What'S going on guys, curly susie here from cape breton nova scotia in today's quick video, i'm going to show you my new, updated short curly, hair routine, i'm going to very quickly just jump to my shower routine, i'm going to show each one of the products and How i apply it very quickly, like a quick kohl's notes, version um, and then i will go into detail about everything that i do and we'll have like a little chit chat and, to be honest, i'll, probably ramble on about something random. So my new motto is when you're watching my shower routine um. If i talk about the shampoo, i'm using you got ta ask yourself: do i already have shampoo and does it work and if it works, you don't need to go. Buy new shampoo use the stuff. You have until it's gone um and then try something else or buy the same thing over and over and over and over again, like i do with my hair gel, but anyway um. I hope you like this hair routine. I hope you learned something i'm very glad to be back, let's get in the shower, so the first part of my routine um is the washing of my hair. So i wash my hair with warm water. I wash my hair um. I would say every one to two weeks with actual shampoo, the majority of the time i just get in and apply my conditioner right away. I just wet my hair apply my conditioner scrub, my scalp and i rinse that out, because i use products that don't have silicone and other things that build up on the hair. I can get away with that. My hair never looks dirty or greasy. I promise you, if you haven't done this before you, should try it. It'S really great for your hair um. But when i do wash my hair with shampoo, i have been using this shampoo bar and i'm going to show it to you up kind of close. But i know my camera won't focus on it because of like the cool color pattern. When i got this, it actually had like a really beautiful design on of a flower. Sorry, i can't talk um. It had a beautiful flower design on it. It is from a company called kappa kadabra, and i knew that it was like a small company. It'S a firm in tennessee and she hand makes these products. This is an amazing shampoo. It lathers it's moisturizing. It doesn't strip my hair um. It'S compact. It'S a good price smells good, it's not like overly scented. Has natural ingredients um, it doesn't have sulfate in it. It doesn't wash like any other shampoo bar that i've ever used. It feels creamy. If you have run out of shampoo, then this is a great thing to try. It'S really cool to support like a small business, and it just makes me feel good using this. So this is my shampoo favorite shampoo that i've used in a really long time. I'M going to link all of the information below but, as always, i want you to kind of think about or recite my mantra or mantra. Or is it a mantra? I don't know anyway. I say i say mantra, but you just want to say to yourself. Take a deep breath and say: do i already have shampoo? Does it work? If the answer is yes, you don't need any more shampoo number next uh. The next thing i do is, i condition my hair and again. This is where it gets a little bit confusing, because sometimes i don't use shampoo at all or shampoo bar at all. I just use conditioner to wash my hair if you're new to my channel or new to the curly girl method. This is going to take way too long to explain in this video that's supposed to be kind of quick, but sometimes this is my first step. Sometimes i just wash my hair with this conditioner and then uh rinse it out of my hair and continue with my styling, but in today's video i washed my hair with shampoo, so it was like a shampoo wash day and then i conditioned my hair with this. This is actually tresemme conditioner um, it's tresemme botanic, so it is silicone-free conditioner, it's inexpensive. I'Ve been using it for years. You'Ve probably seen it in a bunch of my videos. I will link it below the only thing. Special that i do now is. I do apply the conditioner throughout my hair, so there's a lot of people who say don't apply conditioner to your roots. I just work it all the way. Through my hair, i probably use like a palm full of conditioner, and sometimes i will kind of tip my head forward under the water and scrunch the water through my hair a little bit and then my hair starts to form almost like little curl clumps in the Shower already, and that's how i apply my conditioner and i'll link the information about this conditioner below but again, do you have conditioner? Is it working for you? If the answer is yes, you probably don't need this conditioner step. Number three has to do with your styling products and i have been starting with a styling cream so, like i said i let the water kind of run through my hair, i kind of scrunch some of the conditioner out of my hair in the shower. So my hair is still dripping wet, i'm still in the shower. My hair products are always in the shower. You know that um and then i will add a little bit of styling cream to my hair. I probably only use about that much and i really thin it out like in my hands. That'S i can tell that's too much already so i put a little bit of water in there and i really thin it out, and then i spread it over my hair. I still kind of use the praying hands technique, so i started the roots and i even though my hair is short, i just kind of spread that through my hair and then i scrunch it into my hair and then i move on to the gel. So i do use a two-step styling process. I use hair cream and gel um when i'm in a big rush, sometimes i'll just mix the hair cream and the gel in my hands together and apply them together. It works pretty much the same. I only use a tiny bit of hair cream. I really water it down um and right now, i'm using this uh cantu shea butter for natural hair, moisturizing, curl activator cream had this for years. The reason i love this is because it's in a big bottle and it was like filled to the top with product and it was inexpensive. Can you guess what gel i'm using i'm still using this bioterra gel and i'm obsessed with it? I get it at sally. It is the product that i used in my very first video that i shot four years ago. In the last four years, i've used a million different kinds of gels, and some of them were pretty good. But i just love this one and i would say 85 percent, of the people that watch my videos that buy this gel message me and say that they love it. I do get the odd person that doesn't um or they'll say that it either they couldn't get a cast at all or the gel was like gave them too much of a cast, and i feel like that has to do with where you live. If you have hard water or soft water or well water um, any other products that you're using, but for the most part, this is like a no brainer love. This product love this product um, and they now have a hypoallergenic um for sensitive skin and sup and scalp. It says no fragrance parabens and dyes, so this is again um like an alcohol free, silicone free gel made by the same company i'll see. If i can focus on that, but this is the hypoallergenic version allergenic version and it comes in a smaller bottle as far as drying goes, it depends on how much time i have and what i'm doing that day and how good i want my hair to look. So, basically, when i get out of the shower no matter what i either wrap a t-shirt around my head or i use one of these microfiber towels - and this is still wet from when i did my hair earlier. But this is the towel by the perfect hair care. You can get these online. I love this again. You don't need this. You can use a t-shirt, but these were sent to me probably last year, sometime and they're, just really great and i've gotten habit of using them, and i love them. So i do either wrap my hair in this or in a t-shirt um for a few minutes and then kind of squeeze and scrunch some of the excess water out of my hair with uh this or the the t-shirt, and then sometimes i will leave my house For the day like that, with wet hair uh, let my air hair air dry and it pretty much turns out exactly like this. I just find it's a little bit flatter or a little bit like too defined or maybe seems like it has a bit more gel in it than when i diffuse my hair a little bit. So that's what i prefer the most now so i will either plop or squeeze the water out of my hair and, like putter around the house, make breakfast for my kids or do whatever um and then i will diffuse my hair for like 10 minutes and that's When my hair looks the best, this is what my hair turns out like um for the most part uh, we all know the curly hair is unpredictable depending on the weather. Sometimes i have a frizzier hair day or something like that. But for the most part, this is what my hair turns out, like the only thing that i do after i go through that process. Is i always pin back one side of my hair? This is just the way i like to style my hair. It'S kind of hard to see the shape with the dark couch in the background, but i'll get closer, so this is um the way i wear my hair, it's kind of more curly on one side and then i pinned this side back, which does kind of straighten My hair out a little bit, but i just like the way that looks sometimes i'll use a claw clip or a bobby pin, and i'm going to show you the back of my hair. It'S probably not great! I'M going to show it to you naturally too, because this i feel like this light is really flattering um, so i'm going to pop outside for a second. I really hope you like this video uh. My next video is going to be something very random, very self-indulgent. Um - and i don't know if i'm going to do like a house - tour video or if i'm going to do a plant video or like a house tour plant, tour kind of all wrapped in one video um and the reason i'm making that video is because it's Kind of what i'm interested in right now so plants have become my new hobby and i'm sure, there's a lot of you out there who got into plants a little bit more during the pandemic, because you're home and you're stuck in your house all the time and It was just very calming to bring nature into my home and it just really changed the way i feel about my home. The other reason i want to do a house tour is because i find like, if you look at a house tour on youtube. A lot of the time it's like really big, lavish kind of mansiony homes and they're very staged. So i will clean my house: it'll be cleaner than it normally is um, but i just want to do a house tour because i really love my home, but it's not like a typical youtuber house. I live in a very small basic house, but i did a lot to it over the last couple of years and i really feel like it's. Finally, my style and i really love it so again self-indulgent. But i know i like to watch these videos from from people that i follow. So some of you might be interested in this and i'm either gon na tie it in with the plants um or i'm going to do two separate videos. But that's what i'm going to do next, if you're not interested in that, don't watch it. There will be more hair videos but anyway, if you have any questions or comments about this video, please leave them in the comments section below if you made it this far to the end of the video congratulations um, i do talk a lot if you're new to My channel please subscribe and i'll see you very soon in my next video bye. You

Amelianna Ross: What a breath of fresh air! You are the first person on this platform to ever emphasize the need to not buy or change up products one may already have and enjoy. I often get caught up in ads and products from watching these videos especially when starting something new. Also cool to see a fellow Canadian! I'm from Calgary, Alberta Keep these videos coming!!

Amy Stanley: You're one of the few people who makes me feel like I know what I'm doing with my hair, and I don't need to buy umpteen products to get results. Thank you

Madeleine Soloway: Welcome back! You set this 60+ year old on her curly girl journey at the start of Covid March 2020. I had been straightening my hair for 40+ years. What I have loved about your approach to curly hair is that it is designed for busy people on the go, like myself. I have been following all of your excellent advice and you haven't steered me wrong! Best wishes!

Mother Coconuts: Susie: The back of my hair is probably not great *the back of her hair is great*

Andrea Smith: Oh how we've missed you Susie!! Thank you for your honesty and taking the time to make these videos. I have no idea where you find the space in your life with being a nurse, wife, and mom; but I'm grateful for you.

Queen SeaBee: I love the reminder from you on keeping things simple and inexpensive. And we can see that your hair still looks wonderful without spending tons of money or time

Marcela Abarca: Back before curly girl was a thing, Since HIGH SCHOOL, the Biolage Gelee was my favorite gel and my favorite mousse was the Paul Mitchell’s styling foam (the one you buy is the exact dupe from Sally’s so I love that one too). I feel the curly hair world has gotten so complicated and your videos are the ones I appreciate the most. You NEVER try to sell anything, you just explain the process and I love your candor. Thank you for simply being you . And I don’t mind the ramble at all lol.

Jordan Faith: Your hair is so absolutely stunning and I adore this length! I'm so glad you're back and would love to see everything you're interested in.

Marcia Kubly: I am so happy to finally find someone with short curly hair. I have fought my hair since I was young (I am 57 now) and I usually lose the fight. I have recently discovered Curly Smith products which have helped bring my curl back but it is expensive. I love your style and I like that you don’t use expensive products. Keep the videos coming.

Brianna Brisendine: I'm so glad you're doing a short hair video. My hair is exactly your length and curl pattern. Thanks so much for the tips!

sammi3p: I’m so glad your back! I started my curly hair journey a month ago, after 15 years of straightening it. I found your videos and have enjoyed every one that I’ve watched!! Thank you

Pam McArdle: LOVE this haircut on you!!! I just went sorter on mine and it is so much easier. Yes, that Bioterra gel is foolproof, love it!

Josee S: I'm so grateful to have found your channel and, particularly, this video. I've only recently begun to embrace my curls, and this routine seems to be the best one for me so far. It's quick and easy, and I get the results I'm looking for. Thanks so much! :)

Megan Rarick: I’ve been using that Biotera gel since I started watching your videos and I absolutely love it! I haven’t found anything better! ❤️

dizzyk54: I bought the Bioterra gel because of you & love it!!! So glad to see you making videos again & your hair looks great shorter!

Korozenn: Glad to see you back on YouTube, Susie! I've just started growing back my hair out after maintaining a shorter hairstyle myself (8 inches on top, 3 inches on the sides). I'm shocked at how similar both our wash days and results are, even with completely different products! Goes to show that 1/2 of the final result is definitely all about technique. Glad that I found a fellow curly-haired twin as well! Keep up the great work. Warm regards from Florida! :)

A Dubs: Just started appreciating and wearing my curly hair for the first time in 66 years. So happy I found you❣️

Amanda Lehnertz: Susie, I just love how down to earth you are! I would really enjoy seeing your home and houseplants.

MartyJones: Hi.. I’m Marty, and a brand new follower I think this is the third of your videos I’ve seen❤️ Many years ago my mother told me that one day I would be very, very happy to have curly hair! (She must have been psychic) I do, and I am. You are validating things that were in my bones already. Look forward to following you, and yes, I would enjoy a plant tour and a house tour! I feel the same way about my home too!❤️

MH: Susie your hair is beautiful! Have you ever struggled with limp curls from too much product? If so any tips? Love your channel and happy to see you back:)

Donna MacDonald: Love this video! You inspired me to go back to keeping my hair curly! Thanks, Susie!❤️

June Sammy-Robidoux: I just subscribed because of your humility. I love the idea of the house tour I will be looking forward to it. Most of us live and love in modest homes so it would be nice to see that reflected in media. Also I really love the hair tutorial, simple concise and most of all frugal. I love the mantra "use what you have". Every time I look at a hair tutorial I feel like I need to go out and buy all new products, but with this I feel like I can use what I have. Now I'm not sure if it works but I'm sure that there is some user error so hopefully if I get the method down I'll be good to go. So thanks.

Jill Hawkins: Love that you're back! Your videos got me started on CGM 3 years ago and I've found most my go to products except for the shampoo so I'm definitely going to try this shampoo bar, thanks for the recommendation! I too became a plant mom since the pandemic ♥️

Courtney Bougie: Yes to the home tour. Always interested in peoples homes and what their decorating style is and what makes the house into a “home”.

Deandra Johnson: Loving the short hair!! I went short myself I’m just addicted to it.

Susan Munro: Great video. I recently got my wavy/curly hair cut to about the same length as yours, and I am loving it. I love your mantra and am trying to internalize it as I have bought waaaaay too many different products in the last few months! Thanks again for a great video.

May Helena Plumb: Thank you thank you for reminding us all not to go impulse buy products just because someone on YT uses them! I keep trying your method of tipping your hair forward just a bit & letting the water run over. It makes my curls clump beautifully and it's so much easier on my back than tipping upside down. , But I always end up with my hair plastered to the top of my head and trying to un-stick it ends up messing up the curl clumps... Do you encounter this at all? (I also wanna know where you got that polka dot bathrobe!!)

Karen Piotrowski: Hey Susie, Great Video! So do you have to coax or finger-curl that curl in the front by your face or have you trained it to do that over time? I would also be interested in seeing how you can get your hair to look good the next day without going through the entire process. Now that my hair is shorter I feel like my only option is to "wash" it again. Any ideas? Thanks for all your great content.

Laura Johnson: Ya I’m still using Bioterra gel based on your recommendation. It’s fantastic. I just got a mousse they came out with. Excited to try it!

Emma Mullis: NO WAY! Susie I just (unwillingly) had to cut my hair very short and was panic-researching curly girl methods. I’ve been a fan of you for so long, and this is just perfect timing. Thank you ❤️❤️

Becca Schlomann: I just got the Bioterra gel after hearing you talk about it for literally years. I’ve also tried the tipping my head forward thing. I can’t do it. It drives me nuts having my hair all in my face like that. I’m still getting used to the gel bc it’s thinner than the ones used to. No wonder you use so much! I think I need more bc I’m not really getting a gel cast and I think I’m getting more frizz bc of it. Also, I appreciate you encouraging us to not go and just buy something else when what we have works. I am going to try the shampoo bar when we get lower on shampoo bc, just like you said recently, I would like to continue reducing our environmental impact where we can, step by step. So I’ll definitely check out that company.

Amy D: Love your videos like this- covering the simplified routines. Thank you!

Tori Gillispie: Yes, a home tour would be wonderful!!! I live in a simple but clean home. I dont like clutter and I'm a wannabe minamalist. In fact I just buy all my clothes at the wonderful Goodwill now. I do enjoy having you back on u tube again. :)

T M H: You seem like such a genuinely good person! I'm so happy you have found time to make videos again. ❤

Sylvie Dionne: So happy to see you again! I could listen to you talk for hours! There's just something so soothing about the Nova Scotia accent

Aline Paradis: It was so good to see you! Got all excited when I saw you had a new video loaded! I was at work, had to wait to get back home!! Loved it. Can't wait to see your house/ plants!

Amy: Thank you! I’m trying this exact routine tonight except for diffusing. Our cuts are very similar.

Michelle Caraway: I'm so happy you're making videos again. Hair, family, house - I'm here for all of it :)

Ozywomandius: I’ll watch whatever you’d like to share, Susie, you’re my vibe! ✨

Lisa D.: Your hair is beautiful, as it always is. I do use the Cantu hair cream and love it. I need to try the Biotera gel. Great to have you back Curly Susie. Your plants are so pretty.

Janice Coplin: Great to see you back.❤️ I would love to have you share your house plant journey with us. I’ve over loved (watered) house plants in the past so I’ve avoided buying them. However, recently my green thumb friends have shared with me the names of certain ferns that are hard to kill. Like the spider plant! Tips & tricks from you would be appreciated!

Lika Miletic: I was so excited to see the notification for this video! Thanks for the hair recap Susie☀️ Totally thrilled about the new videos that may be coming up as well!

Elizabeth Valdovinos: Thank you for this! I like how you explain things. Sometimes it can all seem so overwhelming but you make it easy. And I like that you don't promote expensive products. I'm trying the conditioner that I wouldn't have thought to use before. If you like shampoo/conditioner bars, try Vida Bars! They're just for curly hair, and use no plastic. Question: do you ever feel the need to brush, like with a Denman? Sometimes my curls seem stringy so I've been using that, but I also want to try your method. Thanks again!

NotablePianoLessons: Love your natural approach to hair and life in general—keep it coming—I’m hooked—can’t wait to see your house.

Whitney Wujko Ayala: This video is right on time for me! Facing some serious postpartum hair loss and had to chop it. Looking forward to the house&plants tour :)

Lisa Lamotte: I have missed you so much! You were my inspiration to embrace my wavy curly hair! ❤ Thank you So much!!!

Lena Rönick: Because of you I have been using the same products for years and started to love my curly hair. I‘m forever grateful! It‘s been more than 4 years. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Tiffany Nipp: If only my hair looked that cute and good! Simply beautiful

Amy Goulet: Your hair is gorgeous! I love the color too—I’m tempted to color mine again with a demi permanent color. I just started curly girl method again and I’m looking for the perfect gel—I love the hold and definition that Harry’s gel gives but it’s almost too much of a cast. I will try the Bioterra gel!

Myrna Thiessen: So happy to see you’re back, Susie!! I love your vids!! I recently got 5.5in taken off my hair. It’s a Bob now and maybe about the same length as yours, maybe a little shorter. I’m looking forward to more vids with your shorter hair☺️.

Victoria Vega: Love how your curls are growing in. Great job. Love your video’s. Yes please, would love to see the growing plants. I am a green thumb and can’t wait to see how you are growing your plants. Looking forward to the next video.❤️

Anne Garber: I adore your approach to products and I am so glad you are back!! The products I use now are almost identical to the ones I used at the start of my CG journey earlier last year. In fact, the only thing I've changed was to lean more on mousse than gel. You really don't need anything too fancy or complicated.

ShallowWaters: It’s so good having you back on YouTube. Looking forward to the house/houseplant tour. Love this sassy short hair too.

Alaine Wilson: My daughter and I LOVE the Biotera gel. It's great to see you back here! :)

Nancy Smith: I use that shampoo bar! It’s awesome! Lasts forever and no disposable bottle.

tigertwenty4: I’d love to see how the Cantu cream performs over the winter months for you. I can only use it on my fine textured hair in the warmer months when there is some humidity in the air. Maybe living on the coast you have humidity even in the colder months. Love your videos ❤️❤️❤️

Sael: I actually imported the Bioterra gel to Germany after seeing your videos, ever since my hair is well styled, I really love it!

Yolanda Machado: Lovely curls, you rock. I have almost your same curl type. I am going short hair little by little because I am losing lots of hair. I was super scared at first but I think it will look just great to go with super short curls.

Kellie Fite Turner: I’m so happy you’re back! I can’t wait to see your home and your plants.

Sofy Espada: Thank you for suggesting the Biotera gel! I’ve been using it for about a year now and it works every time!

Loch Briar Knits: So glad you're back! I'm just getting started on letting my curls do their own thing. I'm almost out of shampoo so definitely going to try the shampoo bar.

Tammy Norton: Thanks for the shampoo bar tip! I've really been struggling with shampoo. Can you do a refresh video? I really struggle with using too much product during the process and end of washing my hair because of buildup even though my hair isn't even close to being greasy. I have been using the same Cantu curl activator cream and biotera gel for a few years now. Stumbled upon the Cantu on my own, tried and fell in love with the biotera gel on your recommendation. So good to see you back!

i000j: Your hair looked awesome outdoors. You look younger and fresher with short hair. And with that elegant lace, you look as beautiful as Audrey Hepburn. I have short curly hair, too and have been getting good results with Schwarzkopf osis curl honey (curl cream). I've just ordered John Frieda's curl reviver mousse, too, after watching another curly girl trying it out. Hope it works.

claudia dc: Love your hair short. And I appreciate your shampoo bar recommendation. I’ve been trying to reduce the plastic bottles that our hair products come in, by buying only when I need to and buying bars instead of bottles when possible

Bonnie Emile: You are so down to earth and honest. I love to watch you! Welcome back! ❤️

elizabeth theriot: I just started using the same gel. Sally's was out of my go to so decided to try this one. I love it!!!! Glad you're back!!

Ally Cleveland: Thanks for the update! You look amazing as usual.

nel: Loved the video! I also use Tresemme conditioner to shampoo my hair, and mine doesn’t get oily either.

Teresa S.: I finally bought the Biotera gel. I wish I had bought it before when I first started watching you. It works well, even when I over do it. Still working that part out.

Lillian Watson: I'm so glad you did a short hair video. It's so hard to find people with curly hair that have short hair like I do. I had to go really short due to scalp issues a year-ish ago, and it's slow to come back. I get jealous watching others with their long hair videos knowing I can't do the same things.

Amanda in Real Life: So happy to see you post again and your hair is gorgeous!!

Mary Brooks: So happy that you’re back ! Great to see you again

Meredith: Very pretty shirt Susie! Great to see YouTube's most down-to-earth curly girl back making videos. Your rock sweet girl.

Antonietta Fragias: . I just want to thank you for posting your videos. I've been using your technique for a year or so and my curls have never looked better. Thank you so much!!! Love the bioterra.

Debby Hughes: Welcome back! You were one of the few I choose to follow because you're so real & honest. I'm glad you haven't changed!

Lulu C.: Thank the Lord... finally someone that doesn't take their hair too seriously! I'm new on the wavy journey and there's just too much info for my hair to absorb . Hair type, curl pattern, sulphate, paraffin, silicone, too much conditioner, over dry, what towel to use, plopping, micro plopping ugh! I finally convinced myself, right before totally giving up after only 1 week, to stop boardline obsessin! Stop watching the influencers and researching every product. I have to embrace each day and know my hair will not turn out the same every time. Thank you for common sense and being grounded ❤

Kalpana Patel: So nice to see you back. I’ve tried that gel twice and I love the shine and curl but it falls so quickly as the day goes by. Any suggestions?

Mezy Fuller: Thanks for the video, it was great to see you posting again! Your short hair looks amazing and the back was perfect.

sarajosully: I’m really tempted to try the bar! But I have shampoo and conditioner coming out if my ears. Have been trying all the various drug store brands that seem to be popular for curly/wavy hair. I also have several gels and creams and just keep switching it up to use them up! . Would love to see your home! So happy you are making videos again! ❤️

julie carky: So glad you're making videos again! You inspired me to start my CG journey 3 years ago!! Are you still using the Tresemme conditioner even though the formula changed?

Shelley Lee: You got me hooked on the Biotera gel years ago and I will never use another gel. It is perfection!

Suna vB: So glad you’re back! Love your no nonsense approach to curly hair . Also like to see vids of other topics. Cheers from the Netherlands.

Andrea Mutzabaugh: I love your hair! It looks so good on you!

Elizabeth Lutz: Loved the video. Glad you chose to return! And I'm actually really looking forward to your next house/plant tour video!

Susie W: I'm glad you're back. I love your videos. The way you do your hair is simple and not complicated and I really like that.

Amanda: Glad to see you back! ‍♀️I’m one of the weirdos that tried Bioterra from Sally’s. Love the smell/ price/ texture but I have tighter ringlets and I wish the hold was stronger. Hint hint… bioterra….. make an ultra strong hold and Susie a paid spokesperson lol Xx Ontario

Leslie Molengraaf: I’ve been thinking I should declutter that hair cream (same one you have) as I haven’t used it much. I think I’ll try thinning it in the shower and see how I like it. Great tip.

Felicia Bethea: Your hair looks great as always! You make me want to cut half of my hair off!!!! Great to see you back!

A Seguin: So glad you’re back! Can’t wait for houseplant videos & I’m looking forward to seeing your home.

Amy Caires: Yay! So happy to see you back. Yes, Tresemme did change their formula, and it no longer works for me. I’m glad it’s still working for you. I’m still on the hunt for a replacement.

BrittC: I just enjoy you :) I can tell you are being your authentic self in your videos and it’s a pleasure to watch.

Barbara Carbone: Your short hair looks great. Must be so much easier to take care of!

Thilaga Velu: Your content is very informative and practical, but not intimidating. I look forward to your future videos. Love them all!!

kjmclarke: Hope your doing well! Thanks for the video, your a busy mama and nurse so I really appreciate you taking the time to do this. I’m also really looking forward to the house tour and plants

Cat: Bioterra gel is absolutely thee best gel I've ever used! I've been using it since I first heard you talk about it over a year ago and I still use it, whether I'm rocking my curly curls or when I wear it slicked back or up in a bun. It has beautiful slip quality and not an overpowering scent...its the only gel I use. And...I was born with a green thumb! Thanks!

Dale: I’m glad to find a video of shorter hair. My hair is fine, thick, gray, and separates into many small sections. I’m trying to create bigger clumps like yours. I appreciate these product and styling suggestions. Water really makes a difference. When I was in California recently, my hair did great. I’m now visiting my daughter in panhandle Florida, and she has a water softener. Unbelievable curls. When I go back home to north Florida and hard water, I’ll be back to the old mess. Well be moving in a year, so it’s not worth it to install a softener. Maybe distilled water rinse?

Renee: House/plant tour in one would be amazing! So happy you’re back

Jenny Rose: Cute hair. I've just dtarted ( since June) wearing my hair wavy after straightening it for almost 20 years. I am scared of gels lol I've always thought they were crunchy and drying but maybe I'll try the bioterra I have it my husband has used it .
