finally slicked down any remaining baby hairs with the final spritz of hairspray and you are good to go for a bubble ponytail, I'm keeping in my Extensions from the previous look: next, you want to tease the top of the ponytail and add some volume. We already have the ponytail in place, so I'm going to start by taking small piece and wrapping around the elastic. You can secure it by either tucking the bobby pin into the elastic or sliding a bobby pin at the back. So you can't see it about two inches down at a second tiny elastic slightly pulling the hair between the elastics outwards in all directions that form that bubble. Look then wrap a small piece of hair around the elastic and secure it again with my sentience in I like to create three to four bubbles to complete the look to finish off just spritz with hairspray. The third and final look is a great way to elevate a lazy hair day start by creating a low ponytail with a tiny elastic, leaving two sections on each side out flip the ponytail in half then Topsy turn the ponytail into itself and create a twist leave. The hole open because next we're going to add the side, pieces and tuck the ends in add the other side and push the ends through the hole, split. The bottom in half and pull everything tight, just add a second mini hair last to secure the added pieces into the whole pony to create a more tousled messy. Look, pull some face.
